Service was terrific!!! While paperwork was being drawn up my family of 4 went out for lunch and West Herr Ford reimbursed us for our lunch. If you want to be taken care of well, shop West Herr Ford.

Tony was great he explained everything about my car that needed to be fixed. He also said how long it would take and offered a shuttle ride home, but I declined. I had a great experience at West Herr Ford. I highly recommend West Herr Ford in Hamburg. My car runs fantastic now. Tony thank you for being so nice.

My experience at West Herr with Corey was exceptional. I was taken care of immediately upon arrival. I waited in a lovely space with comfortable chairs, TV, a fancy coffee machine, etc. West Herr had the parts needed to complete the job and it was finished much sooner than expected. Corey explained what needed to be done and quoted an accurate price so I knew what to expect. It was truly a pleasure spending this time at West Herr. I highly recommend this service department!

Every single person in the service and parts department was tremendous. We were in an emergency situation on our way from Florida to Canada and we were so well taken care of by the entire team. Our dog was welcomed, the amenities in the waiting area are top notch and everyone was willing to help with a smile.I owe so much to the team at West Herr Ford of Hamburg. Thank you so much !!!!!

Our Salesman, Peter Harris was very helpful and efficient. He listened to what I was looking for and was able to find the perfect vehicle for my daughter, at the price she could afford. It was a pleasure to work with him! I was also very impressed with the whole Sales group when we went to pick up our vehicle. The young man who was in charge of the finance part of it was very thorough and guided us through the process very efficiently. Everyone was very polite and friendly and made us feel welcomed! I will definitely recommend to all my friends and family members. I can see us doing business with them many years to come!

Never a problem at this dealership. I have been buying vehicles here since the 1970's. Jim Clifford knows what I want before I even walk in there! The entire staff is friendly, helpful and professional. As someone who is not very adept with electronics, the staff helped me set up my navigation from my phone. In the past 40 years, I have bought 1 vehicle elsewhere and went right back to your Hamburg location. I just wish the Edge will be sold again in the future...

I have never had a bad experience at any west herr location. Always top notch. Everyone is a gem at West Herr, but ask for Frank Callieri or Tony Sorrento. They are the best of the best in a group of really great people. You re welcome.

We have been buying cars from Mark over the years. Mark is awesome, answered my questions, and he found what we like and we purchased the Bronco. Thank you Mark for your time and efforts helping us. He didn't rest, until I was happy and made sure everything was smooth.Legitimately, from sales, to financial, to paperwork and just the overall vibe of everyone we encountered, best experience.

Took my Forester in to Quick Lane as my tire pressure dropped suddenly due to the cold temperatures. Was in and out within a half hour on a Saturday afternoon with no charge! As always, very satisfied with West Herr and its customer service! Thank you and keep up the good work!!!

We recently worked with Zach at West Herr Ford of Hamburg and had a wonderful experience! He worked so hard to find us the exact Bronco that we wanted! He was able to get all the paperwork ready so when we drove in from out of town it would be a seamless transition to allow us to leave with the Bronco. Would definitely recommend Zach to anyone! Great experience. I was attended too by two friendly and knowledgeable sales associates that made the exchange pleasant and fast from test drive to purchase. My used vehicle looks and feels like new and I left confident about it's reliability.

I had The Works service, and it was excellent. I sat comfortably in the large waiting room with free coffee and commentary free Wi-Fi watching TV. When my car was ready, I was informed that I had Ford Points.to cover my bill. The staff was very nice and pleasant and informed me my state inspection was coming up and they could have it done in 15min. The service was completed in less than one hour. Of course I will return to Quick Lane West Herr Ford for my next service

HelloSCOTT BIELERIt was a pleasure meeting one of your vp a few weeks.� I have been a loyal West Herr customer all the way from Brooklyn, New York since 2012.� I think it is important for you to know that I do not hesitate to drive six hours one way for both service and sales.� I have brought my girlfriends vehicle for service as well.� (She used to think I was nuts for driving to Buffalo for my cars and service...she is a believer now!)� I do not buy cars anywhere else, and when I have made the mistake of bringing vehicles to Advantage Chevrolet in Brooklyn, for example, I usually end up driving up the following weekend for real West Herr service as they often misdiagnose or do not fix the problem.I must give a huge shout out to your Used Car Sales Manager John Foster at West Herr Ford of Hamburg.� John has been taking care of me and my family for years and I do not go anywhere else and would never do business with anyone else.� He is a gentleman and he does honest business.� Your customers are in perfect hands with John.� If I could recommend him for the topmost position in your dealerships, I do so without hesitation.We could really use West Herr quality and service down here in Brooklyn.� �I would implore you to consider acquiring dealerships in the Tri State area.� I predict you would do great business here, as all of our dealerships are horrible.Again it was a pleasure meeting your vp and thank you for always providing me with West Herr quality.� I tell all of my family and friends about the right way to buy or service a car...at West Herr!Sincerely,Matt A. The entire team worked diligently to locate, and secure our new bronco for us!! Starting with Morgan from the internet sales team, who combed the entire West Herr inventory from all locations. She communicated frequently and consistently over the course of a week and finally located our vehicle at the Hamburg location. She then connected us with Zach who would handle the transaction from that point forward. Zach was unstoppable. He worked quickly without hesitation to secure the vehicle for us. Answering my questions on the phone, sending pictures via text to be certain it was the vehicle we wanted, as well as verifying a few options I had questions about. All of this occurring in a 10hr period. The following day, we drove in from out of town. While we were on the road, Zach worked with his team to secure the vehicle and get it ready for us to drive off the lot. We arrived and took ownership in a smooth, quick experience. We have been wanting this vehicle for nearly a year, and had a difficult experience elsewhere. Went into West Herr ford after having a not so great experience with the jeep dealership. The experience I had there was phenomenal. Everyone there was extremely helpful. When I walked in the door I was greeted by the sales manager who connected me with a sales team member named Steve B. He was extremely helpful, and kind. With his help I was able to take home a new ford bronco sport!

I was pleasantly surprised by Ford s new mobile service. Michael came to my home and took care of a recall in my garage. No needing to drive to quick lane or make an appointment. This new service is perfect. I highly recommend this to everyone. It truly shows how my time is just as valuable as the mechanics. Michael was professional and left me with no worries that the recall on my vehicle was skillfully & completely resolved and in record time. Thanks Michael!!!

I dropped my car off at West Herr Collision on a Friday morning. Thinking about getting my car fixed and back to me the next Friday . During that week I received a call from the quality assurance department which let me know that they were not happy with the outcome. That s when I thought why not , but I was wrong . The call was actually about how they were sending the car back for a repaint . Monday I received another call from West Herr telling me that my car was ready for pickup . I walked to my car and I saw that the company had done an Excellent Job . So thanks for a job well done .

Scheduled an appointment to test drive a 2018 terrain that was listed for sale at $16,997 and within 2 hours of me scheduling the test drive they hiked the price by $1,000! Cannot trust ANYONE who does business this way! You lost a potential customer for good, I will NEVER inquire here again! Bait and switch is ALSO illegal in this state btw! Hope it was worth it to your dealership to screw somebody over so you could get a scathing review that people will see and read...And now I'm being told the reason it was not ready to test drive is because when they transferred it from another West Herr location they put it in the garage for a once over and it needed $1,000 in repairs so that is why it increased by $1,000. Problem there is that this car was listed and on a West Herr lot for sale and it needed $1,000 in repairs!? Doesn't instill confidence in the buyer knowing they are selling cars that need costly repairs! Buyer beware if you go to ANY West Herr location!

Had a wonderful experience...again!! This time Frank made the deal happen with no nonsense!! We had some great laughs, and I went out with a better truck and deal then I ever expected!!! Highly recommend anyone to go see Frank and get a beautiful vehicle for a smoking deal!!!

My husband and I came in to check out replacing a nine year old car. Frank was wonderful in securing us the make, the model, and the the style that we were looking for. We are very happy with our purchase and were very happy with him as the sales rep we worked with. We highly recommend him!

My service was great, everything was repaired, and Evan an issue that wasn t part of my accident. I would have liked more updates as the repairs took longer than expected, but every time I called, I got quick updates. Also, I was able to make an appointment within 2 weeks after I requested one, and they were able to adapt to my schedule. Overall, I m very satisfied.

I needed service on my brand new explorer. I had an appt for service at 9:30 am. but was treated like I was a bother. I explained that I had to leave by 1:00 in the afternoon and that I would have to stay and wait. I received a text from the technician first thing saying I could text him at any time for updates. A few hours later I texted him to see how it was going. I did not receive a response. At 1:00 I went back to the counter to see what was happening. My car was sitting there done. I didn t not receive any communication. I was told they didn t really find anything wrong. The technician could not look up from the paper he was writing on to talk to me. He said he would open the garage door and we waited in the car for 5 minutes and finally someone else opened it for us. A few days after being at the shop the problem started again. Clearly my business was not wanted, welcomed or appreciated. Wish I bought the car from somewhere else.
