I went into inquire about my cars service as it s coming due. I was greeted by Liv at the front desk. I am in customer service and sales myself, and I will say, I haven t experienced service, dedication, and passion in these troubling times for a while, and Liv turned that around. She valued my time, she explained in detail, she was very professional, and she was able to back everything she spoke about with facts and paperwork. I am very pleased with just the service at the front desk and can t wait to experience how great the service will be when I bring my car in. Thank you Liv. You are great asset to the Mercedes Family.

To abridge my story, I'll get straight to the point and say my advisor Anthony Alonzo's services were fantastic. Clients who may require vehicle services ASAP can inadvertently be challenging to assist. My vehicle check engine light came on, and I was not happy about the circumstances at all. Thankfully, it was just a minor software concern. Anthony was respectful, supportive, and very empathetic. He responded to any concerns I had and quickly. My car was a bit dusty when I arrived, and immediately, he offered to have it rewashed. I had many questions, and he responded quickly in person, via phone, and text. I felt like I had someone holding my hand through the process and happily. The world needs more people like him. I asked him how I could leave a good review for him, and he told me not to worry and that I would get a survey via email. You could tell he didn't care much about the review. He just wanted to ensure I was satisfied. Thanks to him, I will only get services at this location and will surely recommend it. Thanks for making the world a happier place, Anthony, especially when it's not always easy.

RIP OFFS! Brought same car to massapequa service center for the same exact service and the bill was $400 cheaper at massapequa. Disgusting how these people take advantage. Mercedes service of RVC is horrible!

UPDATE: Antoinette, the Customer Care Manager, reached out to me. She sincerely apologized and explained what happened with the appointment scheduling. She was able to fit me in the next day. I chose to wait for my vehicle to be serviced and it was done before the estimated time, and it was also cleaned very well. Everyone at the service center was extremely nice and treated me like how a client is supposed to be treated. I had an amazing experience there and look forward to my next appointment in January.OLD REVIEW: I ve been a Mercedes Benz owner for years and I have to say, this service center is horrible. I ve had bad experience after bad experience with them. First, I bring my vehicle in for a one year inspection. It s supposed to take an hour max! I scheduled the earliest appointment so I could have enough time to get to work. An hour and 30 minutes pass and they re still not finished. Turns out the inspection printing machine broke (or so they say) and my one hour, turns into two hours, making me late for work. No inspection is supposed to take that long. To make sure I didn t post a bad review, the customer service manager comes out to talk to me and offers me a complimentary car detail whenever I want. I take the card and leave but never used it.I then bring my brand new car there for a problem with the headlights. I literally purchased the car the day before I made the appointment. They keep my car there for a week because they had to order new parts, but never informed me of what was going on. I was told again by same customer service manager they were going to have a long discussion with service advisor (which I doubt they did). When I finally go to pick up the car, there s a small tear in my steering wheel. At first, I was beyond upset but decided to just leave it alone.I bring my car in again for service for a different problem. It spent a couple of days there. I get the call that my car is ready and to come pick it up. I get there and they bring out someone else s shiny clean car. Turns out they mixed up the names on my car and couldn t even locate it. So then I had to sit and wait while they scrambled around looking for my vehicle. They finally find it and bring it to me dirty. They re supposed to wash the car every time it s brought in for service, but I guess since they had me waiting for so long they just tried to bring it to me quickly. I didn t even say anything, just got in and left.On Dec 6, I scheduled a Service A appointment and an issue with my car for Dec 17. It was the earliest date they had for loaners. On Dec 15, I received an email saying my appointment was canceled. I called them asking why, and they told me that it was a mistake. They didn t know what happened. So I asked can they reschedule me back in and they had the nerve to say, sorry, it s already booked and the earliest we can get you in is Dec 28. Are you kidding me? You accidentally cancel my appointment and now you don t even have the courtesy to fit me back into my appointment slot. I don t even understand how they filled the spot so fast. This was the last straw and I m absolutely done with this service center. I only continued to go to here because it was the closest to me, but I rather just drive a little further for better service. I suggest you do the same.

I would never again get another Benz. I haven t had so much complaints for a car down to the service for this car. How do you come in for service for a car service A and you don t look at a check engine light. Mind you service A ain t cheap. Talking about it goes to another technician and diagnostics blah blah. Then calls me and ask me how was the service. Told her about the check engine light gives me another date to come in. February 7 4:45pm would I get my car back the next day. No ok so can i get a loaner car Loaner cars are at the end of the month. Ok I ll ride my bicycle to work. You think if I pay this much a month for a car ima let u keep it for more than a day. Are you crazy. For the amount you pay a month for these damn vehicles you would think it had some perks. I was better off with my Ford. This damn car doesn t even have power seats just throw the whole damn company in the garbage.

To be fair I should mention that Mercedes-Benz of Rockville center (sales dept) on Sunrise Hwy was very good... The Repair center on the other hand is a completely different story, from the angry want to be beauty queen who sits at the front desk who acts like you are taking up her precious time to the "service managers" who will send you an email/text to tell you about your car and then the links that never work to look at the progress online, to the fact that the service reps will NEVER call you back when you're looking for some information and updates It's like you're dealing with two completely different companies. One that looks to do Business with you and another that could care less about the reason you even showed up. The gentlemen that sit at parts window are great, they do go out of their way to help you and if they don't have what you need they will find it for you and if they can't find it they will tell you. The service managers/reps need some updates on their people skills. I understand that people can get busy and overloaded with work. But I made it my business to casually stop in and see why theres no update... and there was my service rep not picking up my phone call and saying that they were busy. Not a good look, not very professional. I can find another Mercedes service center to work with.

This is my second time at Mercedes Benz service center and working with Justin Ferguson. I cannot express enough how impressed I was with the entire experience. From start to finish, the service I received from the advisor and the entire team was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I walked in, Justin greeted me with a warm and welcoming smile, immediately putting me at ease. He listened attentively to my concerns, asked relevant questions about my car's performance, and demonstrated a genuine passion for his work. It was clear that he was dedicated to ensuring the best possible care for my vehicle. Justin and the team provided me with a sense of confidence in the services my car would receive. The waiting area was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked, making my time there quite enjoyable. They even offered complimentary refreshments and bagels which was a pleasant surprise. It's evident that Mercedes Benz Service Center values its customers' comfort and satisfaction. I also visited the shop area and purchased a few Mercedes gifts for myself and my family. every time I am here I leave feeling amazing. Thank you!

My car was in service for 4 months , got back completely none drivable.Will fallow with outcome.After service head flat tire I bought 5 michelin tires Same size, they give me spare tire Continental wrong size and refurbished one, I had 5 brand new tires, this place is apparently like to steal things???I'm not done. Look at the pictures right there...

Took our C300 in for service. I reserved a loaner while they worked on my car. They kept me updated by text and phone on the process being done on my car. I was very satisfied with the entire experience. I also use them for my parts source whenever I want genuine OEM parts.

I just noticed my front windows have been peeled off when going in for inspection am very disappointed, they took it upon themselves when asked service advisor if it s okay with the tint he said no problem they will take care of it and so they removed the tint to pass the inspection VERY UPSET.and OUT OF LINE.this place does not take walk ins so was told only by appt so if your vehicle was limped over there they would turn you around and lose a long time customer for life ? rather than try to accommodate you and get your Mercedes back on the road safely and in good working order wow

Edit:(they called my dad to try to get me to take down this review but I won't because this is true and I have records)This place runs on incompetence. I had AAA tow my car in 2months ago. They never bothered to call me and tell me it never showed up for my appointment (AAA brought it a day late) and after a month I finally got in touch with them and after hours and hours claiming they don't have it they decided to go try to find my car(the did have it, just no records of it). After about 2weeks they found the car but couldn't find the keys that were dropped off at the service desk, which they then charged me almost $500 to replace.Before all of this they insisted I have to bring it in because they refused to give me an estimate of the issue 2mechincs said it had. Eventually they were able to tell me how much a new ignition cylinder would cost(they still didn't look at the car).I can't believe how awful this place has been. Even just talking to the employees was awful, the service desk women apparently know absolutely nothing and most couldn't even pretend to hide their disdain for having to do their job. And when I was talking to the man in charge of service about how this and how it could all have been avoided by just answering one question (if that is the issue it could cost about $3,000), he then acted like a child and kept repeating "well what if that wasn't what is wrong with it?"

I made an appointment to have my car serviced after a recall that they allegedly fixed has resurfaced. The appointment was for 11:30am. I arrived at 11:19am . No one addressed me nor waved me into the service area until 11:31 despite another car that arrived AFTER me entering BEFORE me. I was told to leave my car in the vehicle and was left waiting outside of my vehicle . At 11:58 am , I was approached and told that Mercedes was stalling and no longer had any loaner vehicles available. This is the reason I didn't receive any hospitable customer service prior to this point. I was FINALLY offered the option to go inside and wait for another THIRTY minutes to see if any loaner vehicles become available. THEE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! NO respect for a client's time. Mercedes Benz of Rockville Center Service is deplorable !

After several years of tolerating minor issues with MB RVC, my recent experience was the last straw. I scheduled a 40k service on my GLE 53 AMG two months in advance, only to be informed hours before the appointment that they were out of loaner cars. Despite the rescheduling inconvenience and double-checking on my prepaid maintenance, I was met with a series of system errors and blame-shifting. The service rep s indifference was only eclipsed by the manager's inability to offer a solution. Sadly, their customer service is severely lacking in professionalism and efficiency. I've had better experiences at Holiday Inns. Goodbye, MB RVC.

Unfortunately, we didn't buy our car from here. It's ashamed that they didn't have the car we wanted available. The salesman Nick was one of the best salesmen I've been around. He was never forceful in any way and knew everything about the vehicles we were looking at. I would recommend the salesman Nick to anyone!!

Really guys, you're Mercedes Benz. You really had to charge me for two gallons of gas on the loaner? Kind of takes the mojo off the word luxury. Additionally, if it wasn't for a malfunction in YOUR CAR that only had 8,000 miles on it, I wouldn't have had to drive back and forth twice to your location and use the two gallons of gas that you charged me $6.35 a gallon for. Extremely, petty guys, you're going to have to get better. Makes me miss my Lexus.

Ruth is the worst advocate but nice. I brought my car in for yearly service and they only did an inspection. Ruth stated that the service technician overlooked it. After the updates on the car which took four days I found that I am unable to lock or unlock the car door without the key, I cannot use the door handle to lock and unlock the door.

Service department is terrible. Nothing is ever fixed right the first time. They constantly give the run around. They put the entirely wrong tire on my car. I have 4 black rims - they gave me the car back with a silver rim.I have never seen such gross negligence and pure laziness.You ll pay top dollar for bottom tier service.

My husband and I picked up our Mercedes at this Graham location as a birthday gift on the day of my birthday, based on the treatment we received that day I should have known that this place was a no go, the service team/employees are condescending and arrogant, no sense of courtesy! A year later we arrive for our service appt at 7am on a Friday and not one person could even say Good Morning , the lack of care for quality customer service at this high end dealer is disgusting! Now days later after our scheduled service appointment our car has not been touched by the service team. This place delayed our appointment by over a month and tried to have us change our appointment again the day we had scheduled to drop off our car and pick up a loaner which is included in our package. After conversations with family and friends we were made aware that the service team and Mercedes service center usually plays this game when you have the maintenance package included as part of your deal. Discouraging and deceived place, you think it s Mercedes , rude awakening, they don t live up to their name, quality service should be at the top of their agenda yet they have not yet figured out that they should hire kind, customer service oriented people, only ones suffering the consequences are us customers who are spending a lot of $$$ to be treated horrible by their staff!

I ve been coming here for close to a decade and every experience has been great. Every service advisor has shown love and respect. Main reason why I stay with Mercs. The family all goes with their own and all have the same positivity. I had an excellent experience with Ruth Weinreb today. Came in to replace a tire on a short notice, everyone was very accommodating. Ruth kept me updated every step of the way. You re also able to keep tabs on the team s progress through your mobile device. The facility is clean, staff is kind, and there s a complementary car wash at the end. The only place I ll go to have my car serviced. Thanks so much Ruth !

I am leaving this review while at MB of RVC service center because I had an appt at 10:30am for oil change and inspection. I came at 10:30 and asked the assigned service manager how long my service will take Becuase a last minute funeral came up and have to leave by 1245 the latest and I can reschedule to another day if this will take long. He said don t worry you ll be out here in an hour and half max because it s just an oil change and inspection.Its almost 3 hours and I didn t make the funeral because of the service managers promise. I could have reschedule to another day when I asked him because I wanted to make it to the funeral. I m very upset about this and will definitely not return to this service center ever again. They sent no text confirmations, no updates nothing like the other MB device centers do and will be posting on other platforms about this.

This place is not the place to go to get work done on your car my wife took her car to get work done and charged her for the work and didnt do the work, car still leaking coolant,& oil is still mixing with the coolant, they tell her what was wrong and charged her for the job... and the job was still not done there.. so take it to another shop work was not done.. #lawsuit.. spoked to the service manager Vinny he toll me that the job was not done properly... sad

I took my car in for service on Friday, July 21st. All seemed copacetic until I went into the truck of my car to retrieve a bag that I had left inside, it wasn t there. I called and spoke with Kenyata to explain my situation and to request that someone do a search for my property. She was pleasant and very informative, she explained how my phone call was the second call she d received similar to mine (another woman called to report missing property from her vehicle ). SMH. Kenyata placed me on a brief hold because she was going to have me speak with the Service Dept supervisor whose name I later find out is Annette . I m informed that Annette is on her 2 pm lunch break, yeah okay. She told me she left a message to have the supervisor call me back. Well, I never received a follow-up phone call. My second call back later the same day, Kenyata again answers the phone and after 20 minutes on hold, a panting Kenyata returns, she explained to me how she ran downstairs to the service area to search for my bag. She further explained how she d call me back the following day after a more extensive search. I didn t receive a call back. My third call to MB Rockville Center, again Kenyata answers. Aware of why I m calling, she quickly places me on hold again, 5 minutes this time, not too bad. I explained to her that I understand she s being placed in the middle of this because I know Annette does not want to deal with this matter. She expressed how that wasn t the case but rather, Anthony, the mechanic that worked on my vehicle was not there that day and that I d have to wait until he comes in so that they can consult with him regarding my property. I then requested to speak with another supervisor. Enter Peter-useless. I explained, he listened. He too told me how I d have to wait for Anthony to return to work. I explained to Peter that Anthony would not have been the only person to come in contact with my car. Furthermore, I explained how I suspect the bag was removed during the car wash. The trunk was opened because I can tell the area underneath the trunk was wiped clean. He assured me he d follow up with me the following day. No call back. Useless.I can deal with the unprofessional and unpleasant attitude of the woman at the desk who accepts payment, but theft from a vehicle is completely unacceptable and it s a crime. Annette, you re unprofessional. Peter, you re unprofessional. I was informed by Kenyata that this was not an isolated incident, there was another complaint of theft! One complaint merits investigation, two complaints is the start of a trend. Peruse security cameras, follow-up with the customers, conduct a proper investigation.Do something!Shame on you MB Rockville Center!

They don't even deserve one star. Do not go to this service center. I had an appointment for a recall and needed other repairs. They had my car for 3 days before a technician was even "assigned" and that was only because I called and complained why my car hasn't been seen yet. Not only that, I compared the prices on the parts they were charging me for repair on my tailgate, front & back brakes to the Mercedes website parts, where you can order from and they were overcharging me by over $600! That doesn't even include the labor which I'm sure they were trying to get over on me as well.I understand I'm paying for "Mercedes" service but they proved they lack any of this. They don't communicate at all with you and they are dishonest. I think all these other reviews are fake to be honest.

Horrible ..they called me as I was driving last week to cancel my appointment claiming there was no loaner vehicles .I show up today they tell me when I get there that they have no loaner vehicles available and I would have to sit around and wait with no estimated time frame on my wait .they didn t even offer to reimburse me for my gas it just was a whatever I traveled a hour here this is unacceptable unprofessional and very unorganized for a Mercedes Benz dealership that wants to charge $250 an hour for labor

Not a happy camper! I waited close to 5 hours for road side service from Mercedes.Antoinette tried her best to accommodate me with a loaner, after begging. Repeated flat tires. Run flats are not good. Very disappointed after being a client with MBRVC for decades.
