Amazing shop with great customer service. Highly recommend! They took my car right on the spot. They buffed out the scratches and I could barely tell anything had even happened. They also did this for me free of charge since it was a simple fix. If I ever have another body repair issue, they are the only shop I will be bringing my vehicles to.

Not once, not twice, not even three times has B&B came through and worked magic beyond our expectations! The quality, timeliness and attention to detail this body shop exhibits time after time is hands down the best! We will never go anywhere else! Thank you to all the staff at B&B! Went there to get work since i got work done there before. Guy who spoke to me walked away mid conversation as if he had something better to do or as if i wasn t going to get the work done. Didn t feel attended to so i left and paid more somewhere else which i didn t mind. Don t ask too many questions i guess.

I was sent to B&B Auto Body by the owner of the business where I get my car detailed. Once I found the shop, tucked behind a strip mall on Route 9W in Haverstraw NY, I could not have been more pleased. So, I was given an estimate that seemed quite fair and I agreed to get the work done. I then experienced 2 completely unexpected events. Scratches on 2 of the panels I was expecting to require painting were able to be buffed out, saving me $1000. A dishonest business would have simply done the painting, pocketed the $1000 and I would never have known. The second shock was that at the businesses expense they took my car down to the business that referred me to them and had my car detailed inside and out. Not to exaggerate, but the car they returned to me looked virtually showroom new.This is an incredible business run by professionals who are friendly, knowledgeable and skilled at their craft but who have that most important trait of all, honesty. While I hope that I don't require their services anytime soon, I will never use another auto body business again. If you need their skills, do not hesitate. Just dial their number and go..

I ve known the owner Bill Dillane for a long time now, very nice man who handled everything for me with the insurance companies. Got my car back like it was brand new even the inside. Definitely recommend this shop

I cannot say enough positive things about Billy and his staff at B & B Auto Body. I scratched the side of my brand new car and chipped some of the paint pulling into my garage during the snowstorm. Billy was recommended to me by a friend and had glowing reviews so I went to see him. Not only was he extremely friendly and down-to-earth, but he gave me all of my options -- including the free one (who does that these days?). His amazing staff buffed out the scratches and touched up the paint on the spot in 10 minutes for free and refused to even accept a tip. Unfortunately I ve had to have my cars body fixed numerous times over the years (my own fault), but each and every time I have come to Billy to have it repaired he has done exceptional work. My car looks better than I ever could have dreamed it would after the damage it endured. Billy is an all around great man who goes above and beyond to ensure that his customers are happy with the work his team has done. I can t say enough great things about Billy and his team. It s so nice to deal with people who are courteous and professional. These guys are excellent. They did a great job on my truck after I got rear ended. Everything looked good as new and they handled all the Insurance stuff. They even dropped the truck off at my house after I explained that I was stuck home under quarantine. William and the folks at B & B are the best, most professional auto body shop in Rockland County. Period. Everyone I dealt with was extremely courteous and helpful and I wouldn't recommend any other shop besides B & B.My car was taken in after being involved in a rear end collision and it took less than a week (over a holiday weekend no less) for them to have it back to me. My car came back looking as if it had rolled straight off the showroom floor.If you're looking for a quality shop that does only the best work, look no further than B&B. You will not regret it.

Went to B&B to get my car door aligned. It was on a Saturday just before closing so they told me to bring it back and leave it so they could determine what parts were needed to be ordered. In the mean time they were very busy but still did a quick temporary alignment and wouldn't take my money. That's smart business. I gave them 5 stars because 6 wasn't available. I will be back.

Billy has been my go to guy for many, many years. He has been taking care of myself and my Family for years. Not to mention he is my Grandpas Great Friend. I refer everyone i know to him if they want the best work done by a trusted professional who is certified and will stand by his work and guarantee the job getting done on time. Trust me, he did many of my vehicles lol. I lease all my vehicles, as well as my husband, my friends as well. Billy is the man!

Unfortunately my wife s Tiguan was hit while parked. The rear bumper needed to be repaired and painted. So happy that we went to B&B, it was a pleasure working with William and his staff from start to finish. Not only did they take our car in to accommodate our schedule they got it done ASAP. The paint and body work done looks better then when it left the show room floor.Thank you!

Billy was exceptionally helpful in every step of the repair.When the replacement part mandated by the insurance company failed, he stood by his work even though the problem was not his fault. He immidiately ordered and installed a new part without me having ro contact anyone but him. Billy made it clear no customer of his leaves unsatisfied.The quality of the work was flawless.That is great business ethics and quality we rarely see these days.I am happy to recommend B and B and will only go back to them if I need work in the future.

Great people.. beautiful job was done on my Honda Pilot after a deer ran into it. It looked new when I picked it up. 10 years old and 163,000 miles on it. I had people come up to me ask if it for sale. I said sorry no. It's my baby. Thanks Billy for a great job.

The owner and staff at B & B are amazing!! Not only did they repair the extensive damage to my car, they also went as far as taking it to GWA Tire & Auto Center because when they test drove my car they didn't like the way it felt. Well, thank goodness they did! GWA found more internal issues with my car that was caused by the accident. They dealt with everything professionally and without me having to call the insurance company for reimbursement for the additional work. This was a great experience for me especially since this was my first accident I've ever had. Oh and I must point out that they did a complete detail of my car...inside and out!! My car is 7 years old and it looks completely new. It looks even better than when I first got it from the dealership!! If you ever need auto body work it would be in your best interest to bring your car to B & B. It is located just off Route 9W in Haverstraw, NY.

Cannot say enough good things about B & B. They went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right and abide by "do the right thing" business that is virtually non-existent now adays. Rob was super helpful in explaining everything, and Bill and John are honest and accommodating. They did a mint job - flawless.

No one wants to go to an auto body shop. I have been toB & B in Haverstraw a number of times and refered a number of friends and relatives. Billy is the most professional business man I have dealt with. I totally recommend him.

Recently had a 6 month old Volkswagen get smashed.Wouldn t have been happy with the end result unless it went through B and B.The best repair shop around, best owner, best staff. You would be doing yourself an injustice by bringing your vehicle to anyone else.Thanks B & B
