Tried to set up service on my camper different times. Only to be told I didn t buy it there so it cant be scheduled there. Its a brand they sell and service. Im confused why a business wouldn t want to take money from someone who is willing to pay them. I am more then likely going to want a new camper in the future, so not only wont i get service there I am doubtful that i will purchase one there as well. I can understand loyalty to your customers, but why not try to make new ones as well. The women who answered the phone is rude, condescending and over all just not a very nice person. I am not a fan big businesses and like to spend locally at smaller businesses, so i guess i will have to travel for service.

Bought a Venture Sonic Lite 149 in spring of 2017. Camped all season long and am shocked I have not seen more of this manufacturer/ model, although it makes ours more unique at the campgrounds. After visiting rv dealers and looking at campers for years, I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Ballard's. They were not the closest for us, and would encourage others to go the distance to do business here. From first visit to purchase, everything was comfortable..honest...fair and friendly. Our Sonic has many high end components seen, and not seen on more expensive brands..have been very pleased with this camper!

The people at Ballard's were absolutely amazing when we were buying our camper. We went and just looking and found one that just came in on trade that we absolutely loved. They were so helpful and have helped so much in our transition from a pop-up to an actual travel trailer.Thank you again for being amazing!

Very knowledgeable and easy to work with. They worked with our budget and specific needs. As new camper owners, they took the time to explain how everything worked. Every team member we dealt with deserves five stars. We left feeling confident, and with a good understanding of how everything functions. Go nowhere else if you are in the market for a camper.

It was a fantastic experience from start to finish with all the folks at Ballard's. We first stopped by to check out a few used models and was shown some models in our price range by Daryl, the owner. Daryl was very easy to talk to and never tried to upsell us.After walking through a few trailers we found a couple that we liked. We headed back to the office and spoke with Kathy. She gave us more info on the trailers and then got us extremely reasonable offers for both. From there we were sold. After the paperwork Kathy set us up with an appointment the next weekend for a thorough walkthrough of the trailer.We arrived for our walkthrough where we met John. John knew all in the ins and outs of our trailer. He taught us in a couple hours how to operate and maintain it inside and out. Seeing as this is our first trailer, it was extremely valuable to us.It was a pleasure dealing with every person we met at Ballard's and I would highly recommend anyone looking for a new or used RV or trailer to stop there first. You won't be disappointed. They earned a customer for life.

Awesome place to do business. Great service while purchasing a travel trailer, Their first offer on my trade beat all the others by $1000.00 or more. The staff did an great job during the delivery making sure we understood how everything works. Unit was detailed to perfection.

Ballard s was great with our trailer purchase from start to finish. They explained everything to us and answered all our questions. Daryl was awesome and my wife and I appreciate the upfront disclosure of everything. We will be future customers down road if we ever decide to upgrade to a larger trailer.

Fantastic experience, All trailers are unlocked, no sales person rushed toward us when we got out of the car. We met the owner, Daryl Ballard, who was driving around the property in his tractor. My husband and I showed him what we were interested in. No hard sales tactics like Camping World. We had many questions that were thoroughly answered. This is a generational business, and word of mouth brings in much business. We bought a 35' travel trailer, & have been enjoying camping adventures. We had a few questions after purchase. Daryl returns calls as quickly as possible. Highly recommend

Picked up my travel trailer today. They were friendy and helpful. DMV paperwork was completed and waiting. The staff (Dave) have an incredible amount of knowledge and expertise. I was trained on a 100% walk through with Dave and it was not complete until he answered every question. In short, this is how you treat people and gain customers.

Just bought our first ever camper from Ballard's. Daryl and Kathy were great to deal with and couldn't have made the process any easier. When we went to take delivery we were given a full overview of how everything works and they set our hitch to spec and made sure that we left knowing everything we needed to know.

What a pleasure doing business with Ballard's Camping store. We just bought a camper from them. They made it a wonderful experience . They answered all our questions. After the bad experience we had at Buffalo RV buying a camper. Going to Ballard's was the best experience . We can't thank all of the people there enough for the way they treated us. If your looking for a camper, you can't find a better place to do business. They know how to treat people and for me that everything !!!!

I ve bought campers from camping world (gander rv) and buffalo rv and had horrible experience with service. All campers are going to have issues no matter where you buy from and what brand you buy. Ballards service is amazing and they ll take care of you. So far I ve never had to wait more than a week and they take care of everything you ask them to. You may get a better deal buying from one of the big name dealerships but once the sale is final you won t matter to them anymore. Daryl will continue to take care of you. There s no revolving door of sales people here. Will definitely buy from them again.

What can I say, hands down one of the best buying experiences ever!! First visit, looked around the lot with no pressure at all!! Return visit was all the better, and found exactly what we were looking for and discussed it over and made our decision! Daryl was more than helpful and explained everything to us and we set the date up to pick up our new Venture Sonic travel trailer. Kathy was wonderful in setting everything up and explained all we would need for our purchase. The day of purchase was great! Dave went through the whole trailer with us step by step, and made sure we had all our questions answered. Couldn't have had a better experience!! I would definitely recommend purchasing your next travel trailer from Ballards!!

I can t say enough wonderful things about Darrell and his crew at Ballard s. Everyone was so kind, friendly, and informative. Their customer service was great. Daryl was a really nice guy and a gave really good customer service. Ballard's is a small little place with the Best I'm my opinion customer service in the Buffalo area as far as Campers. My husband and I went to several places looking for You haulers that day and Ballards was by far the Most knowledgeable and helpful.

We have dealt with Ballards Camping for about 6 years now and are VERY satisfied with their business.Purchased a Class A motor home used, and they were very good at addressing any problems we had with the coach. They also are very knowledgeable and helpful with our questions and assistance doing self repair.The family is hands on, and when you visit, you will definitely meet them....would not hesitate to recommend doing business with this company. Great people !
