have used the company in past no issue. In September ordered window deflectors and and was told 30 day wait no issue it was winter coming. I followed up 2 months later and was told still on back order be another month. followed up again and was told anther month now we into February was told another month. again followed up which was on April 14 followed up again and advised them why is product in stock elsewhere and why they have not fulfilled my order. Jose contacts backs and tells me the part is now readly available and he would get it shipped out immediately and would give 25%off my shipping as a apology for the delay. I responded with already paid for the product and shipping 7 months ago 25% of 17 dollars wow is all could say slap in the face. 4 dollars for 7 months wait another month talk.

Fantastic products - I bought grab handles for my wrangler - much more solid and stronger than other ones I saw. I also bought their all-weather Jeep mats - such good quality. They really protect the floor because they are substantial and fit very snuggly. I had a few questions and the customer service is friendly and incredibly helpful.

I ordered a part last week. Haven't heard a thing back from the company on when it will ship. Of course they charged me as soon as I ordered not after shipping like most reputable companies. I got an email saying to create an account to track the status of your order. Created an account and the site says "There are no orders". Of course the phone number they give you is bogus with no company name associated with it and you cant leave a message. Total scam. I am now cancelling the order through my credit card company. Be on the lookout for this company!

I had a few questions to ask on the item I was purchasing, and they were quickly and well answered. The order process is very good, and delivery was quick. I had a problem with it, in that Mopar had mis-packaged the fasteners in the kit, and I had one too many of one part, and one too few of another. Communication with them was quick, and they were very responsive to my issue, and I had the correct, missing fastener very shortly after. The item easily and successfully installed. I'd buy Mopar parts from this vendor again.

Bought an item for Christmas, paid over $200 for shipping, sent the wrong item. Cost $90 to ship it back and never got a refund. They won't respond to any emails and the phone line doesn't work. Never order from them, order anywhere else. Scam store.Update: After leaving this review, they contacted me and left me a number to resolve the issue. I was issued a refund from a very friendly and helpful employee after calling and explaining the situation.

My local dealer did not have them in stock, and didn't know when they could be obtained.Ordering from you was perfect. the item was available and easy to find. The mats were shipped quickly and were packaged very well. Best of all, they are genuine Mopar Parts. They fit and work perfectly.

Ordered a glove box kit for my DS ram, and was short shipped the 4 screws that were supposed to be included in the kit. They wanted me to take a picture of this, which is kinda hard to do, since it s missing. I get that mistakes can be made, but they should have just did a quick stock count, and see that their stock is off. They were only maybe $8 worth of screws, but it hindered my time to trying to match something up at the hardware store, that ended up being this very odd small coarse thread size.I also overpaid for the freight, as they used express UPS shipping, which is insanely inflated the duty cost to anything crossing any border.Will NOT order from this site again

This business practices shady tactics to secure orders, selling customers in stock parts they don t have and can t get back in stock. I followed up several times and was each time we expect it to ship next week . The 3rd time of reaching out, 41 days after ordering, and requesting to cancel if it still wasn t coming, I was told we don t have it and can t get it. I wouldn t personally ever order from them again. I will update again if they refuse to refund my money.The good:Jose L. was very helpful and professional each time, even if the company overall is not.

Ive explained twice that I want a refund instead of waiting 2 months for a part I needed in December. The 1st request was answered with an excuse and said nothing about getting me a refund. I requested it again making sure I was clear I wanted my order canceled. They said to give them 5 business days for a refund. Still no refund. I just want my money back.

Attached is a before and after on the replacement window trim. The old ones that originally came with my 2015 ram 1500 were black rubber ones. I found out that I could order replacements in chrome, so I did just that! They look great and the ugly is finally gone. It was VERY pricey for all four, however, over $400. They were simple to install so I d do this install yourself, only need a Phillips head and a little bit of effort and they come right out and the new ones went right back in.

I have been ordering my oil filter from this company for awhile now as it is no longer sold in stores/oil change places do not have it stocked. The shipping is very quick and convenient, and customer service is always pleasant. Thank you all for a great service!

I've been working with / purchased 100's of Mopar parts from All Mopar Parts for over 15 years, they always have the best prices (even with S&H) not to mention just great customer service, any issues I've experienced has never been with them (delays with getting items) it's been with Mopar / Stellantis.

I would rather use eBay with free shipping. I ordered from all mopar parts twice, took me 2 to 2 and a half weeks to receive my orders. I will not use them again the fair prices along with the shipping cost comes out to the same as anyone else but using someone else you will probably get your stuff faster

Very happy with the purchase. These fit like they came from the factory. Directions for install are extremely basic, but the splash guards are pretty self explanatory. One thing to know. You Will need a rivet gun that accepts a larger rivet. Your ordinary every day one is too small even after putting on largest tip. At least that was my experience with my Mastercraft version from menards.

I have an incorrect shipment. I have left a message and also sent a message without a response. The address listed is that of a Ford dealership according to Google Earth. My next step will be to contact Visa as to get their attention. Customer support / responsiveness is a zero thus far.

Update for Owner's response:I can totally understand inventory changes quickly and updates on website may or may not happen but when that happens you need to inform the customer. If not proactively, reactively when the customer attempts to contact you multiple times in multiple ways to see if there is an issue with the order.Update:If they actually have the part in stock no problem. If not read original below. In my case they didn't have it in stock (website didn't reflect that) but was able to get it within a week then ship it. One email update would have prevented all of this.Original:Good luck getting your order. No communication at all. No response to emails. No response to support tickets. No phone number. Nothing. It's looking like only remedy will be a chargeback.

I'm very disappointed with this company. Customer service is lackluster, and sometimes do not even reply. The shipping charges are outrageous and negate any savings that you may have. Parts are just as bad showing up with scuff marks and all scratched up, almost like the were used as test parts, or laid on the ground and dragged across it. Now I have to deal with the exchange/return process which I'm sure will cost me shipping charges. Save time, frustration, AND money and just buy from your local dealer parts store.

The VIN is not enough to determine if the all weather floor mats will fit your vehicle. Make sure you check the build code and read the fine print on the website. The front mats did not fit my model.Besides that, the Chrysler insignia on the rear mats was normal, but was missing on the front mats, which were also a different material than the rear mats. The front mats are more brittle and not as nice.Customer service said I could return them for a refund but would not pay for shipping. The return shipping was over $100 because of the size of the package. Don't make my mistake.

I would think twice before ordering from Mopar Parts again. I ordered a part that took a lot longer to arrive than stated and when I received it, it was the wrong part. As I went to return it for the correct part, I found out that I needed to pay for all RETURN shipping costs. So, I paid $15 for the initial shipping costs and another $15 for return shipping costs. I have paid $30 for shipping and I still don't have the correct part. I will not be ordering from All Mopar Part.

I purchased a 392 6.4L hemi engine online from All Mopar Parts. My son s Challenger had a Hydraulic lifter failure. It s cheaper to change the engine. The crate engine was delivered to the mechanics shop in a timely manner and the engine went in with no issues and runs strong. No Complaints
