I had a wonder experience in dealing with Jonathan Velasquez. He was an excellent salesperson and was very knowledgeable about the Audi brand. I would recommend him, if you stop in to make a purchase. I scheduled a test drive before I got there and the car was out front (no waiting for him to pull it up) which allowed me to see and walk around the car before getting inside. He was very professional and I appreciate his understanding of time. He was direct and didn t drag out the process, he was efficient and proficient. Thank you Jonathan!

My entire experience at Audi of Hawthorne was extremely positive. My salesperson Armon was 100% professional. No pressure and a delight to deal with. He was thorough, knowledgeable and efficient. Tim the sales manager and Denis, business manager were also most accommodating making the buying process smooth and simple. I had the pleasure of meeting George in the service dept who was also top notch.I m thankful to have found this Audi dealership

Bought a brand new Audi from here. Two times now I have received my vehicle back from service with a check engine light and oil change light. Hard to get a hold of service reps as well. Not what you would expect from Audi, what a disappointment.

If I could rate the service received on our A5 with a Negative 10 rating I would. The worst experience ever and you would expect Audi to really want to do better . Things really could have been handled better by The service rep Tim . Zero communication and several issues from someone who states that he has so many years experience. Never again !

I just purchased a 2019 Ford Edge St from Audi Hawthorne, and my experience from day one was excellent. As you walk in, everyone welcomes you with a smile and ready to help you on what you re looking for. Johnny Rosalino was very helpful. He answered all my questions, and even the ones I didn t asked. He s very professional, friendly and willing to do whatever it takes to help you get what you re looking for. Really recommend Audi Hawthorne to anyone that s looking for an Audi or any other Vehicle that s available.

This place blew my engine. Brought in a perfect running car for a recall on the back seat, they weren't even supposed to touch my engine, but they did and didn't put the hose back on right and my car overheated on the way home. They blame me, and won't take responsibility even though the report says the hose was checked for the thermostat, and amazingly it wasn't put back on...... scammers! Stay away from their service department. I'll be contacting the better business Bureau and attorney General.

An actual service dept...that knows how to service the customer... I never thought I would say that. I've gone to all the Audi dealers in the area....not mentioning any names. I had a few rattles that were driving me crazy. Richard the service Mgr. Promised me that they would locate and fix them. IHad my doubts. But a tech. named Adam did and now I wouldn't think of taking my Audi to any other dealer! Just had all four tires replaced...Went to Mavis to check If I could get a better price... a waste of time. Basically the same price butThese are warranted for two years. It's nice to know that some dealers actually know they should remember it's called a service department.

We really enjoyed working with Audi Hawthorne! Nic, Jason, Tim, and Rich were all a pleasure to work with. There was even an issue with the navigation/entertainment system (we discussed it prior to purchasing) and they fully intended on fixing it, however, we were not able to stay in town long enough for the part to come in, so they actually worked with another dealership closer to us in SC to cover the repair! Great dealership to work with, and we love our new car!!

Really pleased by the service and hospitality of the dealer. Jonny was so helpful even the day before Thanksgiving. Purchased a Porsche there which was new to the lot and not ready for sale, Jonny and his team not only got the car ready the same day but helped with any/all of my request. The coolant pipe, radiator and thermostat all broke down on my 2018 Q5 Audi which has 52,000 miles. Audi quality products which were maintained via Audi Care for the 1st 5 years should not have resulted in all 3 aforementioned items breaking down. I am not happy that the service representative did not push to have a better price for the service and repair of my vehicle. I would not recommend purchasing an Audi in the future, as the quality of the car is not reliable.Updated Audi care visit in 2024 resulted in another repair estimate of $6k. After telling them I would not perform service at dealership, they still passed the car for NY state inspection. The service department is not fair with pricing on repairs (labor and parts are extremely high). I would not recommend Audi or this dealership in the future.

Went to Audi Hawthorne to get a Q5 and my time there was seamless and easy. They really want you to get the best price possible according to your budget and I dealt with Yasmin and Aniello. This Audi dealership was the only location that understood my price range and which vehicle I wanted. I will definitely stick with this location in the future!

I would just like to thank Craig and Jason at Audi Hawthorne for a very easy, honest, and pleasurable car buying experience. I had to travel a bit to get this vehicle and it was well worth the effort. Craig was direct and forthright during the entire transaction. Jason was exactly the same. That was very much appreciated. We sought to upgrade our Audi Q5 to a Q7 and Jason, Nick, & Paola seamlessly assisted us with processing all the paperwork necessary to get our new certified pre-owned vehicle. Jason was not pushy at all and totally understood our situation. He was genuine in his approach and was willing to work with us on making sure we made a purchase that fit within our budget. Since we couldn't close our deal in the same day due to timing conflicts, Jason came in on his day off to see the deal through & continued to follow up with my wife and I following the deals closure for anything we needed. Paola & Nick assisted with making the deal seamless with paperwork and pricing as well. They allowed us the time we needed to sufficiently read what we were signing up for and running our numbers to make sure everything was correct with our budget. They were not the typical pushy car salesman and quickly responded to any questions or issues we had. The process took a couple hours but it was worth it. When the vehicle was ready Christopher assisted us with showing all the features and answering questions we had related to the car's functionality. He was really nice, patient, and he seems like he's got a bright future. My wife and I love the new vehicle and it was an awesome purchase. While I don t leave reviews often, I felt compelled to describe my first purchase experience at Audi Hawthorne. My wife and I stopped by on Saturday and were greeted by Julius and Marty. You could tell that Marty had a keen appreciation for Audis and its history. Julius also knew the cars inside and out; which is huge when you re considering a $50-60K purchase. Dominique made the paperwork process a breeze and wasn t pushy at all. I was really impressed with the courtesy and level of service. Thank you!

I originally walked out of Audi Hawthorne as a relatively content new car buyer. However, since my purchase this Fall my experience with this Audi location has been anything but enjoyable.There has been a list off issues with my vehicle within the first month of ownership that I trusted Audi Hawthorne would remedy. Especially considering I paid for the car in full and purchased the pre-owned certified warranty (THINK TWICE ABOUT THIS OPTION AS EVIDENTLY, AUDI ATTEMPTS TO SUBTLY WEAVE IN PLENTY OF NON-COVERED ITEMS). Needless to say, I feel as though the 300+ point inspection Audi claims to conduct as part of this offering is likely a farce. It has been about 2 months since I purchased my car and I have not been able to drive it without issue to this day.I have made multiple trips back to this dealership and had many calls back and forth about an ever growing list of vehicle concerns culminating with safety features being disabled on the car. Audi's proprietary 'Audi Pre-Sense' software de-calibration is supposedly the main cause of why my dashboard lights are malfunctioning, the traffic warning mechanisms are broke and why my airbags will not deploy. Audi Hawthorne claims the cost of repair is hundreds of dollars but they cannot identify what caused the issue and even assuming I continue to drive responsibly, they still cannot guarantee this won't happen perpetually.As I've owned the car for 2 months, I'm not only concerned for myself and passengers safety in the car but also for why Audi can't see the harm in seeking funds from someone who just bought a vehicle (in full) when they can't explain the reason for why the car requires extensive vehicle service so close in proximity to the purchase date. I would've thought this Hawthorne location would prioritize customer safety over minor corporate profits but it appears I was unfortunately incorrect.Multiple family members have been Audi drivers for a decade or more but have used the Mohegan Lake Audi location. They were appalled to learn of Audi Hawthorne's decision making up to this point as their experience has been a delight elsewhere over the years. I truly hope things turn a corner when it comes to my first Audi buyer experience.
