Extremely disorganized. Should be able to find parts when someone calls & it says in stock. Not have to wait 20 mins on hold for them to come back & say sorry I can t look right now call back in 30 minutes

Have to love the local auto parts spot , stop by ! Staff is very helpful, they stock most things available at auto parts stores. Oil, filters, lightbulbs, most fluids and small parts accessories, fuses, cleaning supplies, etc.

Napa always has the parts and items I need for my vechicles . Especially for a older model car or truck , they usually have the part and if not instock they get the part within a few days or less.

Great bunch of guys and knowledgeable not their fault but prices are getting ridiculous build back better is killing everyone

I called looking for a specific filter for my car, was told that they had it in stock and I could come pick it up. Drove in the summer traffic from East Hampton to be rudely told it s not here and be clearly laughed at by the staff. Wish I could give less than one star.

Basic auto parts store. They are higher prices than normal due to location in Hamptons. People behind the counter literally only took money and no interaction.

Every one that works at the store in Bridgehampton NY act like they don't want to be there. No help whatsoever for the customers and an attitude that makes you want to get out and never come back.
