EXCELLENT QUALITY @ REASONABLE PRICES WE @ SOUTHOLD AUTOMOTIVE HAVE BEEN USING TYLER & SUSAN @ SINCLAIR AUTO UPHOLSTRY FOR YEARS.WE ALSO REFERED SEVERAL OF OUR CUSTOMERS TO THEM & THEY WERE VERY SATISFIED AS WELL,THANK YOU TYLER & SUSAN.

we dropped off our couches to be reupholstered 6 months ago.. paid them 50% off the job. We have not heard back from the Sinclair s since June. They won t return our phone calls or emails.. we went by their home / office a couple of times. They gave us some son story but promised they would have the couches ready In a few weeks. That time has come and gone!! Still nothing .. absolutely horrible business practice and thievery.At this point I want my couches and MONEY back!

I had my 2009 Beetle convertible re-done by Sinclair's. He did an absolutely phenomenal job and I am completely satisfied with the workmanship. I highly recommend Sinclair's.

Broke the sunroof on my car after bringing it to them for a headliner job. They managed to strip out the bolts and not properly ground the sunroof which caused numerous electrical issues to the car. 1500 dollars down the drain and not even any offer to try to make things right.

I brought a simple seat cushion to Tyler to be reupholstered. He incorrectly put the zipper across the front of the seat. When I emailed Susan with photos, she responded "Yeah that's not right" and offered to refund my money (I paid $135. plus supplied my own material). That was 3 weeks ago. I have sent several emails and left voicemail, without response. Clearly they don't need my business. Ripoff! Horrible Service!
