Never had such a bad experience with dealers previously as this one. Appointments are useles, and they have a predatory attitude and misleading the customers to buy services that are not needed. The headlight of my "Reliable Japanese" car was floded, and the car has only 5000 miles on it. On the first visit, just to perform a check, it took them 6 hours and they tried to make me pay for the part($1540) despite being covered by waranty, but that did not work, then out of no were the headlight assembly was not available . Scheduled an appointment online for the second visit 7:15 a.m. According to their website, the service time was from 1.5 to 2 hours. Once you go there, the appointment is out of the window( I found myself number 20 on the list) . After 6 hours, I went to pick up the car, and the bumper was improperly installed. After fighting with them, they said it would take them 30 minutes to fix it. After 1.5 hours, they said that i needed to get a loaner because they couldn't fix it.The loaner car was filthy( pictures dont show the full extent of the filth)As I was leaving, the mechanic parked my car in front of me, walked in again to return the loaner key, and get my car, it took them another 1 hour to locate my key and prep my paperwork for the second time.As I was driving home, the baging noise on the driver side made me stop and check out where it was coming from. Wheel well trim was falling off.Got home and properly installed the bumper on my own.

Oh my gosh, I had the worst experience with a car dealer in my entire life! The salesperson gave me a out the door price, and then the manager came and tried to charge me $2,000 more, saying that the first person forgot to add tax. Can you believe that? I had to show them a photo of the original quote I received, and they still had the nerve to tell me I was wrong and that my attitude was bad. Instead of apologizing for trying to rip me off, they tried to make me feel like I was the one who made a mistake. What a joke! $47K out the door for an Odyssey EX-L isn't even considered a good price, and I almost accepted it. If they hadn't tried to add an additional $2K totaling to 49k and accused me of being rude, they would have sold the car. A 41K MSRP car should be no where near 49k after tax no matter how you do the math.Unbelievable, this dealer is greedy and nasty.Buy your Odyssey elsewhere for MSRP; don't waste your time with this place.

Steve Murillo did a great job managing the service for my Honda Pilot through some serious technical difficulties encountered by the mechanics. He also did an amazing job saving me a good bit of money with service discounts as I am a long time service center customer. Much appreciated for his diligence and professionalism!

I came in with my mind set to buy out my lease or switch to another brand, but Santiago helped me to get a good deal. If you want someone helpful ask for him. However the sales manager or whatever his title is, is very pushy and had a attitude because i didn t want to accept the ridiculous deal he was trying to give me which made my husband and I feel uncomfortable. Overall my sales person was great and made this experience smooth.

I recently visited Millennium Honda for routine maintenance and a safety recall on my vehicle, expecting a smooth and professional service.Unfortunately, my experience fell far short of expectations. Firstly, I had to wait over two hours before my car was even looked at. The lack of communication from the staff regarding the delay was unprofessional. When the maintenance was finally performed, I was dismayed to find that several issues were overlooked. Tasks like removing and placing the dashboard correctly seemed to have been neglected, and upon further inspection, I discovered that a part had been placed incorrectly and dented, leading to a new problem with my vehicle.The customer service was shocked and disappointed to see a terrible mistake by the technician and when I raised issues about the quality of the work, they were opened and offered a solution.Overall, the outcome of the service was extremely unsatisfactory. Not only were the initial problems not adequately addressed, but new issues were introduced due to the incompetence of the staff and my lost of time.I cannot in good conscience recommend Millennium Honda to anyone. Their lack of professionalism, poor communication, and subpar workmanship make them a liability rather than a reliable service provider. I will certainly be considering returning and advise others to seek alternative options for their car maintenance needs.

They are awesome. Everyone is polite and helpful. I bought a Honda accord today and the salesman Jorge walked me to the car and continued his awesome service. He connected my phone and explained to me all of the features and how to use them. Finance department awesome Mario got me a great Finance. Even more. Meet with the Manager. Made me feel like family. Awesome to everyone that works in Millennium Honda.

Recently brought my car in for an issue I d been having.Immediately I was helped by William, he listened to what had happened.My car ended up needing to stay overnight and I got great updates and communications so I knew what was happening.10/10 will make sure I get William to help me when I need to bring my car in for service, he s literally the best.

Extremely unprofessional and unorganized. Had an appointment set to take a look at a car that was in stock. Spoke to multiple reps. Was contacted by the rep I spoke to earlier in the day to confirm the appointment and also make sure car was in STOCK AGAIN, only to get a call 2 minutes later from some other sales person saying the car was just sold... TOP it off she was very rude, also came across like she was doing me some favor by letting me know.... ok thanks. You guys sell cars I'm trying to buy one. That's it...Like what? At least be up front. I know your sales people, you don't care but don't confirm my appointment like you don't all ready have a buyer in there or what ever they had going on. I have never experienced that at any other dealership. Anyway after reading other reviews I'm glad I never made it down there and made any type of purchase. Sounds like a very shady place.

The service department here can do nothing right. For years, consistently every single time, they cannot find your car when it s time to pick it up. I ve never waited less than 30-45 minutes after paying for them to locate where they parked it. There is supposed to be an exterior wash after service, which is sometimes done, and sometimes not. And most recently for the oil change, they at least forgot to change the wiper fluid, Possibly other fluids I don t know because I only realized when I tried to use it and had none on the way home. There almost always needs to be a return trip to fix some thing or do some thing that wasn t handled the first time around. Oil changes are included with our lease, but it seems it would be worth the money to pay someone else to do them just to avoid the inconvenience and frustrating waste of time that occurs here without fail.

Looking to trade in my Lexus for a pre owed Pilot, I was recommend to go to Millennium Honda after a horrible experience at the Manhassett Honda.My salesman- Wilber, and the Manager Matt were absolutely amazing. From start to finish they were helpful, supportive, patient, understanding, & ultimately the only reason I stayed with this dealership after the following incident with their GM. I put a $500 deposit to hold the car to pick up the following Sunday. I called the Friday prior to find out how much I owe & was told a number to have my bank check created with. After waiting 5 HOURS- Upon signing my paperwork, that was also all signed by Honda, I was told a different # that I owed. When I questioned, it was realized that Millennium honda had my initial deposit incorrect. This issue was brought to their GM- Mauricio. Instead of taking accountability for their oversight, which wouldn t have been a problem for me- accidents happen & I would have had no problem paying the almost $3500 difference, Mauricio went on a misogynistic tirade in front of my fiance & ultimately expressed that it s my fault and I should have saw the discrepancy. He bullied me, degraded me, and made me feel inferior as he consistently interrupted me while I was speaking, told me I can pay or I don t get the keys told me he will cut my registration & not provide a title- & so on & so forth. One discount I had was because my father is a fallen officer, after describing why I thought a number was a certain way due to this discount, Mauricio went on to tell me,(after my fianc� continuously was advocating for me, sticking up for me, questioning the stories were being told- he ultimately questioned him about a customer service standard)that he s a father of 2 which is beyond inappropriate and disheartening to tell a 28 year old woman who just expressed to you her father passed awa. All in all, he treated me absolutely disgusting. Made me feel less than, & made my car buying experience horrible. I drove away in my new car crying. I elevated this to corporate but was disappointed to hear that they let all issues be handled in house. I hope he is held accountable & responsible for what he had done to me, sad to read I m not the first who has been treated this way by him. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HIM!!!

I wasn't going to bother writing this review because it had been quite some time since I visited Millennium Honda, but a "sales rep" texted me today asking me to "update his records with my purchase" and it brought back to mind the WORST EXPERIENCE I've ever had in a dealership.Your dealership treated me absolutely terribly. Initially, you lured me in with a false quote of a lease price from what I now realize is just a sales call woman with absolutely no ability to negotiate. That one is on me. Your team then took my ID to ensure I couldn't leave once I arrived, and then quoted me a much higher price, several times over. Your team refused to give me my ID back as I rejected your new rates, and kept me there for hours and hours, each time promising to bring back numbers closer to my quoted price without giving me my ID back. Mind you, I have a great credit score, have a very good debt to income ratio, and I had leased numerous vehicles, so was not a newbie when it came to the process, so I knew there was no way what I was being quoted was accurate or acceptable. The sales "manager" at the time spoke to me as though I were a child and that he was doing me a favor even giving me the rates i was being offered. I'll never forget it. There was another couple there openly yelling at a sales person to give them back their documents so they could leave.It was an hour and a half long drive from queens in traffic there, and nearly as long back with traffic. As I drove back, I promised myselfI would NEVER step foot in your dealership again. So, to make a long story short...no I didn't purchase from there and never will. You should be either.

I'm so grateful I was working with Gilda White. She was very knowledgeable and patient. I felt that she was clear and concise throughout the whole process. Which made my decision so much easier. I'm so happy with my new 2023 CR-V Hybrid Sport. I love all the compliments I'm getting too This is my second lease with Millennium Honda.

Warning do not shop here, stay away!!!!! This dealership has questionable business practices and should be investigated by the Nassau County Department of Consumer Affairs. On November 7, 2023 I contacted the dealership regarding a vehicle posted on their website to confirm it was still available and that they would honor the advertised price. I scheduled a test drive for the afternoon and upon arriving the dealership I was greeted and allowed to test drive the vehicle. The car drove fantastic and I decided I wanted to move forward with the purchase. Everything was going well up until the point when I informed the salesman (Moise) I was using my bank to finance the vehicle. I told him I had a certified check written out to Millennium Honda and that I was ready to finalize the deal. At this moment his tone in the conversation changed, it made a 360 degree turn. He indicated he had a call to take, and went missing for about fifteen minutes. During his time of absence my family and I waited at his desk. During this time we had to sit and endure the obscene loud inappropriate conversation a group of Latino male employees were having two desk in front us. I can reassure you, it did not feel like a family friendly environment. It was vulgar and very inappropriate. The Salesman (Moise) finally returned to his desk and I quote " Sir unfortunately I have bad news, the vehicle you chosen is under contract, someone already made deposit on it, unfortunately I am not able to sale you this car. I'll be more than happy to offer you other options." I questioned him, as to why he neglected to check that before I test drove the vehicle. He was definitely trying to up sale me, and did not like the fact I was ready to close out the deal.Fast-forward to November 8, 2023, first thing in the morning I contacted the dealership to speak to a manager and or administrator to voice this complaint. At first the secretary tells me that (Kashmire) the manager would come in at 12:00pm, when I attempted a second time at 2PM she indicated he was not coming in at all and that she did not know when he would be in, I requested to speak to the second person in command only to hear her state he was busy to try him another time. What is this? no professionalism, no accountability, terrible customer service. Save your self a headache, and avoid getting scam. They have crooks and highly unprofessional individuals working.

Millennium Honda allows the customer to make a recall appointment to be told upon arrival that the parts are not available. They seem to have no regards to our time. This practice is unfair. If money and time are lost due this practice I wonder what is their accountability? Please be ware

I wasn t gonna do this but they got me again today. I bought a new CRV in 2020, I put 5K down got the car went home never saw my bill of sale until the financial papers came from the bank, I find out they sold me 5K worth of extended warranty s with out telling me about, so when the car broke down last week I brought it down to the dealer thinking of the extended warranty I would be covered, but no the front radar sensor wasn t covered, and I find out I didn t have any warranty any more.$1500 later the car is fixedI feel like I was just scammed again.

I am a HONDA lover. no matter what i will always drive a HONDA. so i had a horrible experience withthe service. i went for an oil change mid April and the tech forgot to close the value and 2 days later my motor was done. i needed a new motor for a 2020 hybird only 9k miles on it. unbelieveable and worst part is i purchase another vehicle and honda rolled over 14k into my new car. horrible. Today I went into service for my 1st oil change to my 2021 Honda Accord, I was still so upset from the last oil change issue I asked the assistant manager Greg to make sure they do the change correctly. The same day at around 2:30pm I got a call from the manager why did I write this google review and I explained and he told me it s best they don t service me anymore. I told him what would be best is that Honda pays for the roll over of about 14K they rolled over into my new loan. And that I will continue to go there and the service will have to be 100% at all time. I will continue to keep these people in point. Because I am the wrong person for them to threaten. Yes I was treated by the manager instead of help. Horrible service by the manager.

I came to Millennium Honda, as a first time buyer, Zeeshan was extremely helpful, guided me thoroughly with the whole process. I was extremely nervous, as I had no experience with the paperwork, but he was so kind and was very patient. He was so knowledgeable and made the process very smooth. He responded to me very kindly every time I called with silly questions, I felt like I was in safe hands. I came in to get Civic, but due to his excellent knowledge, ended up getting CRV, which I absolutely in love with. Also Haresh was very kind and helped us understanding all the paperwork and the deal. Both of them were extremely helpful, patient and made sure we had a right deal. Thank you guys for your excellent service, definitely recommended! Definitely will be working with these guys more often!

Juan ensured I was happy and satisfied with my purchase and went above and beyond to ensure a successful purchase. They have no idea what customer service is and the value of such. We purchased a vehicle and needed adjustments to the financing ( the vsa and wheel agreement). We told we could cancel in early Sept We have spent hours in the dealership trying to resolve. 2 months later still not resolved. Called and was told to come in to sign paperwork and finance person was not there again who set up meeting Was shuffled between sales people and various " managers" with no conclusion.Not satisfied at all.

We had an appointment with Mauricio but when we got there we were told he s the manager and we would have to speak with a sales associate. Okay that s not a problem. He was nice. However anytime we would ask about financial details of the car - for example what is the money factor? His response is idk I would have to ask my manager I m just the salesman. But in every other dealership we had been to the salesman has had access to that info. Also he would walk away with the paper and hand write the answer to the questions. He never pulled up the info in front of us so there is no way for us to know if the numbers provided was accurate. Seems like a big RED FLAG. Also the guy next to him was super aggressive on the phone with his client. Would not return.
