10 years ago, after my dad died, my mom needed work done on her van. She brought it to Warren Tire, and they told her what she needed and what could wait, and charged a reasonable amount for their services. They have maintained that standard for her since then, and for me since I started bringing my car there about 4 years ago. They're always knowledgeable, professional, and reasonable

Warren Tire is great. I had a flat tire and they took me in pretty quickly. I was surprised. They always do a great job. Nice staff also.

Literally the BEST TEAM!!!! I cannot express my appreciation for the guys at the shop. They are friendly, professional and literally the ONLY men I trust with my car , wallet abd heart. I only wish I could give them 100 stars. Absolutely wholeheartedly recommend these guys for all your car needs. Thank you guys sososososooso much- Honda fit aka Precious

I was almost hesitant to write this as I don't want more people to begin visiting thie establishment and making it more difficult to get service done here, but they deserve a shout out.I've been going to this location of Warren TIre for years and have always found them very reliable and have told me on more than one occasion that I didn't need something more expensive! For example- I thought i needed brakes after hearing squeaking, they told me that my emergency brake was stuck but the brakes themselves were fine.

They ve always got my dad s seal of approval going back 30+ years but something s happened that was a little unnerving. i went in for an oil change about a month ago( becuase it s basically the same $ as doing myself) and halfway through, the manager came out and said my front right caliper was leaking. i asked if it was at the banjo bolt or bleeder screw. he said banjo. next day, i put it up and saw it was wet there, but i had just had it up the week before to put in a belt tensioner and it was not leaking then and i had not come close to the caliper while working. Additionally, i checked the brake fluid and it was at level. i went to toghten the banjo bolt and it was not really tight and these bolts don t just loosen. i tightened to torque specs, cleaned up the area and it has not leaked since. i don t know, do what you want with this info..

Went their for a brake job was told I needed rotors and pads told them to go ahead two weeks later my brake are pulsating Kyle said he would see if his boss will warranty them. So they said they put new rotors and pads on but a couple weeks later the rotors were warped again. Went back again and was told that I needed heavy duty rotors. I had asked for the best pads and rotors only the best for my Avalanche. I ended up buying my brake pads and rotors on rock auto for half the price and brought the best heavy duty rotors and pads. I also so brought tires for my Avalanche twice and 4 tries for my wife's SUV and I recommend them to my son. My front tire was losing air so I bought it in to be sealed and told them to balance all 4 tires it took quite a while even though I had an appointment I took a look in the garage and they had all the tires in a pile by the balance machine I get my truck back and a few weeks later my tires are cupping though I had a bearing going took it back and they said the noise was my tires and instead of trying to help me they sent my on my way. I know that they crossed my tires not front to back but side to side the avalanche tells which tire has what pressures in them. Right front tire said I need air so I put air in and nothing happened so I increase the air pressure nothing happened went to the left tire sensor and it showed the tire pressure was going up that shows the tires were switched and put on the truck wrong. I will never go back to Warren tire. Took out warranty on tires probably don't want to warranty them.

Excellent experience.They diagnosed my tire issue, ordered the precise tires and finished before I expected.A professional staff, hard working and very respectful. More than I have experienced anywhere in quite a while. I thank them all.

Awful experience. Had an appointment to get an oil change and inspection today. Four hours later, they never touched the car. The guy behind the desk could care less. I will never go back.

The team at Warren Tire on Stone Quarry Road have been absolutely fantastic from the start. After getting a nail in my tire I shopped around and got quotes from different tire places, I eventually went to a chain store and after waiting over an hour they called me to inform me they couldn t proceed due to a seized lug nut.. I called different places to work on it and they couldn t get me in for days.I then called this warren tire location and they invited me to come right over so they could take a look (this is at 430, close to the time they close) and to my surprise they were able to remove every one of my lug nuts with ease, we chatted, they had great advice and ordered me 4 new tires cheaper than anywhere I had shopped and got me in the next day. Plus they were able to replace my brakes that I ve been putting off for fear of how much it would cost. They are friendly, professional, and the prices can t be beat. I have a BMW and thought 4 new tires plus both my front brakes and back brakes would break the bank but the price was affordable, the service was quick and friendly and I will recommend Warren Tire to anyone looking to get work done on their car. Thank you all so much!!

I had to have my struts replaced and there was an issue getting the part so they had to keep my car an extra day. Then it was delayed again from the time they said the car would be ready. Keep reading, this is not a bad review! The delay was not their fault since the part they originally got was broken. Since my car wasn't ready in the timeframe they promised, and I had a commitment, they offered to drive me to the appointment and bring me back. On top of that they discounted my bill because of the inconvenience. An honest hard-working auto shop, with fair prices and concern for their customers. That's worth 5 stars!

Great experience at this business.went there Saturday in a panic, had 2 Flat tires, it was close to closing time, but the guys there assured me they would get the job done, and they did! Such great guys, friendly, respectful and very professional! Great business, wonderful employees

Twice I ve taken my car into this place! First they did fix my leaking axel, but broke a piece under neither that they didn t fix.Second time, took it in for an inspection, they must not have done anything cause the oil level was real low, battery died LESS than a week later so they clearly didn t test it at all. Told me, my right control arm was loose and they d fix the issue of the plastic part they broke, they didn t fix that. Barely inspected the car, didn t fix any other issues. Awful place, wouldn t recommend

The crew here always takes care of my vehicles with speed and quality. The service advisor Kyle has taken care of me with the best prices in town. Recently he helped me with a great price on brakes and keeping my truck running at tip too shape for an older vehicle. The prices are impossible to beat. I highly suggest checking this shop out for any issues with your car.

Brought my son here to get one tire mounted and balanced. (His car had a tire that blew and was sitting in a Stewart's parking lot) In and out within 30 minutes. (Much better than waiting the 2-3 hrs for Walmart (where he got the tire) or an hour or 2 for the other place). These guys were very accommodating even with tending to other customers needs. We probably should've bought the tire here too! Thanks guys!

They do a great job at a reasonable price and make sure their work is done right. They're also considerate of the customer while their car is being worked on. Kyle and Dan were very helpful in keeping me informed while my car was being worked on and very polite to work with. I would definitely recommend going here!

Great experience. It was my first time and Warren Tire had been recommended to me by a friend. They fixed my issue in hours, for much less than I expected, and gave me honest advice about how I didn t need to replace an expensive, unnecessary part. They could have charged me hundreds of dollars more than they did, but instead they gained my trust and I will definitely be bringing my car back to them again. Kyle, the service manager, was super helpful. Highly recommend.

Had a flat on the Northway ended up hobbling to the closest tire service center on the "donut"As busy as they were they took my car in immediately. The manager and his assistant were very attentive, courteous, kept me posted on the progress. So, yes, I did buy 2 of their best tires with a good discount. Thank youWarren tire for the quick service and the discount.As I drove away back on the highway I realized they tires were never balanced!!2 out of 3 ain't bad

I just had to write this review...Started my morning with car not starting. Had AAA come give me a jump but told battery is bad. In a hurry to try to get to work I tried 3 other places before finding this one (the other 3 did not carry a battery for a Ford edge)NOT ONLY was he super nice but got me in right away!...if that wasn't good enough he also went the extra mile to replace my battery in my key!!!...They totally earned my business since im.moving up there in a few weeks....Highly recommend

Excellent experience everytime I go here! The manager Dan is very attentive to his store. This may not be a huge deal for everyone, but the bathroom is very clean! I wouldn't mind my kid using the bathroom here. Not something you usually expect in a mechanic shop. The prices are in line with other shops. None of the shops really get competitive with prices. Just watch for sale weeks for things like tires! I got a set of 4 tires for the same price as online prices and it included mounting and balancing.

Was able to get my kids car in quickly when there was a major problem. Dan the store manager was great and very accomodating. Diagnosed and serviced car with a great price. Will continue to bring our cars there for all service needs. Thank you so much!!!

I ve bought my tires there for years and was very happy with service. But last year, I had a grinding sound from my right rear wheel and had them look at it. Apparently, an axel boot was torn. Warren tire offered to replaced the boot but also insisted I need to have my brake fluid replaced. So I decided I d rather have my Honda dealer look at it. They confirmed what I suspected and told me just replacing the boot wouldn t fix it. If axel was already making grinding sounds then the axel needed to be replaced. And my brake fluid was fine and had nothing to do with the axel rod. So, Warren tire was recommending $700 with of repairs that was unnecessary. I ve always like the normal guys at the service counter I typically work with. But the guy who tried to get me to do all this unnecessary work introduced himself as the manager. Too bad. But this kind of dishonesty is the same as attempted robbery

After another Warren Tire tried taking advantage of me, I came to Warren Tire of Halfmoon. It s out of the way for me but the service is incredible and well worth the 35 minute drive! Not only did they save me a few hundred dollars on brakes for my wife s car but they got it in the same day. Today my truck broke down (water pump) so I called to see if they had availability. They said I could bring it right in so I did. As I m sitting in their waiting room typing this, it s already being worked on and will be ready by the end of the day!

Not the best mechanics, said they did an alignment on my truck but one front tire was visibly crooked. Then they wanted to charge me for parts to do it "properly" they said... Also had it inspected and later that day, hit the horn and it didn't work, too it back and they looked at it right away. They came out and told me the truck doesn't have a horn in it... I said you did an inspection this morning! They installed 2 horns after that. I consider them untrustworthy and essentially leaving me in an unsafe condition. I do not recommend Clifton Park Warren Tire to anyone and I will never return.

One of the best places in town to get your vehicle serviced hands down! I highly recommend Warren Tire Service. Rocco, Kyle and there whole team went above and beyond to get my vehicle back in service quickly. I truly appreciate all they did and will recommend them to everyone!

Thank you Dan for fitting my friend in for an inspection today. I know you were jammed packed but he was leaving for CT tomorrow and he wanted to make sure his car was inspected. I will be in for tires in the next few weeks. I highly recommend this Warren Tire location. Their staff is great!
