This place is awesome. Thestaff is super knowledgeable and friendly. I deal with a manager by the name of Peirce and he takes care of all my vehicle needs. I highly recommend this place to get your car serviced. They work with you on prices and and fair. Pay them a visit.

Peirce and his team was great. One of the best experiences dealing with a shop.He repaired my 2012 dodge challenger saved me over $500. I highly recommend this shop 15/10

STAY AWAY!! employee named Pierce was extremely rude, and aggressive. Very unprofessional. Brought a Jeep in to get serviced for 3 things, and nothing was fixed and told me I m being charged for still. The owner Mario, spoke to him on the phone, and he was also very unprofessional and rude. I WILL NEVER BRING MY CAR HERE AGAIN. Go else where. They are liars and thieves. They are the most unprofessional people I have ever meant. I ve contacted corporate, and filing complaints with all of them. One of the staff even used racial slurs in a conversation with other employee. STAY AWAY!!!!

I had a loud noise in my muffler and just happen to go by Midas in Haverstraw. The gentleman Pierce was very knowledgeable helpful polite and reasonable. Good reliable honest polite service. I will go back Thanks.

Visited this location for an alignment after having a steering rack replaced. They must have been in a rush to get home because they completely butchered the job and somehow left my car in worse condition than when I brought it in. Went back for them to correct it a few days later however, extremely inconvenient and overpriced. Take your business elsewhere as far as alignments go.

After the last rain storm my wife s Genesis hit a large puddle of water and it dislodged the rubber protective shield underneath the car and left it dragging while driving. I then decided to visit my local Midas shop in Haverstraw NY where I had received good service before. I was cordially greeted by Pierce, the manager and explained my problem. He said they would get my car in 10 minutes and they did. The Midas technician, Matthew, put the car up on the lift and within 10 minutes was able to fix the problem and then discuss that everything is now fine. When I went to pay Pierce said there was no charge . I insisted and gave them $20 for coffee or whatever. It is rare these days to receive prompt, polite, professional, and quality service. But Midas of Haverstraw s shop delivers all of these. Well done!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I went to the Havestraw facility. The staff was so professional, proficient and consistent. They assisted me in a timely manner and didn t even charge me. My starter went out on my van, i had the vehicle towed there. I told Steve the manager its the starter. It was a forde 250 wheelchair van. I dropped a client off at the helen hayes hospital whom was in a wheelchair and he needed to be returned back home, I needed the van back quickly .Steve said give me some time to see whats wrong. He told me it was the starter and he could do it that day for $650.00.He purchased the part from auto zone across the street for no more then $110.00 because i initally called myself and that was the price they gave me. I would assume they get it cheaper then $110.00. I asked him where did he get $650.00 from? I told him im a mechanic and you cant fool me. He knew he was lying to me and dropped the price to $500. I paid the $500 which is still over priced because i needed to get my client. The next day he had the audacity to text me and ask about the expierence there. He felt guilty of how much he charged me. He told me they get paid off of commission. There job is to make the pricer higher to pay for there mechanics. OverCharge ,Liars and i will never step inside Midas again!!!!!

I will say, the employees at this Mavis in West Haverstraw, did their best to see me. With just one hour left in their business day, they were able to confirm a chunk of metal that was in my tire did not puncture my tire. Thank you for your service.
