Pros: The mechanics all seem like nice people and were pleasant to deal with. The tires cost less after taxes and installation was cheaper than anywhere else due to a rebate on 4 tires.Cons: They seem to get really busy during tire change over season and quite behind where you might be waiting a while. Rushing and short staffing may have caused my complaint listed below.First appointment for snow tires 12/1: I showed up for my appointment at 9am, and the new tires went to the wrong store. They said they would go grab them and have them done by the afternoon. I picked up my truck at 4pm after I saw it still wasn t in the shop and rescheduled for the following Friday. Irritated, but willing to give them another shot.Second appointment 12/8: I again showed up for my 9am and waited 3 hours for the tires to be swapped. They told me my truck was ready. I did a quick inspection and saw 2 tires were mounted with the tire s rotation in the wrong direction. They took it back in to correct it and another hour they were done. For reference, a tire should take about 15-20 mins to mount and balance.While I inspecting my summer tires they had just pulled off I noticed that they now had a huge gouge on them that was probably done while unmounting and not having machine lined up correctly. It was located on the bead seating surface, which will probably prevent the tire from being used again. I showed the manager and one of their mechanics, and they told me that they couldn t have done it and it was caused by someone else taking the tires off. The manager simply said, sorry about. These tires are brand new off a 2023 Toyota Tacoma and have never been unmounted, except during this changeover.**Update 12/20: After talking with their corporate office, they said it looked like the tire had an impact but replaced the tire with a new one anyways. I think the angle, direction, and location of the gouge indicate that it was most likely done while unmounting and would be hard to do with rubbing against a curb.I get that accidents can happen, especially while rushing. Maybe they did or maybe they didn t cause it. The tire isn t really a big deal for me. Requiring almost two full days to get a set of tires changed over was the most frustrating experience. I m not sure if I d go back, at least not while they are extremely busy. My grandfather always used them, so maybe this was just an isolated incident.

After 40 years of buying and leasing vehicles, I became a bit paranoid about servicing vehicles at dealer centers, expecially now that I am a widow. However, I took my new high end SUV to the dealer to get a tire fixed. Only 19000 miles on my 2021 SUV. They said I needed back rotors, pads, breaks, and the cost of about $550. I may be a widow, but that didn't sound right for less than 19000 miles on the vehicle. My motor head grandson fixes rental cars for years and agreed with me. He told me to look for a Firestone Complete auto shop which I did (He lives in Hawaii). Making an appointment was easy, I was taken in right away, met Terry, a friendly man... While waiting for the check up, I wondered what THEY would charge. The cost? NOTHING! "Nothing wrong with the breaks, rotors, pads...Your car is fine," he said. Amazing! AND FREE! I was charged nothing, but got RELIEF...and saved $550. Thanks guys, and Firestone! Firestone is my new "go-to" from now on.

Seemed every time I d take my vehicle in to use the lifetime alignment service, I d get my car back and something would be suddenly broken. Last straw was when I got my car back after a routine alignment and when I opened my door the handle was crunching like they almost broke my door handle off Then about a month later my brother goes to this same Firestone and they totally break his door handle where it was unusable and he had to replace it Be careful, angry mechanics in this shop taking out their frustrations on your beloved vehicle.

I would highly recommend this location. Josh was very friendly, professional, and respectful of us and our time. . Technicians worked in a timely manner. Excellent service. We will no longer go to McKinley after very poor service. The Hamburg location will be our service center from now on. McKinley could take lessons from this location. Thanks, Josh

Stay far away from this place. Make an appointment to get the tires I wanted, show up and they don't have them, apparently theirs a national shortage and the next cheapest tire is doubled the price.

Made an appointment for 3:00 in the afternoon right next door in ate lunch come back and car still hasn't been put in the shop set timer for 10 minutes to 3:00 until 5:00 p.m. I told him I wanted my keys then they had nerve enough to ask me if I wanted to reschedule an appointment you would think if you were going to spend almost $1,000 at least pull it in the shop think I'll go to the Goodyear

Can't recall ever being treated so poorly. The woman there has absolutely no idea how to interact with patrons; extremely inadequate customer service. Never again.

This location does not seem to be interested or able to service fleet lease vehicles or larger vehicles. I dropped my company truck off first thing in the morning while I was in the area for an oil change. I received a call 30 minutes later - after I had already left the area and went to work. I was told they would not service the truck because of a ladder on the ladder rack (see picture for the ladder on the truck that prohibited an oil change). I asked if they could just slide it forward or pull it off if it was a problem, and I would put it back on when I picked up the truck. Unfortunately, they could not find any way to help me in this situation. When I picked up the truck it was explained to me that this ladder was coming too close to light fixture in the garage when it was on a lift. It seems that this shop cannot handle larger trucks, or they could not use another lift where the truck would not interfere with a light fixture? From a customer service standpoint, it was very apparent that they had more important things to do than help me with an oil change.

I called and made an appointment. They called me back twenty minutes later and canceled my appointment because they were short staffed. Why did you take the appointment then? I was hesitant to use Firestone in the first place and I m relieved they canceled the appointment.

Had set up an appointment for my wife's tires to get done, they told her that her brakes would need to be done for it to pass inspection, and proceeded to start the work before she could get a hold of me to let me know that brakes would cost over $1000. That absolutely insane, I would never have let them start the work on that. Be carefull if you bring your car in, that's predatory buisiness

I went into this Firestone location on a Saturday with about 4 hours until they closed with a blown powerstearing pump. I'm not going to lie before I went to Firestone and talked to the mechanic Chris I was nervous if I would be able to have my car before Monday. These guy got my new parts ordered,delivered and installed and tested along with looking over things that were not part of the problem. They saved me a significant amount of money to from what was originally thought which with this economy now a days (G I wounder why look at who's in the white house) that made me really really happy and I will be back with any problems in the future. They only allow 5 stars I give them 10 for how I was treated. Shout out Chris your a hell of a guy I appreciate you guys

Made a 10:00 appointment to get my truck worked on. It was 50 minutes before they even pulled it in to confirm what I already told them was wrong. Another 75 minutes until somebody came out and told me what my repair estimate was. I know things take time but sitting in the waiting room you can watch people doing nothing. Another person walked in and got two tires. They brought their car right in and got them done without an appointment. Very disappointing. Will never visit this Firestone establishment again.

Great guys here and great service. I was visiting my brother from out of town he got a nail in his tire after going to a lawn fete in the area. These guys had him in there in less then 15 mins on a Sunday! Kudos to you guys great job!

On a drive from OH to ME, our daughter's car starting making noises from the wheel bearing. Based on the online reviews she called when they opened this morning. They took her right in when she got there, found and fixed the problem, and had her on her way quickly. She describes the gentleman as knowledgeable and kind. DEFINATELY RECOMMEND!!

Nate and his team are great to work with! They got my fleet taken care of in one day for multiple issues and a list of projects. Not only was their customer service spectacular in person and on the phone, they have great prices too! I will definitely continue to use Firestone Hamburg for my truck repair needs in the future.

This place is a joke. The one at the McKinley mall at least.Needed brakes all around, they said backs were fine, so they didn't do them. Drove an hour home, rear brakes locked up. Towed it back they said it was the transfer case. Towed it to another shop....got rear brakes done....its all better! Transfer case never was an issue

So unbelievably unhelpful, rude, and unprofessional. Called and spoke to some guy Chris asking for a rough estimate for break pads and it was pulling teeth for any progress towards information that would be helpful. The cherry was getting hung up on. I tried to call back hoping to speak to someone else for the information as who knows if this guy was new or what, no answer. Called mavis next door, spoke to this super helpful, personable, professional guy Keith, gave me an estimate right away. I ll stay with mavis moving forward.

These guys do honest and reliable work with a staff that is friendly and professional. We have three vehicles in our family and this is the first call that we make when we need to have one of them serviced. They always break down the cost of the repairs and we have never been overcharged for a service that was performed. On top of all that, they offer great turnaround times in terms of getting the vehicle back to you with the repairs done correctly.

Found that I ran over a large bolt which became embedded in the tread of one of my tires today. So I called in to Firestone in Hamburg and they mentioned they're short staffed. Today is also a holiday and I couldn't afford to wait to get it taken care of. I figured it would be hard to find a place to help me on such short notice. I took it in anyways.The gentlemen working in the shop took care of my car immediately, even though I didn't have an appointment. They were able to extract the inch long screw and patch up the hole. All in the matter of less than an hour.This is how you ensure repeat customers visit you. Great service! I will be sure to call ahead next time for an appt!

I took my car for an inspection. First failed me due to darkness of window tint when I advised him I had a tint exception sticker. He advised me that he also failed me due to my license plate light being off. He proceeded to ask would I like to purchase it for $20. Mind you this took me 1min to do with no tools needed(I had the light he just wouldn't allow me to put it on in his property) which brings me to my next point. When I went to pick up my car that didn't pass inspection it was park at the 7eleven across the street off of they're property like what type of business does this. Terrible will never go back again be aware. Oh also they damaged my cars tint when they peeled the expired inspection sticker. No pride in they're work just awful.

Nice place too take your car they will work with you on price and anything you want done too your car staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Prices are okay a tad high but what do you expect from a major brand like Firestone

WOW. Impressive service. I called and spoke to Jim on the phone for a price on 4 snow tires. I made an appointment right over the phone. I showed up for my appointment 5 minutes early. The phones where ringing off the hook. Another employee checked me in for my appointment. Very nice and polite. He said "We'll get your van in right away!" I'm thinking to myself "Sure, I'll be here for the next 3 hours."Not 5 minutes went by. I see my van being pulled into the garage.While I was waiting, I spoke with one of the people at the sales counter. Im looking for a set of all season tires and rims for the summer. I spent about 20 minutes talking with the sales person. He offered up some good ideas I hadn't even considered.10 minutes later. The person that checked me in came out. "Sir, your Van will be ready shortly. Let's get you cashed out." 5 minutes later I was out the door with 4 new tires.I was out of there in under 40 minutes. I am in a service based trade. The Team at this Firestone branch impressed me. This was my first time here. I'll definitely come here again.

We are coming from Johnson City, Tennessee for our cousins wedding this weekend. We stopped at a rest area and noticed something wrong with our passenger side rear tire. We immediately drove to this Firestone location and Nate made sure to help us. Nate got us in right away and we were there waiting for 30 minutes tops. These guys know what they are doing and know exactly how to please their customers. We definitely recommend this Firestone location!
