Was returning from Jersey City to discover Ulster and Ruby charger were inop .unbelievable and it put me into a bind ran out of charge and stuck on I87N. 2.6 miles away from this Shell charge station!!!! Got towed in for 160$ to discover NY provides free charge here! Best news I can get 230am ..zero charge!
