We were stranded on the thruway Monday evening 9/25/23 & JJ answered our call for a flat tire at Schuyler rest stop. He was quick to respond replaced the flat tire with our spare quicker than he could do the paperwork! His service was outstanding & a great guy!! For people that you really hope you don t have to see often they are awesome!!!Every single tow i ve needed since i moved out here has been dispatched to Midland even when i was out on the thruway and last night after 3 different tow companies canceled cause i was at work too far away and i asked the AAA agent to reach out to midland next and they showed up right when i was walking out of the door from my shift (talk about perfect timing!!)I ve had about 4-5 tows collectively from midland so far! Would definitely recommend if your ever stuck!

Got a flat tire at 6pm,called AAA & Midland collision got at my house within 20minutes!! I couldn't believe it....The man was JJ...He was so pleasant, great personality!!!!! It was a nice to have good customer service from Midland when so many others are miserable.... JJ is Awesome!!!

I called Midland around 2:00 and by 2:30 the tow truck showed up! Robert was so friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. The tow driver Aaron was very rude. I would not recommend this company. Due to covid no one can ride in the tow truck. So he was given instructions on where to leave the vehicle when he dropped it off. He chose where he wanted to leave it; knowing that it would not start to be moved. By the time I get to the location (by uber) he is now no where to be found... thanks!! I suppose I will hire another tow service to move the vehicle to the other side of the property where I asked him to leave it.Service: Special vehicle towing

My car can not start on July 10, Midland tow it and find it is starter issue, They find part and replaced it in less than 24 hrs.Thanks!

I was referred to Midland by AAA. I was traveling through the area and has a tire issue. Shout out to Erik who was helped me assess the situation, talk through options and even placed a call to help me locate the professionals I needed to get back on the road again, safely. Erik went the extra mile, in the freezing rain, to ensure I could drive the 300+ miles I needed to go that Saturday evening. With gratitude.

Midland towed my vehicle after an accident and has been incredibly supportive and flexible throughout the process. A special shout-out to Tom for going out of his way to bring me my house keys after I had left them in the car the night of the accident. Also, Tony has been wonderful with keeping me updated during the entire insurance process. I would definitely recommend Midland for their professional, customer-centered service.

Imagine being a collision company and one of your trucks doing 90 mph through that construction zone under the bridge on Route 5 almost colliding into the dividers and causing an accident between multiple cars and an tractor trailer. The irony.Happened today 9/7 around 810pm

Very rude people. Tony made us wait an hour and refused to give us our vehicle back. Gave us the run around on the phone too. He only cares about money and making people miserable. We did everything right and got him all the information he needed from the insurance company and he still gave us a hassle for no reason.

Don t ever do business with Midland Collision. Took my car there to be repaired after my accident. My GPS was in the middle console when i dropped it off to them, and when I picked it up, it was gone. The recon guy admitted to seeing it. After numerous unreturned phone calls, they refused to do anything to make it right. I would never recommend these people.

I hope AAA doesn't pay these guys for their lousy service!. The guy that came to help me was totally useless! I think his name was Jonathan and he had no clue about anything!

These are the guys that will come tow your car if you're pulled over by Uticabut I was pulled over on a Friday and normally total yards. Release on the weekend but the driver came out on a Saturday so I didn't have to pay an entire weekend of fees. All in all I give a 5 stars because they are not greedy as heck

Do not trust these people. A bunch of scammers they are!!!Told me my 2010 camry would be fixed. They didn't look at it for weeks . Then tried to tell me a part cost double what it really costs. SCAMMERS .they should be put out of business.

After AAA operator told me to call 911, they could only get me a tow, no help with transportation for myself my wife and little dogs. State police made a call to Midland Collision. With our van on flat bed we were given a ride home 60 miles away. AAA operator couldn t help or refused to try? But standing on the side of a highway with my wife and little dogs Is not emergency service I expect.
