Steve is always professional and great to work with. He always finds the perfect vehicle for me! Steve was also wonderful with helping us keep our toddlers entertained while we spent a few hours at the dealership. Definitely recommend seeing Steve the next time you need a car!

Typical long drawn out process that feeds to the car salesman reputation with out of sight discussions, unknown unexpected or explained charges disclosed later buried in contract under other unimportant paperwork.Random cap cost reduction amount never advertised or disclosed. Blind charges to my new GM card with credit card fees Added!! The process made easier only by my patience and ability to pay.*If Millennium truly wants to "gain more insight into my visit" they can, given all my personal data and contact info on file there. Haven't heard a word.

My experience with Millennium Chevrolet was by far fantastic the whole staff were friendly and nice. Shout out to Ashley, Marlon and Ashley trainer they all were amazing. They made my purchase experience wonderful they didn t pressure me into buying. They respected the fact I came for a specific vehicle and Marlon made it happen with the financing I m happy with my interest and perks that came with my vehicle. I definitely will reccommend them to friends and family. I m from Connecticut and I tell you it was worth the drive. Thanks again Marlon, Ashley, and Ashley trainer I m very happy with my vehicle

I visited Millennium Chevrolet with the intent to get into a CPO Traverse. My salesperson, Pam, was extremely helpful and attentive to my many inquiries and requests. Pam happily moved a few cars for me when asking to test drive multiple vehicles. I made a comfortable, no-pressure deal and was appreciative of the after-care performed. Specifically, Pam kept in touch days after the sale, as I was owed a product not yet available when taking delivery. Willie in financing did a great job in obtaining the best financing available to me and made the paperwork process as painless as can be.

Victor was great. Took his time with me, very knowledgeable. He was able to answer any question I had/have. He went as far as bringing the paperwork out to the car to sign after my son fell asleep, so I wouldn t have to wake him up. He put me in a car that am very happy with. Great experience start to finish.

I had a great experience here getting my dream car!! What made the experience so great was Michael Sandoval! He was absolutely amazing and accommodating! I live 4 1/2 hours away and needed some extra assistance to make sure I didn t drive out there for nothing! He even answered all my outrageous questions with no hesitation. Michael and Tony Ferrara went above and beyond to make sure I was getting the best deal possible whole being totally upfront from the jump. TOTALLY RECOMMEND ASKING FOR THEM SPECIFICALLY!!

Kayla was very professional and informative. No games or hidden fees. Told her what I wanted and she gave best options with all offered incentives. Michael was also very informative with paperwork and what each document meant. Very smooth and easy process.

I went to Millennium Chevy for my new lease and it was the smoothest process. Everything was ready for me upon my arrival to the dealership. The store was clean, neat, and aesthetically pleasing.My salesman, Konev, was extremely knowledgeable about the car I was leasing. He explained all of the features thoroughly and took the time to answer all of my questions.The finance manager Marlon made the paperwork process easy and simple. He was very organized and a pleasure to work with.I would definitely recommended this dealership!

Steve helped me get a new vehicle with all the specs that I needed & wanted at a price that fit my budget. He worked with me for hours to help me come to a decision as I was indecisive on whether to get the Trax or The Trailblazer & he was super patient & kind. All in all a wonderful experience 10/10, & I highly recommend Steve, he's a great agent. Thank you Steve S. I love my new car, even though it's white lol.

Great buying experience. The salesman Steve was super pleasant and friendly. The deal was fair and exactly as presented. Everything was ready the next morning and signing the paperwork and picking up the car was quick and easy.Most of all, my wife loves her new car.

Today my husband and I bought our first car. We were so nervous but sophie had everything under control. She was absolutely incredible, and anyone who needs a car we will tell them to come here and ask for her. When we need a new car we will come here and ask for her. She was absolutely phenomenal and genuinely impressed me and my husband with her kindness. She truly went above and beyond for us, she worked with us, helped us stay within our budget, helped us with insurance and was truly amazing. We wouldn t have bought a car if she wasn t there today, I can t imagine anyone else going above and beyond the way she did. Thank you Sophie! We are so thankful for you!!

Please note, this was the worst experience I had so far with this dealership. Tried to use an oil change coupon that I downloaded from their website and for some unknown reason they would not honor it. In fact, the rep. said that I had the wrong coupon but after much debate and proof of evidence they asked me to come back on the next oil change to use the coupon without even giving me a credit for their mistake.

My 2021 Chevy traverse is reading Service Charging System Vehicle May Stall in a matter of minutes other notifications kept popping up and my car completely stalled on me and is unable to start, called Millennium Chevy in Hempstead where my lease is from and spoke to Teresa from the Service department who was completely rude with zero customer service. My lease is coming to an end and I am so happy this is happening now because I will not be starting a new lease with them.Customer service is very important to me. And to have my vehicle stall on me with no direction or assist from this very place I leased this car is disappointing to say the least. I called over to millennium Chevy in East Hills And although I did not lease with them they were able to advise me on exactly what to do. Unfortunately because of this entire experience I will not renew my lease with Chevy.I would NOT recommend this particular location. I would suggest getting your Chevy elsewhere.

We loved our experience at Millennium Chevy! We had a unique situation and it was easily handled by Sha and his team! Sha had exactly what we wanted, was easy to work with, flexible when we needed to make some changes, and responsive when we needed to get in touch. Jim made the whole financing process seamless. We will absolutely be back to purchase another car.

The experience was not very pleasant. I went to millenium because my father and wife bought there. The salesmen did not have to "sell" me a truck. I went with what I wanted and the specs and the model number of the exact truck. It took me 3 different visits to get the truck each lasting well beyond an hour and the last visit being 2.5 hours...this was very unpleasant. I looked at other dealerships and ultimately chose Millenium because it had the exact truck I wanted and for no other reason. When I finally got the truck, there were scratches and a paint chip. It is now a week later and I am still waiting on a phone call to schedule a service to repair these. Even with the scratches and paint chip I was given no extra inch. Even an extra dollar off a month would have pleased me. The communication throughout the entire ordeal was not pleasant. I blame this on management and not the salesman. The salesman was new but very pleasant. He did not have adequate training or communication from management.

I was very disappointed in lack of communication(0)in the 8 months it took the get the car. The sales people were neither knowledgeable, helpful or caring. I didn't get what I ordered and they didn't inform me of this. They also did not do anything make things right or make me feel any better about the experience. I would definitely find a different dealership for my next vehicle purchase.

Michael and Marlon are the best..Michael is a very Professional Salesman who has ultimate knowledge of the vehicle that I choose which was the Chevy Transverse (Excellent Vehicle) ..he showed and demonstrated the features and functions of the vehicle so I would understand how to operate and run our vehicle safely and enjoyable..no pressure rushing the sale..great personality and well spoken. Also our Financial Support from Marlon was Spot-On..Marlon took the time to educate me an my Wife on the contract so we would understand all the fine print...he also took time to find us a great Financial Institution that worked for us...Marlon went through each document with Professional and Clearly stated sentences so we were not lost...those two Chevrolet Dealership Employees are the Best at what they do. I refer and recommend them to anyone who has interest in Chevrolet. The Chevrolet Millennium Dealership gets 5 's.....thank you guys and our Vehicle is 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed.
