I have a 2013 Lexus Gs350 and I was looking to upgrade the system and add apple car play. I brought my car for install couple of years ago and it was a nice upgrade and my car sound great. I recently stop in to fix my remote start and they checked on my system and realized it needed some tuning because they always standby there product and work . Now my car sounds way better . Thank you to sound Fx and there crews for a job well done . I can't believe how much better my system sounds now . Much appreciated.

Spoke to a female at 3pm on 1/11/2024. Horrible customer service over the phone. Extremely rude. Doesn t listen to the customer. Not the job for her!! Had an appointment on 1/12/2024. I was told to find a new place to get my work done by the same rude and unprofessional woman. I recommend AUDIOWAZE in bloomingburg. You will never get treated as such!

Outstanding installation of equipment on my suv. The team was flexible with scheduling and scheduled the installation same day! The shop was professional and the owners very knowledgeable and friendly. I would definitely recommend them and will definitely be back. Great Job!

I have been a Long time customer of Sound FX and i Like John and Kim and the rest of their crew who have always taken care of Me and My Family and I have Recommended them to Many others and will continue to Recommend Sound FX to Many others.I have had Car Alarm Remote Starter Systems put in My Cars and My Family's Cars as well.Also, I have had them Upgrade My Headlight Bulbs from the OEM Halogen Bulbs to HID Bulbs in the past and then to LED Bulbs which I still have in Both of My Cars.Also I have had Sound FX install LED Lights in My Car in the Glove Box, In the Trunk of My Camry and in My Wife's Rav4 LED Light strips under the Foot Wells and LED Light strips in the Rear Cargo area that lights up the back at night extremely well.I Will be in the near future from this review have them also Add the LED Light Strips under the Foot Wells in My Camry and maybe also I might consider Upgrading My Car Alarm Remote Starter to the Compustar T13 Pro.Stop by and Talk with John and Kim about Your Wants and Needs and they will tell You Waht Can and Will work for You as well as give You options to choose from if You don't really know exactly what You might Really Want or Need that will work Best for You and Your Vehicle.John and Kim and their Crew stand behind their Quality Work and If and When You might have a problem or concern, then they will be Glad to Address it with You. It might be just something simple or it might be something Big, but they have a Great Reputation of Being Honest and Fair and have Good Prices.Tell them that Gerald had Recommended You there with this Review.

All you gotta do is call them and speak to them on the phone. you'll notice a difference right away from other shops. These ppl actually care about customer service. Super nice, makes you feel like you're in good hands the entire time. I will definitely be a returning customer.

If there was a 6 star rating these guys would get it with no hesitation. Absolutely phenomenal work. My Honda was just all around garbage from speakers to wiring and with everyone s help, suggestions, opinions I was able to have my speakers sound so much better. Staff is super nice, and the work done was top notch. Their worked exceeded my expectations and it s safe to say that I found my audio spot!

I was in search of a specific dimension subwoofer for my truck and I had called around to about 6 other automotive audio shops in NY and NJ. Sound FX was the only place that stocked what I was looking for!They also let me buy some materials from them that you would normally have to buy a bunch of and I only needed a little bit.Overall they were very helpful and were more than happy to answer any questions I had and even gave me some good information on my project.Very knowledgeable and good pricing!Thanks guys for all your help !!

Received a gift card for Sound FX and wasn't sure what I wanted to spend it on, John was helpful by talking to me and giving me suggestions, I chose to get a 10 inch pioneer sub system installed, when I dropped my cr-v off for them to install in it the morning they had it done by later that day, they fit it perfectly under my rear tray and they were able to sync it with my stock radio so I can control it from there which is sweet! Plus I have had 0 issues with it since. Plan to go there for all future audio needs!

Truly exceptional experience.. Kim and John take the time to find out what the customer wants out of their system and treat their customers like family. They treated my car like it was their own and really know their craft. I cannot express how happy I am with their service and expertise.

I had the best experience while having my radio installed. The front desk lady Kim laughed and engaged in great conversation and her husband helped me save money on a piece I needed for the install. Very genuine people would always stop by if need be highly recommend great atmosphere!

One of the best customer service experiences. Expert knowledge and super friendly staff make this an easy choice for when I need electrical work done on my JDM 1995 Toyota Land Cruiser KZJ78. They can handle anything you throw at them and will help you every step of the way!

Sound fx is the best & only place to go for all your audio needs. They are very friendly & professional and awesome service. From my first phone call with Eddie I knew this was the place to go then I spoke with John and he wanted me to go there to see what I needed which was a great idea because I wasn't really sure what I wanted. I met John & Kim and we went over what I was looking for and I brought my tacoma back another day and they had the job completed in one day. I love what they did and my system sounds so much better and what a awesome job they did very professionally done. I highly recommend sound fx dont even think about going elsewhere. Thank you sound fx for a great job and this is the reason they have so many great reviews

I've been going to Kim and John for over 12 years and wouldn't trust anyone else to work on my cars. I made the "mistake" of having an air horn installed somewhere else and let's just say I learned my lesson. The two Eddie's in the back are awesome and whether its been a few weeks, months or years between visits, I always feel welcome and like family. Its worth the trip, its worth the wait (so def call ahead and make an appointment) and its worth the customer service!

I was recommended to come here to have a 12 inch sub installed in my car, and I m so absolutely pleased. My music sounds so good now, and Sound Fx truly did a great job with my car. The price is definitely worth it, they truly focus on the quality of each vehicle! 10/10 recommend them! The owners are also so friendly and customer oriented!

Kim and John installed my sub and direct wired my radar detector. Fantastic price and to top it all off, they were so ridiculously nice and accommodating. I tried to get the sub installed at 2 other places and they wanted to charge me way more and gave me so much attitude that it completely turned me away from wanting to do business with them. I will go here for any of my future electronic needs without hesitation. As all the other reviews say, best customer service ever!!!!

Worst customer service. They installed a radio in my car, I asked for for a specific radio with special apps. They said they had what I was looking for. I was happy about it but when it was installed none of the apps I asked for where functioning. When I went back to ask about the problem the owner went crazy. Worst customer service ever. I would not recommend this place at all. You paid so much money expecting good quality and treatment and you get a slap in the face..

Found this shop by using Google search and decided to give them a try based off their good ratings...I was not disappointed! Brought my own equipment for them to install on a 19 WRX and one of my pieces was defective. Eddie was able to diagnose and fix right on the spot. Can't say enough good things about the courtesy and professionalism of all the staff. Super clean work as well. Now I'm going back shortly to have my windows tinted.

I have to say my experience with them was amazing! I got an after market radio installed on my car 4 years ago. My car battery kept dying every year and I didn't know exactly what it was. I had my mechanic run a test and they mentioned the radio was draining my battery out. I went back to Sound FX to have them check it out. They removed the kit and the radio and found out the kit was draining my radio. They put my old radio until they called the company to try and get a new kit that would not give me the same issue, unfortunately they didn't succeed since it has been 4 years. I went back and they installed the after market radio in a "cheaper" way, but they did not charge me for anything! I was completely pleased with how they handled everything. I recommend them to anyone!!

Came here for a 2018 crv speaker install, amplifier, their work was amazing, clean wiring job. I plan on adding a subwoofer I will definitely bring it back here for that job. Staff were very friendly and professional.

I have use this company about 4 or 5 times now for various things like remote car starters and stereo equitment. There staff is extremely knowledgeable. Seems to be owner operated and you don t get pushed off to a person that is they re just for a paycheck. They seem to care considerably about quality and workmanship. Again I ve used them numerous times with nothing but Great experiences.

John, Kim and the crew are very professional, knowledgeable, kind, and caring. They would only sell you products that they know are reliable and know that you would be happy with them for a long time. I've taken multiple cars here for, HID's, LED's, as well as I got a sound system installed into my VW Jetta here and every single time has been a pleasure. I haven't had any problems with any of the products I have purchased here and will continue to come here for years to come and recommend Sound Fx to friends and family. I trust them and wouldn't take my cars anywhere else. Thanks for all you do guys!

Kim researched a bluetooth solution for my 2007 Corvette, got the hardware in two days and it was cleanly installed in my car the very next day in under two hours. It worked flawlessly. Very professional, courteous, just a pleasure to deal with. These guys do everything from car audio to window tinting to exhausts, etc. Very glad I found them. They will be doing more work for me in the very near future.

I got work done on my 2012 Honda Accord. I have never met such a professional, caring and understanding person such as EDDIE. I was nervous on expenses and he talked me through it and found alternatives. I will recommend eddie and this company to everyone. Couldn t think of one negative thing to say about my experience, the work or communication with eddie.
