Yet another disappointed with this dealership. I purchased my care with the Platinum Plus Package which insured 8.00 oil changed for the life of the vehicle at the dealership as long as I owned the car. Well that was short lived. Even though I still have my contact which they praised this package when I pitched the vehicle, now the story changed. They claimed they are under new management, the dealership name is still the same go figure. So I spoke with Steven Aulicino the So busy Service Director! He was too busy, distracted and dismissive to address my concern. His only response was what year is the truck as if that mattered when you sold the package. At this point I would never purchase another vehicle or recommend them to anyone. They are now charging 89.99 plus from the 8.00 per my contract. Moving forward to dealing with the breach of contract. If you're experience the same thing follow through with the breach of contract.

Impressed with Garden City Jeep Chrysler Dodge RAM's service center! The staff demonstrated professionalism and expertise in addressing my vehicle's needs. Timely service, clear communication, and a comfortable waiting area made the maintenance process hassle-free. Highly recommend for reliable and customer-friendly automotive service. Only negative is if you don't buy a car from them you can't get a loaner if you need repair for days. They not like BMW where as long it's a company vehicle you can get a loaner anywhere. Yes I own both bmw and jeep.

This dealership with take advantage of you during the car buying process I have a 5 year old car from them. A Dodge, the paint is already faded. They use cheap paint, cheap breaks, cheap everything. And now my 5 year old paint is fading. And they said it's a sun. Don't buy anything from these guys.

Be aware of this place. My wife and I purchased our 2012 Grand Cherokee from this dealership. When we purchased it in 2015 they offered lifetime $8.00 oil changes and free inspections. Fast forward to 2023 and this policy miraculously was not offered anymore. For the life of me I can't understand how a lifetime perk can no longer exist. The reason why we purchased from this dealership was because of the perks but because of them not honoring their policies I will take my business elsewhere and file a complaint with better Business bureau.

I had a good experience here at garden city jeep . I brought my car in for a check engine light and MR.Murillo , first name Steven took really good care of my car and I . Mr. Murillo was able to find the problem and get it fixed right away and even sent me home in an Uber provided by them. Had my jeep serviced today .Delt with Kevin Chang service advisor.Very professional and polite a pleasure to deal with. Mechanic John Johnson did the work and did a great job car came out as clean as it went in. overall the whole staff there is very polite and professional.

I worked With Steven and he was so hands on and helpful. He assisted me with answering all of the questions I had. I rarely leave reviews but i couldn t not shout him out. Specially as a woman, it s easy for people to try to take advantage of you. He was honest, upfront & told me everything i needed To know. Thanks steven! Hope you get to see this!

Dealership gave my 2022 Summit 4xe reserve excellent service that I purchased out of state. Although it was towed to Garden City Jeep, they had me in and out with numerous code errors on vehicle in no time. Had an appointment made a month in advance for some electrical work. I drop off my jeep at the time of appointment. The man tells me it will need 1-2 days for diagnostic and then whatever time for repairs. It took them 5 business days to get back to me about the diagnostic then another 2-3 for repairs. They replaced some wiring to fix lights on the dashboard which worked, but did not fix the issue with my radio coming in and out. Also, since picking it up weeks ago, my gas tank doesnt go over 1/4th of the gauge (a problem i have never had before.) I have tried contacting the jeep service representative who took care of me 3 times, left a voicemail each time. I have not gotten a call back in 3 weeks. Today, I get to take my car to another mechanic to get more work done on it that jeep couldn t fix and may have even caused. Jeep also told me i d get an inspection included in the repair, but i would have to drive it around a bit first, didnt get that either.Services: Electrical repair, Auto engine diagnostic

This place should be avoided at all cost they are not very honest sold me a jeep not even 3 months and it needs tires, battery, and other parts they are the worst was supposed to have gotten a loaner but there was none so they say I will not be going back to them. One lady said she was there for 5 hours waiting on a oil change when I left she was still there so that was 6 hours for a oil change when I went back to the salesman he was very nasty but was very nice when he wanted my business please stay away go somewhere else.Services: Auto battery replacement, Steering & suspension replacement, Wheel alignment
