I hit a deer with my Volkswagen, after talking to insurance they referred me to Gerber. At first they said it would be a while until they could get to work on my car a couple hours later I get a call that they can start right away. I had my vehicle back in exactly one week. I couldn t ask for anything more. They even took the time to detail my car, and I mean detail! It felt like a new car when I got it back, door wells, windows, seats, everything was cleaned. They even moved my junk around to clean under it, vacuum and wash the weather mats. I would refer them to anybody who needs body work done, easily. The service team was really nice and even called enterprise to let them know I will be picking up a rental. Above and beyond. 5 stars isn t enough! Thank you Gerber!Service: Body & Trim

Gerber collision was professional from the start to the end! We hit a , and the damage wasn't terrible ..but the paint was cracked and a sensor was damaged. So we decided to call our insurance, and have Gerber fix the damages. We dropped it off on a Friday, and by next week Friday it was done and could be picked up! They kept us posted on each repair, and let us know details along the way. When we picked up the car, we were able to see a major difference! They even cleaned the interior of the car/detailing it/vacuuming it as well! What a wonderful experience and would go through them again for any issues.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Dropped my vehicle off on Tuesday, picked up on Friday. Did a nice job on my damaged quarter panel. Service person was helpful in explaining what work was done on it. Only thing was they couldn't exactly tell me when car would be ready when I dropped it off. Otherwise it was fine.

Gerber Collision is the best, both in customer service and in work performed. I had my pickup repaired after it was sideswiped. When I dropped it off, I asked if it was at all possible if it could be repaired 8 days later as I had a vacation scheduled and had to tow my 27' RV out of town. They told me they would do everything in their power to complete the collision work. This includes a Sunday when they are closed.Sure enough, I received a call from them on the day I was scheduled to leave home. On a side note, I did get a rental pickup, and soon found out rentals are not allowed to tow, and they are not equipped with a trailer hitch. If I had to miss that trip, it would have been costly and I would have missed a yearly event with my son and nephew that we have been attending for 24 years.The collision work completed is also fantastic, it is back to original shape without a blemish to be found.I cannot praise this business enough for the great customer service and the steady work to attempt to get my truck back to me in time to go away. I cannot recommend Gerber Collision any higher than they deserve!

This location did an outstanding job with my car!! The communication was on point, I was notified every Tuesday and Thursday about the status of my car. My car has a weird tire size and color. They worked hard to match the color and get the exact rim to match the other three. The car looks brand new probably even better then when I bought it!! Scott was amazing, he personally called to inform me about the paint and rim; then when i went to pick it up came out and explained everything! It was a great experience i live a 1/2 hour away but would definitely have my cars brought back here for any repairs!! Great customer service from Lori at the front desk just to everyone I spoke to there. I am very pleased!! Will definitely recommend!!

I brought my 2019 Suburban in to Gerber Collision to get an estimate to repair damage to the front of the truck due to a deer strike. From the outset I felt comfortable with the service and professionalism. I was met by Lori at the front desk and she introduced me to Steve who happened to be nearby. Steve in turn introduced me to Greg who started the process of writing the estimate while Steve took me through the process from calling my insurance to actually getting the estimate, then work approved, a loaner/rental, and finally my vehicle back as good as new. Beyond the actual quality of the work and the timeliness of the repair I appreciated the communication throughout the process. Definitely would recommend to anyone if they are in need of collision services!

Brutal customer service from the lady at the front desk to the repairman. I m sure their work is fine but how the speak to others made me not want my car fixed there. - Ron.

Recently took my car in for repairs after someone backed into me.From start to finish, the experience was wonderful!Lori and Scott were friendly, personable, and knowledgeable.I was kept apprised of progress during each step of the repair process.My car looked like brand new and, as an added bonus, my car was detailed inside and out. It hasn't looked this good since I drove it off the lot!Kudos to the entire team!Mary Mahoney

Deer collision repair, 2019 vehicle.. Simple fender, front bumper replace and paint with some underlying components replaced. Paint work was terrible with multiple runs and large dirt in paint. Reviewed with Manager and they repaired and repainted, this time it was worse plus fasteners missing on parts and used, damaged parts were installed. Overspray on entire vehicle, grill broken and a 2 page list of terrible work. They were even kind enough to lay on 2 new obvious scratches on my 1 year old vehicle.. I refused to return, my insurance allowed me to go elsewhere to fix it right and they did a great job, elsewhere. Even told me about all the fasteners that were missing on the front end parts that they disassembled/reassembled. This place doesn't know what they are doing and doesn't care or my vehicle would never have left their shop. I used them before as Caruba and that was great, as Gerber, they aren't a shop I will consider again. Is there a ZERO stars?Services: Painting, Body & Trim

As a previously satisfied customer, I stopped in to see if they could replace a burned out taillight on my car. Not only did they do this for me quickly, but they didn t charge me! My day hadn t been going so well, so this kind act turned my day around! Thank you Gerber Collision & Glass for your kind gesture- glad to have you in our community!!!

I only went here for an estimate but the employees were friendly and knowledgeable. Wish I could have used them for my repairs but their calendar is backed up a couple of months because they have a manpower shortage. If I have need of a collision shop in the future I will hit them up again though and see if they have figured out their staffing. They work directly with USAA which is a major plus in my book.

Customer service was very poor. I did not have them work on my vehicle. They acted like I was wasting these time when I brought my vehicle in to get fixed. Then told me they would let me know when they had time to get to it. Stating probably would wait 4 months. I took my business to Camp Road Collison.

Took my truck here to have a minor repair done. Small scratch on my front fender and a new front bumper. Insurance estimated it to be a two day repair, and carubba agreed with the possibility of a day or two longer. Eight business days later I got it back. The repairs were done but they washed it with something that left fibers all over my truck and fine swirl scratches all over that I can't prove wasn't there.My advice to anyone taking there vehicle here is to wash it and take detailed pictures before you drop it off.

So let's start at the beginning. I unfortunately hit a deer on the 20th of November. I filed an insurance claim and they sent me here. I got my appraisal and it was submitted submitted on the 25 November. I had called several times about my parts. I was told they needed to check with the mechanic and No one called me back. Finally on the 24th of December.I was told the reason I haven't been called was because the door they ordered was faulty. Like that's cool there was a problem but no one had called me in the whole month I'd been waiting. So I'm upset with that situation.I was contacted on the 26th saying they had all my parts in and set me up with my next best day to come in. So on the 2nd I dropped my car off. 6 days later on the 7th. I was ready for pick up. Everything looks good, all the damage is repaired and my front end looks like new again.My experience may be a fluke and it shouldn't fully color your decision.

Had to have some body work done on my car and they made the process SO EASY! Constant communication throughout the entire process and my car looks perfect. Highly recommend and will absolutely go back there if I ever need anything.

My car was backed into and needed repair. The people at Carubba went out of their way to make it easy for me. A rental was brought to me right when I dropped my car off and they kept me informed every step of the way. The staff was very kind. I would highly recommend this company!

Second time I came here after having a prior issue that I was inclined to believe wasn't their fault as they claimed they didn't break my vehicle... But after this experience I'm certain the first one was caused by them. Was rear ended and chose this shop due to proximity of my home and work. Not only did I have to leave my vehicle for an extensive 8 days originally but the specific work that should have been completed was not even though I pointed out a broken bracket when dropped off. I came to pick up my vehicle after they kept for another day after pointing out what was not properly addressed and when I got home had no back up camera and broken lights on my tailgate license holder. I refused to come back to them. I now finally got those fixed at another shop after nobody would touch it in 4 months after paying others for diagnosing... Hassle to say the least but I was not bringing it back to them especially since my camera and lights were in working order before they got my vehicle! I now have a tail gate completely rusted across the bottom which mine was not. After 6 months of headaches I quit trying to right their wrongs at my expensee. Prior interaction with them left my driver side mirror without a working defroster they refused to fix or accept any responsibility for damaging. Thanks for nothing carrubba. . . Between you and Geico I'm not at all satisfied and won't be returning.

Professionalism and good communication.The estimate and repair for my vehicle were done quickly. The estimate amount was as expected.They even detailed the inside of the vehicle, which I didn't ask for. Great job and very pleased.

I had an amazing experience at Gerber collision on Camp Road in Hamburg the customer service from Scott was excellent. Also excellent customer service from estimator Greg and the manager Dario I would definitely recommend this place to all my friends. They were all very polite and professional.

Very happy with my experience! The staff was extremely friendly, positive and helpful! Everything went very smoothly, repair took longer than expected but when I got my car back I was extremely impressed with the way in looked! Would recommend to anyone everyone

I would not recommend this location to anyone. I had to take my vehicle back 4 times to get it to a semi functional state. Still no where near pre-accident condition, and on the 4th time they sent my vehicle to on a flat bed truck to a Honda dealer to work on it because they couldn't figure out how to fix it. They were set on reusing component that seemed to have been damaged in the accident. My vehicle was rear-ended so all of the damage was isolated to the bumper/tailgate/rear-end area.I have heard another person who also had a bad experience at this location with the front end collision and ended up having to get another mechanic to correct issues which Carubba would not fix properly.Unless you have endless time to keep taking you vehicle back so they can try to get it right find a different shop.

Went in for a new bumper. Everyone was extremely friendly. You don't get this type of genuine kindness and customer service often. Great job to all! They even cleaned my car inside and out! Wow. Thank you!

Horrible service. Had to take my car there twice because they didn t fix it right the first time. I Took my car back for them to fix It and they told me it will be 4-6 weeks before my car is fixed the right way. That s ridiculous. I will make this known so that people don t use Gerber collision. Also, Dario was very rude and unprofessional.

The folks at this location are the best! They go above and beyond to make your visit fast and efficient! They always call back and keep you informed on the status of your vehicle repairs. Enterprise office on site! I will definitely be back for collision work if I need it

Took real good care of me ..however, in order to have my passenger door replaced, I must wait until August 25...even though my vehicle is 7 years old and has 95,000 miles on it, it STILL runs great and looks fantastic...I am not liking the wait (car-deer accident June 9)

There very slow on working on your car even with the smallest of repairs. They don't save you money like Smith's Collison will. Smith's collins always gets it done within a week even with the worst recks. Carubba takes so long bc they want you to pay more on there rental cars so they can make money an they don't 100% guarantee the parts even if they say they do. For a little repair took me 2 weeks to get my car

Had a sliding door on my Toyota Sienna van that wasn't closing properly, and then eventually didn't close at all. A mechanic down the road was not able to tackle the job and recommended I take it to a body shop.The technician at Carubba correctly diagnosed the problem (broken pin in the hinge holding up the sliding door). He also pointed out how in attempting to close the door with the broken hinge, a bolt had torn partially through the sheet metal of the door. On the spot, he provided a temporary fix for it by taking out the bolt, adding a large washer, and reconnecting the bolt. This allowed the door to close so I could be on my way and to schedule an appointment for a later day. Excellent and professional service.

Terrible place do not use this place! Dario screwed me over and then tried to call the other repair place and get in their head to agree with him! DID NOT FIX MY CAR CORRECTLY AND NOW IVE BEEN WITHOUT A VEHICLE FOR ALMOST 4 WEEKS! They did not want to take responsibility for the issues I still have after the accident that did not exist before the accident. Save yourself the headache DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!!!!
