Stay away from this place! Do NOT be fooled by their 4.3 star reviews. They say they fix the problem but seemingly so every time without fail a week later my husband s car kept breaking down. They would charge him so much money just to constantly diagnose new problems a week later. It was our fault to keep going back to these horrible people & throwing our money at them but we sadly trusted the person who recommended them to us. They would use old car parts insisting they were new. We finally bought the car to a new mechanic & indeed the parts were old & busted. We could have died in that car with all the faulty parts they put in it. Please save your money & your time. They are unprofessional & prejudice as well. You can find better!

My Mom gave these guys three chances.After the second one, I walked in and very clearly told them if they messed up on my Mom s car one more time, I d be writing this review. So, here we are - 6 months later. Promises kept.My Mom s car needed a brake job. She went to these guys to fix it. They charged her tons of money on an admittedly older vehicle. Ok, fine. But do the job right.Each time they said they fixed the BRAKE problem, within one week of my Mom getting the car back, there were more severe BRAKE problems. Bushings, pads, etc.My Mom isn t an idiot, nor (hopefully) is her son. If they didn t understand what needed to be done, they should have told her, or otherwise simply refused the project, shook hands and walked away.The second time, after my Mom took the car back, while she was driving the BRAKES caught on fire. I kid you not.My Mom still gave them a third chance. I went there and told her if they did this again to her, I would write this review, and also post it across social. Which I am, now. Six months later.The third time, they still didn t get it right. I just found out about this from my Mom, over dinner this weekend. She still had to bring the car to someone else. Luckily, this time the brakes didn t catch fire, but they were still not correctly set up, as if it was a DIY job in someone s garage gone wrong.Fixing the same problem three times - and charging more and more for it, is obviously not a good way to do business for anyone. And um fire is bad for cars. And people. Especially one s Mom.These are the facts, and you have my rating above. Buyer beware.

A great friend introduced me to this place a while ago, and I have been going back ever since. I visited tons of mechanic shops for various services, and I must say this shop definitely takes the cake. They are extensively well versed and knowledgeable. Very fair pricing. Trust me, all their mechanics are car wizards, for sure! I've experienced them accurately diagnosing some of the car issues I've had by sight alone. I love how I can explain the issue I'm experiencing, and they almost always get exactly what the problem is without even looking under the hood! Now that's talent. I've had a lot of great experiences here, and i do highly recommend it.

Stay away from this place, they damage your car and parts then charge you an arm and leg without fixing the problem. I went to change my oil dipstick tube of my truck and I ended with my oil tank damage and with no dipstick plus he Charge 460 dollars without fixing the problem. I had to buy the part again from the dealer and of course went to a different mechanic in town and fix it for 100 dollars in 30 minutes. These people just are not responsible at all so now you re aware of and you re at your own risk!!

My car arrived on Nov 21, I picked it up yesterday after false promises that they would check it tomorrow, Thursday, Tuesday. etc., if you don't have parking at home you can park your car here for free. By the way, the battery that they sold me new for $190 is dead. thank you!

Went here without an appointment, recommended by a relative. They checked my AC and when the problem was more than I wanted to fix they didn't charge for the time they had already spent. Honest and obviously popular judging by the number of people coming in. I won't hesitate to go back for service.

I would not recommend this auto repair shop to anyone. Was treated disrespectful, lied to taken advantage of, more then once. Very unprofessional and unethical, sloppy work keeps your car for days , doesn't communicate what is going on. Complete disrespect.Service: Engine repairService: Engine repair

I do not recommend this place the mechanic Lidio didn t replace my fog lights the right way and I asked for a refund never got my 30$ back do not go to this place!!!! No vayan a este shop es muy malo el servicio y no es profesional para nada!!! (Te advert�) (warned you)

Came in for brake pads/discs and the staff was kind, knowledgeable and straightforward. Communicated all costs and finished the work in a timely manner. Great experience, highly recommended.Service: BrakesService: Brakes

My husband and I were getting ready to take a two hour trip back home last SAT night. When we heard a really loud grinding noise we realized we needed to have the car checked. As we pulled into Lidio's at around 5 pm, they immediately looked into the problem for us and determined it was the brakes. Since they were closing, we figured we'd try to make it home (over some mountains) with the brakes as they were. When they find out our plan, they would not have it. They stayed open late and brought the the car in, instead of letting us drive. We are most appreciative for their concern and the excellent job they did! The price was more than fair and as we drove safely home we felt relieved and thankful for finding such thoughtful, honest and kind people!

POOR SERVICE!!!This auto repair chose to label their company as professional. Ironically they cannot repair vehicles according to the time range. Most auto shops ensure they take 3 to 4 business days. Gradually, those 4 days turn to 2 months. Any one can argue 2 months is an exaggerated time range to fix a simple repair. One can be patient to a certain extend. Their service is not only wasting my time but my savings and the diligence I have towards my car. This auto shop should consider twice before they chose to identify a fundamental they lack.Service: Transmission

Lidi� and his team took care of my Nissan SUV and figured out exactly what was wrong. The prior mechanic I went too misdiagnosed my problem. He gave a very reasonable price and the truck is running 100%. I highly recommend this shop for all your car needs.

I was recommended to Lidio's Automotive Repair by a friend of mine who spoke very highly of Lidio and his staff. My friend praised on how great and professional their work was. Trusting my friends judgement and recommendation, I went there to get an estimate for some work that I needed done on my car. I was immediately greeted and ask what I needed. Exactly 5 minutes later my car was on the lift and was told what the issue was and gave me an estimate. I asked him when I could bring my car to have the issue fixed. Lidio said he could do it immediately. Worrying that it would take a while to fix, I told him I would have to bring my car back because I had to be in Westchester by 5:30pm. He said no problem. It was 4:02pm when he started and to my surprise, I was leaving his garage at 4:37pm. He not only fixed my cars issue but ran a quick diagnostic, as well as check the tire pressure in all 4 tires just to make sure my car was safe to drive. Price was very reasonable, Lidio & staff were respectable and service was exceptional. Thank you Lidio and staff for a job well done. I would definitely go back for any of my cars future needs and recommend him to my friends and family.

Absolutely a bunch of thieves i brought my car there for a tuneup 2007 nissan maxima 6 cylender they didnt change the coil packs and used the cheapest spark plugs they are horrible

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!Prior to taking my car here I took it to autozone to get the scan on the car to see what was the engine light on. I brought my car because scanner showed that I had a misfire in a cylinder. Lidio came and gave me a list of things, when I told him that I wouldn t have it done and ask him to pls write down an estimate of how much that would be so my husband would come back. He gave me a crazy estimate $600 plus and In that price it didn t included anything that the scanner showed. Not only that but when I turned on my car the ENGINE light was OFF. As I was driving I heard a really bad noice, I took the car to a tire shop and they diagnosed that when (LIDIO AND HIS WORKERS) changed one of my tires THEY BROKE THE PRESSURE SENSOR OF THE TIRE! That was the noice I was hearing a broken sensor flying around the tire!!!!!! It was a waste of money, and to finalize the engine light came back on and thankfully I took it to another repair shop it just needed a tune up. LIDIO WOULD TAKE ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE WHO Don t Know MUCH ABOUT MECHANICAL PROBLEMS! Ladies stay away he took advantage of me and he also tried to sabotage the situation and try to charge $600+ when I only needed a tune up less the $200.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

I have brought several old cars there to work on. They do a good job and explain what they will do before they do it. When you bring the car for inspection they tell you there's a problem before they scrape your sticker off. They show you all the parts they took out of your car before they throw them away.

It was horrible... Everytime they fix something in my car. I always have to come back with another problem or the same problem the next day. They don't know how to fix a car properly. I suggest people to go to different mechanics.
