I called earlier this week to see when they could get me in for a wheel bearing replacement. The owner was super kind and told me to drop it off this morning and he d get to it by the end of the day. He called me with an estimate (very fair pricing) and let me know I had headlights out as well and offered to do them as well. All told I spent just under $500 and I didn t feel cheated or manipulated at all during the process. As a woman I am sometimes condescended to and feel like I m taken for a ride when it comes to car stuff so I appreciated especially that he was kind but didn t talk down to me. I will be bringing my vehicle back for an oil change when I am due! I have found my shop!!

Les and his team are trustworthy and reliable. They are flexible with scheduling and turn-around times. My family has gone here for years and will continue to do so. I ve never had a problem here I highly recommend this shop!

Horrible service 0 star took off a special sticker without permission what are you doing? We didn't ask for this? You charged hundreds of dollars over the reasonable price when i took it to someone else who charged for it and you guys don't even know what your doing STAY AWAY GO GET BETTER SERVICE IN JUST A 20 MINUTE DRIVE AND SAVE HUNDREDS

I took my 2001 Excursion there for their NH Oil rust prevention coating. After an email and phone exchange with Lester, who was very kind and knowledgeable, and some research on the product itself compared to Carwell I drove from Rochester NY and left it overnight for its appointment the next morning. Lester called me and said that my truck was done and said he noticed that my inspection was also coming due and offered to inspect it. I normally take it to a local shop to get inspected but for the sake of convenience I accepted. Shortly after he called again and said I could pick it up and everything was good (I do my own maintenance and knew it was good so it was good to know I wasn t getting played and that he was honest unlike other places). I showed up, checked out the work and was very impressed at how thorough it was compared to another place I used to go to for a similar treatment. The black dye in the treatment also looks good! The pricing was more than fair. More expensive than Carwell, but I feel it is worth it. Places in Rochester that I have received quotes from are far more expensive for no good reason (averaging $400-600), and so it was worth the 77 mile drive, one way. Will definitely come back next year for a respray!Also, they applied the coating as the manufacturer says it should be applied.

I scheduled an appointment for my car to be dropped off in the morning and it would be "done by lunchtime". I walk back around 2:00pm and they haven't even pulled it into the garage, apologize for the wait, and then got the work done for me while I was there. I asked some more questions about future work to be done, and they were very transparent about what they could and couldn't do, providing references for the work that couldn't be done in-house.

Told me my car was fine after they just cleared the code and didn t bother looking at the other issue I had mentioned, took them 4 days just to tell me my car had no problems then 2 minutes down the road I throw the check engine light again. The owner or main guy on the phone is nice and helpful but the rest of the people there have terrible customer service and gave me a lot of attitude. They also clearly offer transmission services online but they will very abruptly tell you to leave after holding your car, and that they don t do transmission services. Will never go back and do not recommend!Service: Electrical

Amazing service! Lester is a super nice guy and always there to fix up my 2011 Nissan Altima. Have had all my car repairs done here, even before the car was in my possession; the previous owner fixed the car up at Hamburg auto as well! My 2011 Nissan Altima with over 140k miles is still running strong thanks to Lester and everyone else employed at Hamburg auto!!!

They did an excellent job on my oil change, checked my air filters and tires. The staff was friendly and personable, and they had my car in and out in about 35 minutes, on a weekend no less! Perfectly reasonable pricing too, even for a synthetic blend. Easily the best auto service in the town of Hamburg, far better than the service I ve had at Joe s Auto.

I live in California and was out visiting my son for a few days. My son's car really needed some repairs. I found Lester to be very kind and professional. He stayed in contact with me every couple of days. He was very fair with his pricing. He had a lot of work to do. I highly recommend this shop to anyone. Thank you Lester! Friendly, professional, timely. Lester and the crew care about you and your vehicle. They want you safe and happy. Very reasonable prices. Safe for women!! Will never be taken advantage of or overcharged.

This place is great. Lester is very professional and nice. Fair prices and best of all, great service! I am usually very wary of auto services. I ve been here from word of mouth and every experience has been excellent. Thank you for everything!I am also editing my post after reading further. I have purchased parts on my own and they have put them on my vehicle for me for a FAIR labor price.

Well worth the drive. Had the oil rust prevention method done there! Haven't had any mechanical work done there butI wouldn't be afraid to go to these guysyou get the feeling they know what thierdoing!

Them guys did a great job on my car I have a 2005 Camry that's never even been out in the rain that's 60,000 miles on it and I can't say enough about how well they did spray my car

I have had my truck worked on twice here, and they were very good experiences both times. Not only was Lester and his guys super nice, but they also finished on time. I now only bring my truck here when there is an issue we can not handle ourselves. Great place!

Cannot say enough about Ron and Lester. Both of them take very good care of the 3 different make and model cars I take there for service. Any work that needs to be done is explained before it gets done. Been to other shops before and none of them have taken care of my vehicles like these guys!Highly recommended shop.

We have been taking both our cars here for over 10 years. They are always reasonable, and prompt. They explain what's needed immediately and what can wait alittle longer. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Les and ron are the best around NO question. These guys will never try to make an extra buck off you. They only provide amazing parts and service. HIGHLY recommended and that says something because I don't trust too many people with my A4!

My son got a part and he wasn't able to put him in himself. It is normally a 30 or 40 minute job. He called this nearby garage to see if they would help him out. They were all friendly and he made an appointment. Thank God I told him t9 get a quote before they started working on it! These "nice" people were not only going to charge him the labor of $115 an hour (which is the highest I have heard) They were going to charge EXTRA because they were squeezing him in (which they didn't mention when he made the appointment) but also EXTRA because he brought his own part.How AWFUL that they were going to gouge this college student. If all you want is friendly service without regard to price, you might be happy here. But they sure are sneaky and greedy.

I own a mini cooper and Lester knows his imports, if you don't want to drive out to the dealers all the way in williamsville he's your guy and his prices are good too. Earned my business from now on.

Cost way higher than quote. Other things were done to the car that I did not ask for and I was billed for these items. This should have been cleared with me ahead of time. Don t take advantage of customers!

I was a customer here for a few years after moving to the area. Anytime i took any our our vehicles here and was told something needed to be repaired i always said go ahead. On my last visit for something unrelated i was told i need a wheel bearing replaced, i had a strange feeling about it and said no dont do it. I took this car to a diff shop and they said even though they love to do the work the wheel bearing was 100% fine and didnt need to be done. I felt betrayed and couldnt help but wonder about the many many time we had our 3 vehicles serviced there. Will never go back.

I am a 3 year resident of Hamburg and had my auto maintenance done by the dealership that sells my make of car. I was searching for an alternative shop and decided to give Hamburg Auto Center on Camp Rd Hamburg a try. We were leaving to drive south to visit Family in 4 days and I wanted to have our car in top shape for the 1800 miles of driving we were about to do. Lester promptly returned my call and set up an appointment for the following day for a tire valve pressure transmitter, oil/lube/filter, diagnose some mysterious electrical problems and engine diagnostic for a warning light on the dashboard. After I dropped off my car in the morning, I was given a ride back to where I needed to be. The work was completed, all issues were taken care of expeditiously and at what I believe to be a fair price for the parts and work performed. I like the staff there and they keep a nice shop, they are the kind of guys I am comfortable dealing with. Hamburg Auto maintenance is my new car care place to go.

Honest solid work at fair prices, and they stand behind their work. Hamburg Auto Center is an anomaly in the world of local auto shops. It took a lot of money wasted at other local shops to discover these honest guys and their great work.
