I had a great experience at Luke's Auto Body. Kevin, Miguel, and their team took care of my prized possession - a 1982 VAZ 2103 (very rare car in the US). I usually don't trust anyone with my classic. Kevin and Miguel are people you can trust. They took care of me before and they took care of me again by repainting my whole roof, doors, and quarter panel and replacing my windshield after a rock damaged the car severely. Why do i like working with them? They don't hide things. They are quick, and they value the car and take good care of it using good materials. They kept me informed of the progress and helped keep me calm. Thanks Kevin and Miguel!

Miguel did an amazing job fixing my bumper. It looks brand new. The pricing was fair and it was ready when they said it would be. I definitely recommend Luke s.

My car needed to be fixed after a minor accident and we decided to go to Luke's Auto body Shop in Haverstraw. Given the current COVID 19 situation, and aware that local business are indeed struggling, we felt that it was important for us to provide the much needed support. Upon entering the shop, we were graciously greeted by Kevin, the owner who immediately provided us with all of the needed information and very quickly eased our anxiety. Kevin was courteous, professional and efficient. He kept us informed about the current repair situation and was always a pleasure to speak with and extremely personable. He made us aware of every minor detail that our car needed and provided us with pertinent information about insurance, paperwork, and other necessary requirements. When our car was ready to be picked up and the work was completed, the final product was beyond our expectations. The paint job looked better than new and the car was meticulously detailed. Kevin, once again, reviewed the details of the work that was performed and, once again, greeted us with his charismatic personality and charm. I have been taking my cars to Luke's Auto Body for years. The service is magnificent and the jobs are always on point. Every time I have had work done the car looks brand new. Kevin is always willing to help in anyway he can. Overall, great auto body service!

I chose this auto body shop because the preliminary estimate was fair, and Kevin's personality seemed trustworthy. This was my mistake. His odd personality showed. A secondary estimate after new findings in my damaged vehicle set the price sky-high. Part order dates and milestone completion dates were given but not delivered as promised. Every time he had an excuse or ignored my calls. I did not badger him, but I kept tabs EVERY MONTH on the status of my vehicle. After more than six months of him having my vehicle, I wanted it out of his lot. I had to get the local police involved because he would not release the car to me. I had to pay for the work done on the car and lot fees. The work that was done on the vehicle was just the initial tear down and inspection of what needed replacing, honest truth. 1 and half years later, I got my money back from him through the local town courts. I am writing this because I lost and don't want you to as well. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, anywhere else.Services: Part finding & extracting, Vehicle rebuilds

The guys at Luke's Auto Body are amazing, they explain everything, they're very knowledgeable, and they get you your car back quickly. And they do repairs, I've brought my car to them for brakes and maintenance.The owner Kevin and shop manager Miguel are both very, very nice. I highly recommend this shop for not only auto body or collision repairs - but also routine maintenance repairs.

I was referred to this shop by the good folks of Mavis (in West Haverstraw). I spoke with Miguel about my banged up bumper. He took a look and walked me through what he needed to do to get it right. He gave me a date to drop it off and a time frame in which the job would be completed.Like magic the vehicle was practically brand new and on time. They even washed the car for me.As I waited for the wash I got a chance to speak with Kevin (the owner). He was delightful and gave me a lot of great info about the area. I appreciated it since I m fairly new to Rockland.Hope I don t need to come back, but if I should need the help these are my guys!

I went to this shop for a physical damage inspection for my vehicle and since I m new to the area I was looking for a shop to go to generally. Unfortunately I won t be giving them my business anymore. Firstly, the gentlemen that actually did the inspection was great. He was actually friendly, professional, and prompt with his work. If I had only dealt with him I d be a returning customer. However, whoever was working the desk immediately met me with politically extreme commentary (including violence) and conspiracy theories almost as soon as I walked in. When I amicably informed him that I don t have the same beliefs, I was then berated by him. Potentially this place may do good work, but I fought in a war for this country and will not tolerate being verbally assaulted with extreme political berating at any point. Therefor, I will not be giving them my business.

Luke s is the best! They have always taken great care of me and my car, a 2003 Infiniti FX35. I have had both body work and mechanical work done. They were 1/3 to 1/2 the cost of the guys on 9W, amd the work was flawless. They treat me like a human being. Refreshing experience. Everyone there is a pro.

Owner/operator Kevin is very knowledgeable and super helpful and courteous. Need 2 say Mr. Guthrie (owner) is the BEST BEST person 2 do work on ur vehicle and work w u and help those he recognizes need help. I honestly can't sing his praises enough. Thank you for everything Mr. Guthrie!!

Used to be trusted family run business, but Kevin took over straight downhill. Do not do business with him, customer or vendor, you will get burned. NY state should investigate and close their doors.

I left my car at lukes auto body it tooked over a month to get repaired and because of how long it tooked i had to go over what my insurence was paying for my rental lukes auto body owner said that he would pay for the extra days i had the rental for because my car wasnt ready, alot of the parts weren t assembled back into place. A year later i go back to rent another enterprise and end up finding out that lukes auto body never paid for the days i went over with my enterprise rental so now i am not able to rent another car with enterprise untill this money has been paid i called lukes auto body and spoke to the owner he remembers who i was and knew about the situation told me he would call me right back half hour later no call back from him, i called a second time and i was told the same thing will call you right back then i get a text message from a different number saying that he will pay for my rental if i bring the car back so they can do the repair my car needs again and since i already had committed to another bodyshop he was not paying for what i was told. Writting my customer experience with lukes auto body to help other victims like me choose the right place to get their auto rapair done he commented to make him self look better! Just so guys reading this know met couple of guys this guy rip-off

I had used several Autobody shops over 8 years now before met this wonderful place! I highly recommend this shop n workers highly! Very responsible, above all the car wash, detailing and even gives rental car for free while your car is with them!! God Bless them all!!!

I ve only had good experiences with Luke s Auto Body. Kevin is wonderful and welcomes you into the family! The guys do amazing work, especially with classic cars and rare jobs. No one else I would trust with my car.

I would never suggest this establishment again after the unprofessional actions on Kevin s part. Just remember everything that s shiny isn t gold. Horrible experience. My own fault for not calling AZ Towing in Congers. Hit a curban and suspension looked pretty messed up so I called the closest tow truck. I mistakenly left something very, very valuable to me in the cAR and guess what? Yup it's now gone. When we called (twice) they just hung up on me (twice) DO NOT

Let me start out by saying that Kevin came off as a nice guy when I first met him and I mean no harm or malice, writing this review is my last resort after getting the run around for about a month. I went to his shop 'Luke's' in early July after hitting a deer causing two lights(drivers side) and the bumper to need replacing along with very minor paint/dent repair to the fender and hood. We worked out an agreement with a written estimate of 2k cash to have the work completed. When I went to pick up the vehicle(the repairs took an extra day), it was night time, the car was pulled into the garage and upon a quick inspection it seemed as tho good work was done; replaced the lights, the dents were fixed and dispite some small gap issues, I paid; cash in full(no receipt) and was on my way. After having the car for a few days I noticed that one of the aftermarket led lights(drivers side)looked different in color than the passenger side. So I stopped in to see if Kevin could have the other light replaced to match, to which Kevin happily obliged and offered to cover the cost of labor if I paid for the part, I was told to wait for a call and when the part arrived, I could stop in and have it done. A little over a week passes and I call in on july 13th to see if the part has arrived, kevin tells me the light is backordered but will call me as soon as it arrives, by this time I had got a clear look at the paint in the sun and could see that it was not an exact match and also in addition; the clips attaching the bumper to the fender had come loose. To avoid a phone call explaining these things and risking a misunderstanding I resolved to bring it to his attention when I went to have the light replaced. I waited 10 days after not hearing anything again, I called on july 23rd to the same excuse. Fast forward to August 1st, I stopped by the shop again and spoke to kevin who was parked outside his closed shop and explained he had experienced a medical emergency but that I could bring the car on Monday August 3rd and that he would have a look. Upon arriving on monday I explained the issues with the craftsmanship to which he appeared to become very angry and attempted to fast talk me, I'm guessing to see if I would back down, even going as far as saying I lied about being in contact with him and that I never called about replacing the other light(I have phone records to prove it). After coming outside and viewing the vehicle with one of his workers he seemed to calm down and claimed he was joking with me, he admitted that the paint was not a match upon further inspection(said it could have been caused by a cold spot in the paint room) and admitted that the bumper should not be separating from the fender after a few weeks to which his worker agreed. He said he would resolve the issues and assured me he would re-order the light that i requested to have replaced and would be in contact with me shortly. I called again the morning of august 6th after tropical storm isaiah to make sure everything was still in order and see if the part had arrived, Kevin said he wasnt in the office but would check when he got back and call me back, he never called back, so I called again that evening shortly after 6pm and after being sent directly to voicemail I receive a text message from kevin saying that he would call me today August 7th to let me know if the part arrived and discuss a timetable/price for parts. Waited till about 4pm and texted him after again getting no call after waiting all day. STILL NO CALL OR TEXT BACK. This leads me to believe since I already paid and there was no more profit to squeeze from me that I'm going to continue to get the run around from this gentleman until I give up from sheer frustration. In conclusion this isn't a review I write lightly, there are a lot of body shops in Rockland, CHOOSE WISELY!Services: Painting, Body & Trim
