Update for 2024 ... Still wonderful. Oil change and tire rotation. Great place. Quick, friendly, knowledgeable.2023 I had an oil change today. Both Tim and Don were super. They answered my questions and made everything quick and easy.

I has another great experience here. Tim was super helpful. I ve gotten inspections, an oil change and tire rotation here. I ll be coming back.Plus their shop is large enough to handle small RVs. Clean bathroom.

Blew a tire along I-90 westbound near them. Called while waiting for tow truck to see if they had the proper tire. They did! Had us up and out the door in less than an hour. Extremely clean store and friendly polite staff. They were able to turn what could have been a disaster into a mere inconvenience. Thank you!

This shop was outstanding. I get my tires through giga and they had a new option to have these gentleman install them. The price was good and the reviews were good so I said sure why not. Went in and no issues at all. They even offered to do my inspection right then and there which saved me some time in the future. The service was very timely as well and the technician kindly put plastic down where he placed my summer tires. Great shop all around. Thanks guys I ll be returning.

The particular Pep Boys on Camp Rd and Southwestern is the place to go for most anything. It has a small shop feel and I've never once felt as if I was being taken advantage of for my lack of automotive knowledge.

My experience was excellent. They saved me over $400 dollars and the service was spot on. Very honest men and I will always deal with them pertaining to my tires and any car issues.

Frustrated. Has an appointment here after screw ups at your location on McKinley already. They call me on the way there to say they didn't read everything I needed done and their diagnostic guy wasn't there for my check engine light. Same thing the other pep boys on McKinley told me. Yet they recommended I go there! Not sure what is going on with this company but not great customer service. Don't stay open all these hours if you can only do certain jobs at certain times. I'm off weekends so that's the only time I can take it but I have to work around pep boys on when it's convenient for them? Weird way to run a business.

Went in for new brakes I thought I needed. They could have done them and charged me and I'd be happy. They told me I didn't need them. Rarely you see a mechanic shop tell you the truth. My go to spot now.

I purchased 4 new tires. There was a mixup when I arrived for my appointment in which the tires I purchased were also sold to an appointment before me. The staff went above and beyond to make this right for me. They drove to a store out of town to pick up 4 more tires and put them on my car 2 about hours later. I very much appreciate the gesture! Tires feel great on my Explorer. I would definitely recommend this store.

If your ignition sticks you can jiggle your wheel and you won't have to force or break your key in an old but stable Focus. I've known this since the first time it happened years ago yet keep having to be talked down to about it twice by the same older man at Cleve Hill and twice with the same guy here. He also went out of his way to repeatedly explain to me how easy it is to cross Camp & 20 walking after I just told him 5 cars almost drove right into me at red lights and roundabouts and also I've had countless loved ones killed in auto accidents. The confusion would've ended sooner if he realized why I was randomly an hour early. I figured that you when I looked at my phone and remembered I never change my car clock for months because daylight savings is stupid. When I informed him I know how to properly cross a street and insisted it wasn't what he was implying at all. It was. Oh yeah, I have a photographic memory and he shouldn't have to know my current sitch to not speak to me like that. But they all do. I was a few miles over for next auto change and made it seem like I should get it done now before I pay for the only tires they had available for me. LOVE going to auto places as little as necessary. I'll get my oil changed very soon elsewhere. Oh yeah I was the Asian one if they don't recall. Female. He looked like that dude beavers or whatever on broad city. But he wasn't acting. Money well spent because I refuse to try another place therefore had no choice. Thank you SO much. Glad I decided to give them my money instead yay

Store was clean and the staff was friendly. I dropped off in the morning and then realized I had to be somewhere and the techs were able to complete my service in time. Would recommend.

Awesome experience. I called and was able to set an appointment only 4 hours from then, whereas other places I had tried asked me to wait days.The job was to remove a nail from my tire, which went quick and painlessly. I even paid less than what I was told I would!Don, the gentleman who took care of everything, was very kind with a great sense of humor. The office was small and cozy if you like that. Overall quick and smooth experience. Highly recommend!

I dropped my car off with a check engine light and unknown engine problems. Don plugged my car up to the computer to figure out the codes and had a best guess repair to fix the problems. I was not charged for his assessment which was nice. I decided I could replace the part he had suggested because I can do it myself for much less and so I did. Don was right! The part that most likely needed to be replaced was the part that was causing all my issues.. after I replaced the part all my issues were fixed. I m very pleased with my experience.

Got me in much quicker than anyone else was able, communicated well, and did great work, for less money than I expected. While I have a usual mechanic, I ll never hesitate bringing it back to them.

Service was excellent. They got me in quick and replaced all 4 tires quickly. I just took about a 600 mile trip and am very satisfied with my new Cooper tires.

I recently moved to NYS. In the process, I had to get my car registered. Found out I had 10 days to get it inspected. Pep Boys was one of the only places I could get a fast appointment in the time frame I needed. I was in and out within 30 minutes. Easiest inspection I ever experienced. Waiting room was clean and warm. I would definitely recommend this location to others.
