Steve is an amazing mechanic. One of the best in the area. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable, but he is also honest and fair. A couple times he has even diagnosed a problem with my vehicle and told me how I could fix it myself. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone needing any sort of auto repair.

Steve has been with me through thick and thin... all 7 times he replaced the same wheel bearing without asking himself if anything else could be the cause. It turns out the brake caliper pins weren't sliding. What annoyed me about that was that he took the brakes off each time he replaced the bearing, and I was beating my head against the wall throwing ideas at him and he'd just replace anything I suggested and agree with me. He even did the axle shaft just to try something different. You can't make people think I guess.I had to figure out that it was the slide pins myself by using common sense when the 18th wheel bearing failed immediately after braking fast to avoid a collision on the highway. So I took apart the wheel and used my brain and noticed the slide pins were ceased. I'm sure he would have replaced that wheel bearing for me too. "free warranty parts gotta charge labor" that's his motto. I was scared to bring it back to him. I just bought the whole hub assembly online, it cost me half.But he's not all bad, he sent my BMW to the dealership to have the headlight fixed and I got the car back with a thousand dollar bill and the headlight wasn't fixed. That was for the headlight being fixed. But I had another bill for the oil leak. He fixed that.He's not the worst mechanic. He's got a good shop and a good location. Being a new resident in this area, I took a chance on Steve based on his Google reviews. He was very thorough with explaining my repair options along with the upfront estimates on the fix. Our family is safe in any car they service. Love the family owners and they treat ever car like it is there own. Steve and his crew of talented mechanics are kind but busy. Please call ahead for scheduling, parking is a carefully planned tetris lot, unexpected vehicles may have to wait. God Bless Steve's Auto!!

Asked for an electrical issue to be diagnosed on my vehicle and to let me know what needed to be done before proceeding. They decided to fix it without my consent costing me $780 to pick up my car. Left there with a head unit that no longer works (~$100 to replace myself) and a crack on the upper part of my radiator as if someone leaned on it (~$100 for a new radiator, will also have to do the work myself) Steve claims this is all just one big coincidence. Unfortunately I will never trust this shop with any vehicle of mine again unless I have no other option. Loss of a star because of the surprise $780 bill after I called multiple times asking what was going on and was told to stop calling and was given no information. Loss of another star because I need to buy and install a new head unit and loss of a 3rd star because I cant drive my car until I find a new radiator and install it myself. Maybe the nonconsensual $780 left a bad taste in my mouth thus me not having much faith in this all being a "coincidence" but hey coincidences happen. Better than the one star I initially selected. Steve is a great mechanic for figuring out the issue but this overall was an awful experience.Edit: I added a star because coincidences can happen, still unbelievable to me though.

Good Honest service. He will not try to screw you or fix things that don't need fixing. He is constantly busy and takes care of his customers. He backs his work and if the problem is still occurring he will do his best to make it right. Repeat for life!
