Going here was a Godsend! They're a dream for the "East End". So, I originally went to nearby Amagansett repair shop (Bock Auto) & was quoted ~$1800 for an alternator replacement on a 2008 Toyota Camry I was charged $180 for them to tell me this I asked around, eventually got to JSM. Jose was a pro. Young woman behind the counter was upfront and clear. The best best part was it ended up costing ~$500 for the exact same repair work JSM you have a permanent customer and I'll be telling everyone I meet out here

Came into town for a long weekend and caught a flat. Drove in although the garage doors are closed, and the gentleman in the office patched my tire swiftly and easily. They did not try to up sell me on a new tire! Great service, reasonable price, would return again should I have future car troubles.

Best prices in the area! Took my mini somewhere and they wanted $930 for the repairs. Decided to get a second opinion and Jose and his team only wanted $340. Highly recommend them, best prices in town and get the job done in a timely fashion!

Great, friendly, fast service. Very reasonable price. I will now go to JSM for any and all stores repair needs in the future. So glad that I found them. I would highly recommend them.

JSM fit me in when I was having car trouble. They were very fairly priced and honest. I appreciated their transparency. I would recommend this repair shop and will be going back.

Terrible service. I took my car in for an error code and they assured me it was something else that didn't work out in the end. I lost 3 days and $160. They wanted me to leave more time to see what I had when I finally took it somewhere else and it turned out what I told them at the beginning.P�simo servicio. Lleve mi carro por un c�digo de error y me aseguraron que era otra cosa que al final no result�. Perd� 3 d�as y $160. Quer�an que dejara m�s tiempo para ver qu� tiene cuando al final lleve a otro lado y resulto lo que les dije en un principio.
