I've been coming to Mavis for a few years now. Every time I come they are very informative. They let me know and show what is going on with my car. The Manager Carl is so helpful and polite. He really explains things to me and works with me.

I dont think Ive ever been to a better shop! Not only were they able to help me with getting what I needed done but they saw how bad my back brakes, rotors, and struts were and explained/showed me whats going on - Ive never had a shop actually SHOW me whats going on with my car! They explained things to me very well and they were all very nice to me. I will be going back FOR SURE!

Noticed I had a slow leak in my tire, the staff at the Mavis on Southwestern were extremely helpful and courteous. The employee at the front desk Liz was phenomenal! Even allowed my dog to come in and wait while they patched up the leak. Would go back again for tires or service!

Fast, friendly service, got me right in and met my time crunch. Fixed all my issues fast. Explained all issues with me and found a solution to best fix my budget. Get place for any services you need. I will be back again.

I want to thank the good folks at Mavis. My wife and I had an emergency last Thursday on I-90 shortly after 8pm so we called Mavis because they were right around the corner. We arrived 15 minutes before closing and they took excellent care of us. We were 3 1/2 hours away from home and without their help, we would have been in a very bad spot.

Such great customer service! Was able to get me in quickly for my tire and they were able to fix it without having to wait a long time. Very knowledgeable of what needed to be done. Will definitely be back!

Liz and Carl are amazing and go above and beyond at this Mavis! I got an oil change and tire rotation and then a week later as luck would have it I got a nail in my tire. I pulled in and Liz and Carl remembered me and got me right in! You two are the best!

I have had multiple experiences with this Mavis location. The team is extremely helpful, efficient, generous and thorough! I have always been in and out with exceeded expectations. I will remain loyal to this service location as they very clearly value the customer!

Nail in tire called this am and they got me on right away. Apt took less than 15 minutes!!! Super friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you for taking care of my car quickly and efficiently.

I ve been to this Mavis location a few times now, and I expect it will be my go-to auto service shop from this point forward. Today, I was serviced by a worker whose name I didn t catch, but he was incredibly helpful and offered great customer service. This worker, who I later found out was called-in to work last minute, serviced my car quickly and did a great job. Very impressed with this location!

My tire was a victim to some kind of protrusive item, aside from your standard nail. Earlier in the day I spoke to someone whom I believe was named George, who had no issue telling me the process of what I needed to do. Upon my arrival to Mavis, the gentlemen that were there at the time, were so kind. In no time they removed the item and provided me with wonderful customer service. I ve gone to Mavis for all my car needs, aside from my yearly inspection, and I have nothing but pleasant interactions with the Hamburg location. Thank yous for what you do and my continuous satisfaction with my car needs!

I would always recommend this particular mavis. Staff are great honest caring people. Was well taken care of. I thought it was a ball join on my truck and they was honest and said it was a the heat sheild. They could have taken advantage and they didn't. Please . Take it from me. I'm on the top Google reviewers so what I say really goes a long way!

The employee at the desk, Carl. explained everything to me so well and went above and beyond. I purchased 4 tires at this Hamburg location and am I ever satisfied, he even traveled to another store to pick up tires I wanted, so friendly too and very professional, both the employee and the store is 2 thumbs up, second to none, I highly recommend this store and this employee, I'm so happy!!

Well it's my first time here and I can honestly say I'm blown away by the customer service. I don't typically write reviews, but the integrity and willingness to help from the management team here was outstanding. I made an appointment to check my wheel balance the same day for 3:00pm. At 5:00 I was still waiting for the balancing check, but I was called over by the manager and he said he wouldn't charge me for the check and balance (and believe me, it needed it). Mentioned that he was short staffed this week and would take car of it because of my wait. I'm amazed because service like this is unheard of these days.

Honestly, I ve been to this Mavis in Hamburg in the past and had very poor service. I kind of cringed going there again but I needed a tire repaired ASAP. They were awesome. They were unable to fix my tire but took the time to look for a small leak in the side wall. I hadn t even bought the tire there. I brought in another tire for them to mount and balance and they did it with no charge. They even went above and beyond to rebalance the other three. Now that s customer service. Great job guys. Keep up the great work. I am sending my son there tomorrow to get a set of tires for his car.

This store is quick, fair, and inexpensive! I took my truck to Walmart for an oil change and they royally messed it up.. then went to Midas and they got me in right away, were happy to help me out and gave me a MASSIVE discount!! I would definitely recommend coming here for all of your auto needs :) I have learned my lesson with Walmart- they are not a real auto shop (in their own words!!)- I should have just come to Midas to begin with! I will be back!

Incredibly poor experience, both with this location but then also Mavis in general.First with this location:I researched a new set of tires for my minivan and settled on Mavis to install. Through Mavis's own website, I scheduled an appointment and received a quote for the tires.The appointment was for 10am, and when I dropped off the van, I was told it would be 1-2 hours. Around 1pm, I called as I didn't hear anything from Mavis and was told that a vehicle was still ahead of mine. The van wasn't ready until 4pm, even though I scheduled an appointment (which clearly meant nothing) and I needed the van at noon for another appointment (which I had to cancel).Being so late, I just wanted to get out and home with my car. The location over-charged me in store for the tires than Mavis's website had quoted me. I had both receipts to show the price difference, so how does that happen when the appointment and quote I made was through Mavis's website directly?Once I got into the van, instantly I was punched in the face with the fact that SOMEONE SMOKED in the van! I had to drive home with the windows down (in December), and it still took 3 days for the smell to go away. What a complete slap in the face of your customers, as I have three kids and live in a non-smoking household.Cherry on top, is that despite being a tire installer, each time I come in the PSI on my tires are no where near the spec of my vehicle. The van calls for 35 PSI, and one tire was 30 PSI, one was 40 PSI, two were 42 PSI. A tire installer can't put the vehicle off the lift and at least make sure the PSI is set right? There isn't a machine that you simply plug in the needed PSI and it doesn't do it automatically?That was the location, now for Mavis itself. I called the customer support number THREE times. It took over two weeks until finally I talked to the local manager. The Mavis customer support number DOES NOT SUPPORT even simple items like the flat out overcharging at the location. If you call, they tell you "someone will need to call you back". Well, after several days no one did, and I had to call back. Again, I let it go a week until I had to call back yet again.Do yourself a favor, and check out Walmart/WestHerr/Jiffy if you need anything done with your vehicle.For all of this, I was offered a voucher for my NEXT visit and was left eating the awful experience of THIS visit.

First let me say, Liz has good customer service and their prices are very good on tires and mounting/balancing. Unfortunately- Today was my third appointment. The two prior appointments that were scheduled both needed to be rebooked as they were short techs and all appointments were backed up for the day. Second one after waiting an hour I was told it would be an additional two hours before they could get me in. Made the third appointment for 8am when they open so I would be one of the first to get in. Walked in and was advised they only have one tech that showed up. OK, can you have it done within 2 hours? The answer was no so I left for the third and last time. Hopefully they get some techs that show up when scheduled and can get it right.

Honestly after a terrible experience with another store. I called the Hamburg store and Liz spoke to the store manager and he squeezed me in (SAME DAY) and made the impossible possible. Although he was SWAMPED with people and work he took his own time and PERSONALLY serviced my vehicle. Through the Xmas chaos and plenty of customers waiting he kept us all abrupt to any delays and COMMUNICATED throughout the process. Communication is the key and now a days it lacks in most areas, but Not at the Hamburg store. His friendly and kind demeanor kept us comforted in knowing we were being taken care of. I actually felt like a valued customer. Thank you so much and happy holidays!!

I'm very pleased with Mavis in Hamburg NY, the profession mechanic and manager treated me like a valved customer and unlike over auto service shops I didn't feel pressure to have any other service than what I came in for, which was tire service. I'd strongly recommend Mavis in Hamburg for all your auto service needs. I will be back. Thanks guys!!!!

I took my car to this location. With good help from the manager Carl ND the Technician Jon I was able to figure out earthing with my car and fix it same day . Even went above and beyond to look over my car make sure everything was good to good and safe to drive my kids home thanks guys keep up the good work

Arrived at 740 AM, no appointment so that's on me. The counter person opened promptly at 0800. I walk inside and was informed that no Tech's have showed up. I overhead here calling I'm assuming her manager stated it's 0813 and noone has showed up and another had called off sick. Now there are 4 of us in the lobby, 3 with 0800 appointments. One Tech arrived at 0825. I feel bad for the young lady at the counter.

Even after a scheduling snafu, the staff here was amazing making sure I got taken care of. Top notch customer service from Jon and Carl. Definitely recommend!
