My mother, my aunt and myself were on our way home from a road trip. We were over two hours away from home, it was pouring down raining and the drivers side windshield wiper stopped working. We stopped at an Advanced Auto parts store and they recommended us to Quickie Service. We arrived and the staff were very friendly! They had us sit in their waiting room while they immediately took our truck into the garage bay. In no time at all they came out and explained to us the bolt for the windshield wiper arm was loose and stripped, they fixed it and told us no charge at all!!! Really great quick and friendly service. They were truly our heroes today! Thanks so much for helping us get back on the road safely.

Nah.I won't be back, you can remove me from your system, thanks...I came for oil change and inspection, and also asked for them to check about a fuel leak... Here's the thing, the fuel leak is a failed inspection in the first place so why even bother inspecting the car and failing me when I basically told you straight up it was failed?I basically paid $150 for an oil change lolThey removed my inspection sticker so now I basically have to service my car. That's exactly what they do, force you to get more work done.Enjoy the $150 scam cuz you lost a heck of a lot more from me. I hope more people see this reviewI should have listened to my mom when she said you guys were crooks, I don't know why I bothered.. It pays a lot more long term to be conscientious and friendly, I know you have to do things by the book but you could have told me at the counter the gas leak would be a fail, I honestly didn't know. (it is just a light smell nothing major)If all you know how to do is change tires and do oil change, be honest about it lolll before wasting my time...Money is not even the issue I just don't care about crooks.. Guy was literally trembling talking to me I had to calm him down with my voiceCheck out Village Auto, they are best!

Had them put lower control arms in a rust free 99 Chevy Astro(so simple to work on) and the mechanic snapped a bolt,dropped my torsion adjustment so low the tires rubbed,and the lower control arm bolt is loose in 3000 miles with the bushing pushing out. How someone did an alignment with the torsion adjustments so uneven is beyond me. First alignment my wheel almost fell off from bolts being so loose, shouldn't have gone back after that

Amazing customer service! I arrived a half hour before they were supposed to close, and they accepted my car with open arms! They kindly explained the entire process, so I was in the know of what they would be doing. They also gave me some tips and tricks on how to avoid this issue in the future! They are genuinely caring and considerate to their customers. This has become my number-one go-to place for anything car-related! I usually don't write reviews, but this place made an amazing impression on me, and I would recommend everyone go try it for themselves!

The new business owners are so kind and reasonable! They don't sugarcoat any explanations and get your car repairs done in a reasonable time! We came for checking the bottoms of car, we just walk in but the process still goes really smooth. It only takes about 15 min for everything. 5 stars to the service and Terrell!

We had a flat tire 2 hours from home. After 3 other places were "too busy" to help, Dennis at Quickie was a lifesaver. He repaired the tire instead of trying to sell us a new one and had us back on the road in no time. Excellent service!

Highly recommend they are really helpful they go above and beyond to help you with your car just be patient with them and they will take care of you reasonable prices better then the other shops I ever been to in the past the store manager a really great guy

Mike and Greg, the new owners are professional and helpful. Went in for brakes and actually did not need a full brake job. It was nice to save a little money and get taken care of with confidence. For sure a great service center and I wish them luck.

This place is more than just amazing! All managers are honest about the work and got things done in a great fashion of timing! And communication is amazing! Big shout out to the three managers Eric Louis and Terrell aswell as all the techs for amazing work

The new manager Luis was so kind and helpful. He was super knowledgeable and was very patient with me and all my questions. I would highly recommend this place for your car needs. Also, I didn t mind waiting because he is very handsome and I didn t mind looking at him.

Needed a single tire replaced and this store had to order the specific tire which took 2 days but had by far the best price. Very fair and pleasant owner. I would not hesitate to use them again

Took a chance on this place in hopes of not getting taken advantage of as a female. LET ME TELL YOU how wonderful my experience was. I had a sound happening at the front of my car, in two minutes these guys were able to diagnose it and fix it. Had a wheel alignment and caliper repair and a brake work. MY CAR IS RIDING LIKE NEW. This place charges VERY FAIR PRICES and I can easily say this will now be my auto repair place!Services: Wheel alignment, Auto maintenance

I had a great experience. I needed to replace my front tires and Unfortunately the vehicle doesn't use standard size tires. The owner was able to locate 2 tires at the warehouse for me and called me when they were en route to the garage.I arrived shortly later and they immediately took my car in and started working. Unlike some places that have you sitting around for hours.I will most certainly return for any service I need done and I reccomend strongly. Prices were fair as well.

I will not recommend this shop based on my experience.My experience with this shop was very unfriendly and not welcoming. After my details was taken and I was waiting at the waiting room. The man at the front desk started smoking regular cigarette in the office area with no regards to me in the room, this is the year-of-our-lord 2022. My inspection failed due to my tires needing to be replaced and to be fair they did need to be replaced. The shop gave me an estimate for the tires but I found them for about $250 cheaper at a different shop and I got them. I returned for the re-inspection the same day about 4:30pm, 30 minutes to closing with not a single car in the shop that is being worked on. The inspection of the tires should not take more than 10 minutes. The man at the front desk was rude and refused to inspect the car. The same car that has passed emissions and all other parts of the safety inspection expect the tires. All he had to do is be nice about it and politely ask me to come the next day for the re- inspection. I truthfully do want to see small business grow and do well, but with the poor customer relation skills that some shops like this very one exhibit , there is no way they can retain their customers.I don t spend my money where I don t feel welcome. I will surely take my business some where else.

I Use quickie's frequently for oil changes, alignments and tires. They're always nice. Their prices are fair. They know me by name. I can always expect quality service from them. Ive never once had a bad technician. Worse experience I ever had ,they told me I needed a new mass air flow ,so I bought it ,they got one told me it was good to go also thar I needed some sort of cylinder, I drove off after they test drove it told me it was still good they never even put the mass air flow in the vehicle, I told them as well as showed them still told me it was new, until there own mechanic said that it wasn't a new one in my car horrible so I paid for a part and it was never installed when they told me they put one in ,please people check your car after you get it back from them ,if I never had checked ,I would have paid for the same mass air flow that was originally in my own car !!!!

WORST PLACE!! very unprofessional service and complete rip off. $65 to take out a nail from my tire. There s so many other places around that area that are way better. I never asked you to take off the tire from the rim and rebalance. All I asked was for you to remove a nail from a tire that was already off the car. Any place in the world charges between $15-25. It has nothing to do with tire size. You are very good at scamming people and stealing people s money. Good luck getting/keeping customers.

They are the worst !!!!!!!!! They over charge & if you have a issue with your car they will tell you it s one thing & charge you a high price and don t even fix the problem and expect you to be satisfied. Always bring my cars here. I don t have any complaints about quality of work. My only problem is Kevin at the front desk, he s rude and mean to customers. He expects people to know all the answers about cars, if everyone knew the answers then why come to mechanic . Please consider training him on customer service and how to threat your clients, after all he s representing your business and I don t think he s a profitable investment. My review on quality of work is 10/10 but my review on customer service is 0/10.Services: Tires, Auto engine diagnostic, Brakes
