Staff did an amazing job at addressing my issues. I had to come in for a tire rotation & they informed me of low thread wear that I was unaware of. I purchased new tires and an alignment. Car drives as close to brand new as possible

Good Year Auto Service in Hempstead is The Best! Tiffany is an Awesome and Very Professional Service Advisor! I put 4 New Goodyear Assurance Tires on My Toyota Sienna! Very Reasonable pricing! The guys did an Awesome Job as well! I will Surely be going back to This location! Thank You for The Great Service!

Both my mom and I have brought our cars in for service and have always received nothing but great care. All of the staff, including the manager here are always very professional, polite, and helpful with everything. I highly recommend coming here to get work done on your vehicle!

Kevin from Goodyear is a knowledgeable and capable mechanic. As well as, Marlon is an efficient and experienced mechanic who showed me great communication and customer service skills in both Spanish/English. Along side with Tiffany their professionalism and friendly attitude made coming to get my car checkup a great experience in Hempstead s Goodyear. For that reason and many more, I would definitely recommend coming to this location. The Hempstead s Goodyear has amazing staff because they have Kevin, Marlon, and Tiffany on their team.

I popped into the store to have a slow leak looked at. I didn't expect for the high point of my day to be at a tire store. From the call I made on the way to the forgetting I got from Jesus and the expert, white glove responsiveness from the store manager, Tiffany, I was thrilled. They, of course, found and fixed the leak in my tire expertly. BONUS - since my tires are Good Year's, there was no charge!! Bonus-Bonus pretty good Keurig Coffee in a clean coffee station. Bonus-Bonus-Bonus - went across the street to the Salvadorian bakery for excellent pastries.

I had a frightening experience today; one of my car tire went flat. I slowly drove the car to the Goodyear Auto Tire Service Center on Franklin Ave, Garden City, NY.I explained the tire situation to one of the Male Representative, and helistened to me patiently as I rambled off. My key was taken immediately to examine my car. I had hope that the tire would be fixed, and my anxiety went away.The service Rep found a nail in the tire, and a very small price was quoted to repair. The tire was fixed, and this is one very happy customer. I must say that all the workers, from the front desk to the service areas were very nice. Business conduct: Top professionals.If your car need service and you are in the area, take it to GoodYear on Franklin Ave, Garden City, NYThe sitting areas: large and clean

I got a flat and put on my spare around noon, lucky to have Tiffany pick up when I called GoodYear. I couldn t have been happier with my accommodations here, I was there for a short time maybe 75mins they replaced my 2 tires and put spare back in trunk. Clean job and this literally was the quickest, respected tire shop appointment I walked in and out. When it comes to replacing my other 2 tires, I will be back.

6/20/2023:I'm highly satisfied with the service I receive every time I come to this location. I schedule my appointment for oil changes or my yearly inspection and Manager TIFFANY JOHNSON is always at the front desk with a pleasant demeanor. I always get a reasonable time when I can pick my car up. Her team always does a routine inspection with every oil change and Tiffany will give me a call if there are issues with the car that need to be addressed. Very transparent. I can come to this location with confidence knowing I'm not being ripped off. I definitely plan to continue bringing my business here. Tiffany also keeps me up to date with the latest offers at Goodyear, which is much appreciated.

TIFFANY & SKINNER are the best employees good year can have!! Seriously these people know what they are doing and how to treat a customer. Amazing location and the waiting are is clean and smells good. Highly recommend this place and the good year tyres.Thank you so much guys

My experience with this location went very well, I spoke to the manager Scott about some issues I was having with my tires and he recommended me to one of his staff Trinity. I m extremely satisfied with the service that I received from him. I didn t have to wait long at all , he was very quick, informative and helpful towards all my needs. I will definitely come back next time and ask for Trinity.

I went to the shop to get my filters changed and I was out of there in less than an hour. Trinity was the one that worked on my car and he was very efficient. Also, he was professional and gives you a detailed run down about your car. I will be going back to that store if anything else has to be fixed on my car and I will be looking for Trinity, he's the best!

Good year changed my tire and the service was great. Checking in was fast and efficient. The workers are nice and polite. I waited maybe 40 mins and they have coffee and magazines. Nice music too!

My experience at the Hempstead Goodyear location couldn't have gone any better from beginning to end and I'm definitely the type to say the truth good or bad. Scott, the Manager was efficient with time, knowledgeable, accommodating and my car was ready faster than expected. Scott answered all my questions and made me comfortable to even ask. He did notrush me. He took my questions seriously. Excellent customer service! His front of store staff, a lovely lady that set up our appointment day prior over the phone and remembered us by name the next day when checking in for the car to be serviced! The waiting area was spacious and clean!!! I would highly recommend this Goodyear location ASK FOR SCOTT!!

I visited Goodyear to get my oil changed and my tires rotated. I was not sure about how long that was going to take but I was in a rush. The guy that worked my my car names Trinity was able to quickly finish my car for me because he was made aware of the fact that I was in a rush. He was kind and well versed in working on cars. I liked this Goodyear because I made them aware of what I needed and they were able to deliver.

I went to Goodyear to get my tires fixed and a young man named Trinity worked on my car. He was very efficient in getting my tires done and he also made sure everything was good with my car. He also had a pleasant attitude and was willing to answer any of my questions that I had about my car. I will always go back to that store and I will make sure to recommend it to my family and friends!

Tiffany got me in and took care of my concerns quickly. She (and her team) actually corrected an issue that was caused by the Lexus dealership I d last had my car serviced at. She is ALWAYS friendly, helpful, and had a smile on her face. Great customer service all around!

Friendly staff. Great mechanics. I even got a ride home when my car was being serviced. These guys don t try to rip you off. They show you what s going on with your car and explain everything in detail. The establishment is always clean, including the bathroom. I wouldn t take my car anywhere else!!!***Service Rep Tiffany is amazing! Always courteous and professional. Always at the front desk greeting customers with a warm, welcoming smile. A great addition to the team!
