I have an '06 Chrysler 300 and had issues with the transmission not engaging properly at times over the past month and then last week it would not shift out of first gear and then went into "limp" mode. I was given Brian's name from a very good friend and all I can tell you is that these people are top notch in what they do and ethical. Brian and Alex were wonderful to speak with, never pressured me and thoroughly explained everything to me. My experience was A++ and the car is shifting so smoothly through the gears once again. I did not know these guys last week, but I do now and will recommend anyone to have work done there.

Great honest service! I had transmission trouble with a 2005 Honda Element. They fixed it for a $200. Family run business. Five Stars!

I was having transmission trouble with a 05 Impala.When you are trying to keep an older car rolling down the highway you struggle with what is the best solution, Bone yard, rebuilt or re-manufactured. its a lot of work to change a transmission.After checking around I decided to go with Northeastern. There pricing was decent (mid-ground) and there reviews were VERY good. I went with the re-manufactured. Dealt mostly with Brian.What a fantastic job guys. I have a couple of thousand miles on it now and it works like new (or better).It took a bit longer than stated bu the would not have me pick it up until it was Dyno tested.I saw old fashioned work ethic and attention to detail and customer. I have never written a review before but felt I had too in this case. THANKS GUYS !!!!!!If I could have given 10 stars I would have.Service: Transmission

What great people! They immediately took care of my blown transmission on my work truck, gave me options, and performed the work with top of the line parts, quickly and efficiently. The best part was their dyno, where they can test run and make adjustments if necessary prior to installation. All this at a great price. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

All I can say is wow. I had an 08 Grand Prix with a bad Transmission (4T65E) GM.. .. so I handed it over to these guys. Best decision I ever made. I took it for a 50 -60 mile test run after work , never had a car shift so well before in my life including way better gas mileage and better operating temperature of the transmission !! . I enjoyed working with Alex he was super helpful and easy to understand during the process . I also want to thank Brian and Wendy for their help as well and their professionalism when they were busy. It felt like family when you walked in . I recommend Northeastern transparts Inc for anyone having trouble with their transmissions, they will meet and go beyond you re expectations.Services: Transmission, Electrical

Dropped a commercial truck off to North East on a Thursday late morning. By the end of business that day I had a complete assessment and scope of work they were going to preform. Now we re not talking about a couple hundred dollars here. Pushing $4,000 to be exact. I was told I d have the truck back possibly Tuesday more than likely Wednesday. Before the end of business on Monday I had a phone call and the truck was done and ready to be picked up. I could not be more pleased with how this situation was handled by North East and would use them again no questions asked. Very knowledgeable, and confident in the work they were suggesting to do. My mechanic refered them. They were courteous polite professional. I left without getting my receipt but they would call daily and keep me posted. I have anither car since it was a 6hr job I said take all the time you need. They sent the car elsewhere to get the alignment done. A few months have passed and all is well. They did great work.

Wendy was awesome. Gave us an honest evaluation of our car, didn't try to pressure us into unneeded repairs. Will definitely go back if we have any other problems.

Very friendly and they always have what u need. If they don't have what you need, then they can usually get it quickly. We have done business with them for a little while and are very satisfied. Highly recommend for all your transmission needs.

Brought my camper van to get the transmission rebuilt and an auxiliary cooler put on. First off I was pulling teeth trying to convince them to put on a aux cooler, which for a campervan that travels across country would be pretty self explanitory obviously wasn't and basically and was told everything was a ok, when come to find transmission fluid all over the inside of the engine compartment only to find from another mechanic that the transmission was overfilled by 2 quarts!! and to add to it now the vehicle slips out of gear, which sounds like a bad valve body!! So to me it seems like the transmission was really never rebuilt or gone thru whatsoever besides changing leaking seals!! Highly unprofessional and not recommendedService: Transmission

Bought a trans rebuild with a excellent warranty, unheard of by most transmission places. Had a minor issue years later, they fixed it fast and stood strong behind their warranty. They have made a customer for life. Do not go anywhere but Northeastern Transmissions for your repairs.

Brought my Explorer in for a leak. While repairing that they noticed a problem with my4x4 that I had forget to mention. They found nothing serious with either and preformed reasonable minor repairs. Very happy with their service.

Great experience here! They looked at my car and decided it wasnt my transmission at all through testing and told me the problem and didn't charge me a thing! That doesnt happen much in today's world. Bravo.

Got the job done way ahead of schedule. Ended up getting a leak due to part defect. They got the truck right back in tore down and repaired very swiftly. Warrantied everything.

Thorough. Explained what needed to be done. Took pics of my vehicle to show me. Gave options instead of just saying needed to replace everything. Definitely recommend them
