Caught a fender bender from getting struck in a parking lot while parked. Once the insurance was figured out I kept getting recommended Rockland County Body from friends and family, even my mechanic. Photos are of before and after. I am extremely pleased with the service at Rockland County Body. They are professional, fast and courteous. My truck was in the shop for all of four days for this job and they got it back to me early today so I could get to work. I have to go back for the fender molding because that part was on back order but besides that I think I'll be bringing my vehicle back to Rockland County Body for any and all future incidents. I have had at least 3 major auto repairs in the last 5 years.The prior two far exceeded promised time expectations. I chose ROCKLAND AUTO BODY in Haverstraw from a recommendation from an Insurance company.Not only was the work seamless, exceeding my expectations, Thomas Pugh lead the team to an amazingly quick repair, returning my car to its original build.I highly recommend ROCKLAND AUTO BODY of Haverstraw, NY. I was referred to Rockland Body by Allstate insurance, and was very pleased with amazing customer service, very professional, understanding, and very helpful. the fixing of my car body was faster then i planed, and was done in the most satisfying way. i got my car back clean, washed, and looks like new.even though there were things i found later, that needed to be fixed, it was immediately taken care of in the most professional way.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I have to say that overall I Avery satisfied with the work these guys did on my Vehicle. My Car looks like it came right off the showroom floor. The customer service above all was absolutely great. Down to earth great Guys and Gal in the office. The con was how long I had to wait for my vehicle to get done. I UDERSTAND due to Covid 19 parts not on hand taking longer from manufacturer due to shipment etc. It just cost me more money due to having to pay 2 weeks oop for my rental car which only covered 30 days. They finished as soon as they could and I was very satisfied with their work overall work and expertise, Customer service. They treated me great and I Def will recommend friends without a doubt.

I can't say enough about the great quality of work that they did. It was a long and frustrating process, however they kept us in the loop and updated on our car's progress. Lou and Miriam were amazing even though we probably drove them nuts at times. We had many recommendations from friends about the quality of work that they do, and I can say that they were so right !!! When we got our car back, it looked as if we had just gotten it off the showroom floor !!!! You couldn't tell anything had ever happened. I would definitely without a doubt or hesitation recommend them to anyone looking for body work on their car.Services: Tires, Painting, Body & Trim

This is the first time I post a lengthy negative review, but I feel it is warranted.After my cat got hit, I decided to go with the recommended shop by Geico (the insurance of the guy that hit my car). The service at the office was great, however I cannot tell the same about the quality of the Work performed.When I went to pick up the car, quickly noticed that the lines around the trunk (my car was hit on the back) didn't seem to align. I then open the trunk, and upon closing it, it kept on bouncing back. I know my car (have had it for a few years) so I knew what was normal for closing the trunk, but the response I received was that it was normal, that they are a body shop, and they know better than I do.Ended up leaving the car at the shop for a couple of days extras for them to correct.Next morning, as I backed the car out for the first time, I noticed that the reverse camera was not working.Rather than bringing it back, I decided to troubleshoot myself, as I thought it was likely a ground cable that needed adjustment. But I find out it was a cut cable. The rear-view camera's power cable had been cut at a position that made it quite hard to fix. The location of the cut and the angle made it unlikely for me to believe this was accidental, but please judge by yourself (pictures attached).Service: Body & Trim

Top notch quality and service. Ask for Dennis when you go. He will go above and beyond you. Been there about 3 times for major body damage down to small scratch/dents and they always do a great job. Courteous and attentive. This is definitely the type of place you want to have your car fixed. Works with all insurances and prices are reasonable. Highly recommend it (just make sure you deal with Dennis).

Brought my car for damaged door from car accident and they did great job, car looked like brand new. Very responsive staff and car was ready within promissed time frame.

Got rear ended the week of Thanksgiving. They said I'd have my car the following Monday. Well Monday was the snow storm so I go there on Tuesday they say it'll be ready Wednesday afternoon. I go back Wednesday afternoon they say it will be ready Thursday at noon. Thursday morning they call to say it won't be ready until 4. I get there at 4 and they say just a few more minutes. 40 minutes later I finally have my car. Two stars only because they did a nice job on the bumper. I'm a delivery driver for a local pizza shop and I was out of work for over a week. My Uber driver who took me over there said he had the same experience just last week and he lost a lot of money. He says he'll never go back and I know I'll never go back.

Dennis was extremely rude, disrespectful and overall NASTY. I called in to gain information on a shop I've never been to before, he spoke over anything I tried to say, told me to go elsewhere and if I was "such a professional" to fix the car myself before he hung up on me. Mind blown at my overall experience is all I have to say. I've never been so disrespected as a new customer coming to acquire information.

I've gone to many auto body shops in the past and i must say that Ben is the most generous and most helpful guy. After Hurricane Sandy, my car was a mess and i was on a budget but he fixed my car and worked with me so we both were getting a good deal. I recommend his shop to everyone who is looking for a honest and excellent shop.

Went to pick up my car on Saturday as the page indicates they are open till 12. Upon arrival at the shop I see that it is closed and I m left with no way of contacting the shop as they do not pick up the phone. Now I m delayed until Monday
