TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE LANCE IS A TERRIBLE SALES PERSON BEEN DEALING WITH API Since 2017 had nothing but great things to say PRIOR TO but every time I called recently and got Lance he just puts 0% effort in and cuts you off like he knows for certain what you are about to say wish I could put negative stars. The Hempstead location needs a overall retraining on customer service and customer retention and how to treat existing customers as well as new customers. I don t leave reviews but I feel compelled to take the time out of my day and during the busy time of the day 3 pm to share my experience, like this is a must to get on here and leave a review. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND WILL BE TELLING ALL MY FELLOW SHOP OWNERS IN THE AREA TO DOUBLE THINK ABOUT SPENDING THEIR MONEY AT THIS LOCATION AND WITH THE COMPANY AS A WHOLE

Great guys! Busy store with phones ringing every 30 seconds. You may have to wait a minute but they will help you
