The "rooms" are RV sites. This is a great new campground. We stayed there as a way to avoid expensive hotel prices during peak leaf season. My wife and I pulled our camper up and parked there for 5 days. The campsites are large and spread out enough that you don't feel like your neighbors are right on top of you (see the nearby KOA if that is what you are looking for). We had full hookups, and everything worked flawlessly. Even though they allow dogs and have a dog park, we didn't hear any barking, or any other noise for that matter. The owners and everyone else were super friendly. We didn't ask for much, but I got the feeling that they would be very accommodating. They did offer us some discounts and great recommendations at some local wineries and breweries.Nearby activities: Being just northeast of Watkins Glen, you are literally in the middle of everything. It was a great "base" for visiting state parks, and traveling the wine tour trail.Walkability: There are two trails leaving from the campground that go to two nearby wineries. It's just a short walk to great food and wine.

You had me at cookies! We checked in at 8 pm, and there was a box waiting for us with instructions, a map and COOKIES! THIS TO ME SHOWS that little extra effort to making people feel welcome. The RV park was pristine. The bathrooms were the best I have seen at an RV park. So clean. The sites were wide and easily accessible. The views and the night sky spectacular. We will be back! Thank you for a great weekend!

What a great find! This is a full hookup campground with wonderful facilities and well-spaced sites. Bathrooms are as good as many a hotel - even tiled showers, and huge! Luxuries like trash pick-up and firewood delivery makes a stay here quite decadent. Many wineries close by and two within walking distance. Add to all this, the operator-owners couldn't have been friendlier with chocolate chip cookies, an added bonus! We'll be back.

Amazing campground! Spent 17 days here as part of our "explore the finger lakes region" and it was a great campground. The owners are amazing and you can really tell they care about their grounds and their visitors. The bathrooms were clean and well kept as was the laundry house. It's very private and quiet, we felt very safe, and the kids and dog loved every minute of it. (In fact my 9 y/o just told me tonight at dinner he wants to go back to this campground).Location wise is basically perfect as you're near Seneca lake attractions, the national forest, all the surrounding towns, Corning, and Cayuga Lake. You're within walking distance to two wineries and surrounded by what felt like 50 in a 10mile span.We cannot wait to go back and for anyone considering this resort I highly recommend it and I'm certain you'll enjoy your stay!

Top-notch campground in a great location. Dog & kid-friendly. Walking distance to 5 wineries, a diner and a gas station / mini mart. Short, easy drive to downtown Watkins Glen. Owners are really nice & did an amazing job building this campground. Best campground bathrooms I ve ever seen including quality TP! Beautiful sunsets on this side of the lake too! Because it s a newer campground, the trees are still young so if you re tent camping or in an RV with no A/C, plan to bring your own shade especially in summer months. It does cool off quickly in evening. Overall, great experience. My family definitely will return.Nearby activities: On large, beautiful Lake Seneca. Close to Watkins Glen. Hiking, biking, boating and of course the many wineries & breweries in the area.

Just stayed here last weekend. From what you get this is not a bad place at all. At check-in we got cookies. Quick overview of wineries and deals going on. The place was extremely clean. The bathrooms were the most impressive. We will be coming back again next year. The WIFI is free also. You're missing out if you don't go.Nearby activities: WineriesWalkability: Wineries & gas stationFood & drinks: Wineries had stations and a couple of local restaurants down the road.

Doug and Rachael are a wonder couple/owners who understand customer service. A lot of thought went into the layout of the campground. You can tell they are campers. Super spacious sites. Didn't use the bathhouse but peaked my head in - wow! The location is perfect for tasting some of the finger lakes wine and tap houses. Can't wait to return.

The design of this campground definitely serves our personal tastes--spacious, private sites, and simple elegance throughout. The grounds are well kept, and the bathrooms and laundry are spotless. I am sure that this park will continue to be successful, given the attention given to it already. Would love to come back!

This is a very, very new RV resort - You can tell when you open the in-ground sewer cap to hook up your hose, there's no smell yet and the pvc was still bright white. You can even see the plumbing glue and smell the new plastic pvc. Not that this makes any bearing at all for this review. I'm just stating how new this RV park is. So for the review - It's a quiet RV park tucked between 2 wineries which there are short walking paths to both. The 2 wineries are about a 2 to 3 minute walk from your RV site. The park is very clean, with level gravel lots and great views of Seneca lake and the hills. The lots are generously spaced out with at least 20 to 25 feet in between each RV. The owners were extremely helpful, and when you check in at the modern farm house office, you are given locally made cookies as a welcome. It reminds me of the Hilton when you check in and your given fresh cookies. Even when you walk into the office, with it's steam-punk looking modern architect's desk - It's like checking into a resort hotel. This park also accomodates all RV classes.

This is a really nice RV park. The sites are spaced much further apart than you usually see at RV parks. The bathrooms are new, fresh, and spotlessly clean. The laundry is clean with brand new machines and nice folding tables. Nice owners too. We loved it and will return. We highly recommend!

Rachel and Doug have built this place right! Super location for the wineries and breweries as well as exploring the beautiful lake views and State parks. One of the best "new" campgrounds we've ever been to. Continued success guys!!

The hosts/owners were gracious, responsive and the best at what they do! This is a young resort that promises to get better with time. The sites were spacious and peaceful. The location can't be beat! Close to all that the Seneca Lake Finger Lakes region has to offer. We will be back and next time not to just be passing through, but as a destination.

What a great asset for the area. A new well designed campground with young enthusiast family owners with big plans. Not much they could do to be more conveniently located. Some of the best wineries and breweries on Seneca almost in their backyard. And you don't have to go past your campfire to see the best sunsets the region has to offer. This will be our regular stop and have already changed our November plans to come back before they close.

If you like hiking you re mere minutes from the Finger Lakes National Forest and dozens of trails. We can t wait to go back.

Loved this campground. Perfect location for the eastern side of Seneca Lake and all the close by wineries. Sites are big and level. The bathhouse puts our bathroom at home to shame! It's very clean and has spacious shower rooms. Rachael was so nice and helpful when checking us in. Loved the homemade cookies too!! Can't wait to book again.

This campground is one of the very best we have ever stayed in. We are full timers and look for places to stay that are quiet, peaceful and scenic. We stayed for three weeks so I can say with authority that this checks all those boxes big time! Huge sites. Beautiful sunsets, Star filled night skies. And the owners Doug and Rachel could not have been nicer or more accommodating. This place just opened Memorial Day 2022 so grass is still growing in and office/laundry wasn t complete. Bath house got rave reviews from some guests we had. By fall this place should be done. Do not hesitate to stay here.

LOVE this campground! It is opening weekend and beautiful! The campsite is still under construction but the sites that are ready are fantastic. Views of the lake and wine country from every spot. Lots of space between neighbors - and spots perfect for your gatherings too! Beautiful views and walking distance from two wineries! There s a gas station and mini market on the corner, produce stand across the street, and one of the wineries has a mini grocery store with local produce, veggies, meat, and house made ice cream (and wine - goes without saying of course!). The owners Doug and Rachel are fabulous and have done a great job planning the whole campground! I can t wait to see the campsite all grown up when we come back the end of the season and in future seasons! Bring your patio mats and set down a chair by the fire!

My wife, our cat, and I travel with our camper quite a bit and have stayed in many, many campgrounds. Finger Lakes RV Resort comfortably sits near the top of the list after we spent the whole month of July there. We were trapped in the Finger Lakes when our truck broke down while on the way to spend the July Fourth holiday there. Our trailer was set up on our site when the truck repair slowly changed from just a few for days to a total of 28 days. Doug and Rachel, the owners of the RV park were the most gracious hosts during our stay. They were able to juggle around a couple reservations to make sure our trailer did not have to be moved during our stay. The full hookups made it so we did not have to figure out how to get the trailer to the dump station once a week. We enjoyed taking food and wine with our hosts and they had great suggestions for the many surrounding wineries. The RV park is brand new. The high speed internet was top notch. The gravel roads and pads were great the natural landscape surrounds were well maintained by Doug himself. The park was built on an old vineyard, as it should be in the Finger Lakes. Don t expect a lot of shade trees but that is offset by the fact that you are camping on an old vineyard. So whether you are looking for the perfect weekend camp spot surrounded by wineries or you are stranded in the Finger Lakes for a month, this is the perfect place!

This campground is in the perfect location for any couple that wants to relax and enjoy the beautiful views and wonderful wineries. We spent Memorial day here and enjoyed, hiking, biking, and paddle boarding in Watkins Glen, which is just a short distance. The owners are amazing people and very flexible. Most campgrounds will nickle and dime you for day guest, extra guest beyond 2, etc... not here!! We have already booked another vacation for July and cannot wait to see all the new additions to the park!
