Joe and his team are great, there was even an insurance hang up that Joe assured us not to worry about, that they would take care of it. Smooth, worry-free process and pristine work. Joe and his team are excellent. I highly recommend Village Auto Body. This is the 3rd time working with them and each time was an excellent experience. Just yesterday I had brought in a vehicle with a damaged plastic moulding . Joe was able to get the part next day and installed for me in less than 24 hours. Thank you Joe, you saved the day!!Dave

The team at Village auto body did an amazing job on my 2019 blue Mustang over the summer. It came out looking better than before the accident. Just amazing work really went above and beyond to make the customer satisfied. A million thanks to Joe and the entire team.

Not many auto body shops are warm & welcoming, but Village Auto Body in Hampton Bays is! I brought my car in and spoke to Joe who made the whole experience a breeze. I have dealt with both Jim, the owner and Joe, the manager and both are very knowledgable about auto repair, honest and clear in what needs to be done and how they need to make your car look new again. Joe in particular helped work with the insurance company to get this solved and couldn't have been nicer every step of the way. This is a first class operation, where it is clear that you, the customer, are treated with care and concern every step of the way. I would never take my car anyplace else for body work. I had such a great experience with Village Auto Body Shop. The owner Joe Milazzo is clearly an expert on cars. All of the workers made me feel comfortable, responded quickly, answered all my questions, and performed excellent work. I couldn t be happier with their customer service and skills! I was recently referred to Village Auto Body for some body work I needed done through an insurance claim. I couldn t be happier with the service I received. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and professional. What I appreciated the most was their attention to detail and commitment to quality work. They took the time to explain the issues with my car and the steps they were taking to fix it. They went above and beyond by checking other parts of my car to ensure everything was working properly.The bonus was that the rental company I used also has a rapport with them where I was able to conveniently pick up and drop off my rental on site.I was extremely impressed with this Auto Body Shop and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy service. They truly care about their customers and their cars, and it shows in the excellent work they do. I heard about Village Auto Body from two other happy customers. I brought them my car to make a scrape go away. Not only am I fully satisfied with that work but when, in passing, I mentioned to Joe another problem, which I had been getting the runaround on from my dealer for years, he took it upon himself to figure out what was going on, show me what he had found, and helped to address a design flaw in the car. When my custom-built camper van got rear ended, the damage turned out to be much worse than it had seemed at first glance. Aftermarket additions like flooring, water tanks and interior structures complicated repair efforts.VAB handled it all with ease and returned my van in perfect shape. Their work looks clean enough to be original, and the newly installed rear doors seal perfectly. It's a huge weight off my shoulders and I'm already planning my next trip.

I recently brought my car to Village Auto Body for some minor repairs but due to an insurance lap in coverage with my insurance company I decided not to have them do the work . After speaking to Joe he was very helpful and informative on what I needed to do. He helped me tremendously since I was not from the area to get my car towed home. I want to thank Joe and his staff for all their help!

I had a collision on 6/9 ,the other party who colloided with me , we both had the same insurance so the insurance company was dragging their feet Finally i got the go ahead to find a repair shop , this was another headache, after getting mutiple quotes and day to read the reviews i decided to take my car to the village auto body in hampton bay.The day i called i got Joe he gave me a date to bring the car in to be estimated. The amazing thing was that he took over and fought with the insurance company , when i dropped my car off. There was a rent a car waiting for me .The inconvience i had for a month and a half VILLAGE AUTO BODY was able to resolve it within two weeks.They did a great job the repair work was exceptional, i can truly say i had a great cusomer service experience and the job was pristine.if you try to book an appointment and you get a far date that just tells you how great they are and how in demand they are, VILLAGE AUTO BODY IS THE BIG DEAL everyone else is small fries and side order.Service: Body & Trim

Nothing but good things to say about this place. The work was amazing, beautifully done, looks and feels like a brand new vehicle. The staff went above and beyond for us, even for our rental. Dan is truly an artist, if there's such a thing in the auto body world. The atmosphere and energy in this place feels like family. I never write reviews! I made the exception after my white TRAX 2022 was repaired by this professional shop. Joe M and his TEAM are the absolute best. Joe handled the insurance, the rental and everything!! He does what he says he will do. He takes care of everything and made the process painless. My bumper needed to be replaced and two other shops said repaired--and the other two shops were nightmares. I called The Garage--and asked for a referral. They sent me here and it was great, fast service!! Use The Village Auto Body Shop if you ever need to repair damage to your car!!!

Amazing Experience. Walked me through all the steps of dealing with the insurance company, arranged a rental car to be picked up on site. Waited for all my parts to arrive before making an appointment to bring my car in. My car was ready in 10 days. Would definitely recommend this Autobody Shop for anyone who owns a Luxury Vehicle I have a 2021 GLS450 which looked perfect on pick up.Thanks Joe. You're the best.
