They have the worst and nastiest people working here especially the manager she a nasty woman who hangs up on you if you have a problem with their busses that was the worst experience I ever had. this whole company need a revamp ESPECIALLY THAT NASTY WOMAN WHO ANSWERS THE PHONES SHE WAS ANSWERING TODAY 9/18/23 nasty person

We passed bus # 639 on the road who instead of stopping to let traffic pass she stopped in the intersection and blocked the entrance to the highway. I gestured with my hand that she should have waited and she started flaring her arms and flipping both middle fingers at us!!!! Luckily there were no children on her bus from what I could see. I would be very worried if this lady would be driving me kids around!!! This happened around 3:30PM in Yorktown by the new Lowe s. Of course I tried calling the bus company but the number they advertise is no onger working.

First day of school and we are still sitting here waiting for the bus and school has already started. Thanks for completely stressing out my kid when he was already stressed over his first day!

Place is a joke, the assistant manager doesn't know how to talk to the workers very nasty!
