They re outstanding, amazing work with such a friendly and welcoming attitude, had someone back into my car and after Hempstead auto collision finished it looked like nothing ever happened, I m more than grateful to Chris and his staff for bringing my car back to looking amazing, can t thank them enough, amazing atmosphere and people

Where to begin, I had a hit and run incident which left my front bumper and hood destroyed. Just like everyone else, I prefer to save many and my insurance company was no help since I had no evidence and the other party was gone. All I was left with was to Jerry rig it so I can get back to the road. I was so intimidated to go to an autobody shop b/c I would get the runaround, quoted way too much and to find out, half the money was going into the luxury detailing that you dont even want to begin with(found out because they state it in their instagram pages). After seeing that this shop has been open since 1981, I said why not just get the burden over with. Went there, and was relieved that they were straight to the point. I was quoted an actual price and not some BS explanation. Plus they explained why it would cost me that much(like my custom vent in the bumper). Not only are they professionals but they are ENTHUSIASTS. When I got my car back within the week, you see the quality and craftsmanship that was put into my 2013 subaru brz. I walked into my car with a huge smile because now I have confidence driving with it. Besides seeing the work on my car, if youre in the building facing the front desk, behind you is pictures of cars that Hempstead Collision worked on. Long and behold, they were award winning cars that were featured in SEMA, magazines etc. And to this day they are still winning awards at car shows. So safe to say your vehicle will be in good hands.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I went to Hempstead auto collision for damage to my car. Chris the owner was a complete gentleman. He was very fair and honest with me. I am going to recommend him to family and friends. With all the 1000 s of collision places this one is the best. Definitely 5 stars. Thanks Sean.

Had worked done there years ago on my Black 2007 Corvette ZO6. They painted both rear fenders, wet sand and polished the entire car.. looked outstanding! Now I got a ding on the door of my 2020 Jeep Cherokee. Definitely taking it back there. Small shop excellent work!

I was very impressed with the courteous and professional approach and dealings with Chris the owner and his son Chris jr at this shop. I was referred to Chris by my trusted auto technician after my car s grill and front panel were damaged by a hit and run while parked. My tech called Chris who told him when I should bring my car to see what needs to be done.. Chris took time to explain how the repair will be done, the timeframe and cost to complete the job. They showed me how to ensure that the correct paint color and finish will be determined. The cost was in line with what my friend estimated. I was very happy that the job was satisfactorily completed within the timeframe. These gentlemen are about customer service unlike other collision shops which are more about volume and less about customer satisfaction. I don't trust many shops when it comes to auto repairs and service - but Chris at Hempstead Auto Collision is so straight forward and honest that I trust every word he says. This is a family owned collision repair shop that has taken care of me twice as if I was part of the family. I would not hesitate to have another car repaired at this shop and I would recommend Chris to anyone who needed any auto body work!

Chris and his team are great to work with. There is a difference working with an honest person who cares about the work he does and what his customers think about him. I am fully comfortable recommending Chris and Hempstead Auto Collision. They really do great work.

The owner Chris is very nice, and great to work with. He will tell you what you need and his prices are great. They do great work and go beyond what you ask them to do. I would recommend them to anyone that needs work done.

Great family owned bodyshop! They use high end paint at great prices. Work is top notch!! I always bring in my black G35 here for any bodywork. Highly recommended!!!!

Great people. Always willing to help you. Excellent job at repairing cars. Had 2 different cars fixed there. Hopefully not a 3rd, but if it happens. That's where I'm going.
