Unprofessional and extreme lack of communication. Try calling the service line for yourself and see if anyone picks up, they don't. I left my car there for service and didn't get any updates after 8 hours. I had to call the parts department and have them walk over to the service rep in order to get a response. I rely on my car to get to work and they didnt have the decency to tell me it needed to stay overnight when previously telling me to come pick it up at end of day. I had to call to find out it was ready for pick up, I will never come back.Service: Auto maintenance

Terrible terrible service, they don't take appointment for my Lincoln corsair 2020. Once I called main line and transfer to service department they kept transferring me and drop the line. Keysha from servicing department even made up random names just don't want to take the service appointment. I don't get it, this is so not professional.

Very efficient staff, very clean premises, very nice atmosphere all around excellence. Wouldn't go any place else in NY to receive service for my Ford Flex.
