I had to make four phone calls over the course of a week and finally speak to the manager to find out that they hadn t even begun working on the car, the lack of communication was disappointing. When I finally got it back three weeks later there were swirl marks all through the clear coat, a large paint drip along the bottom of the quarter panel, and debris embedded in the paint throughout the repair. I do not recommend this company.

Outstanding staff including Angela and Amanda. Very friendly and I was kept informed and updated. The repair work was excellent and car was returned to me cleaner than when I dropped it off!!!

Best service I ve ever had at a collision center!Alycia at the front desk and especially Josh the mechanic are absolutely amazing! Super personable and friendly. Got me the answers and service I need in a timely manner. Would bring my car back here again for any collision repairs! Thank you Josh and Alycia!!!

Nice quality work, thorough explanation of the estimate before repairs began, had my car looking great. When I picked it up I got an itemized sheet of what was done & a copy of the guarantee of their work.

Had my car fixed July/August 2022 after my car was hit while parked requiring behind the front bumper work. The staff was knowledgeable, helpful, and nice. I especially liked the girl at the front desk and also Sam. Thank you to everyone there who helped me get back on the road and also with getting the rental. Hertz who had an office in the building was great as well.

West Herr provides the best service by far!! No matter what issue you have, they are always there and willing to help. From their customer service to their technicians they are incredible. I would not consider taking my vehicle anywhere else. I have never been disappointed by anyone there. Fantastic service. Employees were polite and professional. They did extra work on my car for no charge when they noted an error had bee made . Car ready when promised. Ckeaned uo my car inside and out when done and fully charged my car. I definitely would recommend

Very professional. Did a wonderful job repairing my truck after my accident. Took care of all the insurance so I did not have to stress over it. West Herr Colision has a Friendly, Courteous and very Professional. Repairs done have been excellent, you wouldnt know there had been damage from an accident. The work is quality, the employees are friendly. They do not offer time frames on fixing the damage. The time it takes seems a little long for the amount ofwork being done.

My boyfriend recently had his car fixed there after an accident, they were very attentive in the beginning but once he went to pick up the car and looked to make sure everything was correct he noticed something was missing. He has called and called to get the bug shield that was ordered and paid for to be put on, he calls and they keep saying it hasn t come in yet! How long does a bug shield take to come in, it should have been done right the first time and when he said that it wasn t they should have taken care of this right away! To me that is very poor customer service and you have already been paid on it! To me this is horrible customer service and I will not recommend them to any of my friends or family.

I found a vehicle online and after emails back in forth, I was told that they would be able to cut me a deal, if I visited the dealership. Since it was 200 miles away, I had provided them with all my information, my vehicle information, and setup an appointment. As soon as I got to the dealership, I was greeted by the front desk, and sent to the waiting room. After a few minutes, I met with the manager and a salesperson, and took a test drive. In the 3 other dealerships that I had visited, during the test drive they looked at my vehicle, during the test drive not to waste time, It was annoying knowing that I had a far travel and they made me wait while checking it out. Once I saw the vehicle it was not as pictured, it had damage all over the vehicle, was dirty in the interior and exterior, and smelled like an ashtray. I pointed out the damage, and the salesperson said it was not there before ..Again after spending a week of emailing and being promised that they were flexible on price, it was said to be in excellent condition, they wrote me up the sticker price and said that was the best they can do. They undervalued my trade lower than all other dealerships and claimed it was not in excellent condition, but 3 other dealerships said it was. They also valued there truck in excellent condition so far it was the worst condition of all vehicles I have seen. Do not waste your time with them.

We had a great experience at the West Herr Collision Shop in Hamburg! Everyone there is very friendly and they got our car repaired very quickly. It looks like brand new now. Highly recommended.

After talking with my insurance agent, he had recommended to have a dealer repair my Jeep. From my first call was with Chris, the manager he was very thing a manager should be informative,polite professional. My truck was fixed and they did an excellent job I would highly recommend this facility. Also the recptionist/secretary at the front desk, who also answered the phones was very polite and handled all my concerns

Today I went to West Herr Collision Center South to have my hood of my Explorer replaced. I have to say , they were very accommodating. I dealt with Brittany Jewett who helped me with my needed service.This young lady is extremely smart at her job and was a excellent worker of this collision Shop. You don t get great quality of customer service these days, but Ms. Jewett is very professional, I would consider her to be an asset to your company at West Herr Collision South.I will always refer my friends and family to this location . Just an excellent worker.

We bought a 2013 F150 and our salesman, Scott Hart was wonderful. He was very knowledgeable and made himself available for all of our questions and concerns. He was recommended to us by a family member and now we feel very confident in recommending him also. The entire experience with West Herr was positive, friendly and comfortable.

I have a 2019 Ford Eco Sport and rust was starting to appear above my windshield. I brought it in and I was originally told by Ford that my warranty wouldn't cover it. When I emailed my concern to the collision center about potential leakage through the windshield if the rust got worse, they immediately looked into the issue and made the repair as easy as possible, fully covered.Service: Painting

What an incredible experience, from the beautiful facility to the smiling faces as I walked in the door, to the speed in which they had me on my Way, on every level, West herr delivered an incredible experience.When something such as needing body work on your car can be such a downer, the west herr staff made it feel reasonable and actually fun. Something I didn t think was possible. Well done I highly recommend them.
