Had to get my rear bumper fixed because of an accident, so I brought it to Lussier's. The insurance wasn't mine, but the other car, so I was worried about getting the full repair paid. The initial estimate was low, but Lussier's took my car and said they'd work with them. The repair was completed and returned in 5 days. The work was excellent, and the vehicle was immaculate, washed outside, and vacuumed inside. I was pleasantly surprised and would recommend using them for all your repairs.

Very pleasant experience! Phil ,Ben, & Elliott were extremely helpful through the repair process.Thank you for the visual inspection after the accident to make sure the car was safe to drive for our daughter!I would highly recommend Lussier's Auto Body to anyone in need of a auto repair!Thanks again!

I had a wonderful experience with Ben L. and the staff. They did an incredibly thorough and impressive job on my car. Their detail was so thorough, I m questioning any previous vehicle bodywork that I ve had done through other companies. Trust is hard to come by in today s business world. Lussier's replaced my bumper and repainted front fender from a minor accident. Not only was the work flawless but they also cleaned the full interior of my truck when it was done. Above and beyond my expectations. I would recommend them for all of your body work needs.

I cannot even begin to give Lussier's enough praise for their customer service and their work. They go above and beyond to ensure that your car is taken really good care of and the attention to detail is out of this world. And to top it off, they are as honest, trustworthy, and fair as you would want from a shop. That is major in my book. I have been doing business with them for over 10 years and they are the only place I will let touch my car... even if it's just an oil change. I have never had a bad experience with them and recommend them to all of my friends and family. If you are even close to the Clifton Park area, I highly suggest you give them a chance and you'll see for yourself what I am talking about. I would give 100 stars if I could. They are just that great.

Lussiers s Auto is amazing. They are professional, helpful and make sure your vehicle looks like it just came off the showroom floor when they are done. We had the best experience with them and if I ever had another accident with my vehicle, they would be the first place I would go to. They keep you informed and updated. They help you with all the paperwork for the state and insurance carriers and they follow up to make sure that you are happy.

Lussier s is the best auto body repair shop in the capital region! They are extremely professional and do a thorough inspection of the damage to provide the most accurate estimate (not a 15-minute guesstimate!)! Not only did they do a perfect job on my repairs, they went above and beyond dealing with the insurance company extensively, fighting for the best possible outcome for me with very detailed explanations and proof.This is a team that you can actually trust with your car and your best interests at heart!It was a pleasure working with them ask for Ben and Phil! and should I ever have another issue with my car, they are the ONLY place I will be bringing it!Thanks soo much again for making what can be a stressful process as smooth as possible!Service: Auto body & trim repair

We broke down on our way back from vacation and thank goodness we were near Lussier s. A state police officer called them and they quickly arrived on the highway although it was Sunday. By Monday they had diagnosed the problem, repaired it, and had us on our way home. Could not have asked for a more professional and friendly experience,especially given the circumstances. Would highly recommend! Thank you!

I made an appointment to get some minor paint bubbling and a front bumper that wasn't quite on right any longer. They spent 30 minutes looking at the car and fixed the bumper for no cost. Good customer service so I'd come back again!Service: Auto body & trim repairService: Auto body & trim repair

I cannot say enough good things about Lussier s. From start to finish they were honest, and forth coming with all the details to repair my vehicle. I sustained rear bumper damage to my Honda May 15th and initially took it to my Honda dealers body shop for a "consult". I was directed pull my car into the body shop garage and park it. I then sat across a desk from the gentleman who seemed put out by my appointment with him. He took my car info and my info and said we can get you in mid-July. He took no pictures and just looked at my bumper. I decided to do my research and 2 people suggested Lussiers' Autobody. I called and brought my vehicle in and from my initial contact I received excellent, friendly service-from the initial estimate to the completion of repairs. Great communication throughout the process. They handled all of the insurance paperwork, kept me updated on the process, and provided before and after photos, documentation of the thorough work done to repair my vehicle, using all Honda parts. My car looks like new. Ben and everyone I came into contact with were just great.Service: Auto body & trim repair

The paint workmanship was so perfect!Ben is truly an artist and perfectionist.We live in the Carolinas and have previously had work done through the dealership. The color didn't even match!! We will only have Ben work on our vehicles from now on. We were on a short stay until we had to get back. Ben squeezed us in to what little time he had to himself to get our vehicle done. Ben and the staff are excellent. I brought my car in for body work after hitting a deer. Ben was up front about the car possibly being totaled but thankfully it wasn't. They did an excellent job in repairing my vehicle and it looks great. Ben handed me a detailed list of everything done to the car, including photographs, when it was finished and went over everything that had been done page by page. I highly recommend them. Thank you, Ben, for keeping me informed how things were going every step of the way. You put me at ease as a first time customer.

Lussier's is the best. I've been there several times now, and each time has been extremely positive. The people who work here and who own Lussier's are honest, genuine people who really care, who are skillful, who are intelligent, who are prompt, and who are not trying to cheat you or sell more than you need. Their work is top notch, both mechanical work and body repair and towing. They are right by the river and in easy walking distance of benches by the river, if you choose to wait. They are easy to communicate with, they go out of their way to fit you in even on busy days, they go out of their way to help you, and then - after going all out of the way - they charge you less than you expect. Lussier's repaired some front end body damage. They ensured that only OEM parts were used and that all manufacturer specs were verified through module scans. The work was so well done that I was unable to determine where any of it was done.Their care of my car while it was in the shop was excellent.I have been going to Lussier's for many years and have never been unpleased with the quality of the work.Service: Body & Trim

I have had great service experiences at Lussier's for over 20 years. My most recent experience may have been the best service I've received anywhere, for anything. I had just switched car insurance companies and they were very difficult to work with. Ben Lussier could not have done more to make sure my brand new car was going to be back to normal after the repairs. He went above and beyond expected advocacy for me and my car. With his help we were able to get the insurance to agree to what rightfully should be done for my car. Through 3 weeks of back and forth with the insurance company, Ben was always professional and courteous with my interests always his priority. My car looks brand new again and I'm ever so grateful to all at Lussier's for their exceptional customer service and consistently outstanding work!

Brought my truck in for check engine light and reverse light out they were supposed to fix on previous visit. They tried to sell me tires and replace tie rods that I didn't need and glossed over trying to overcharge me for a thermostat ($840).Check engine light still on reverse light still out. And now both rear directional lights are not working.Wish I could leave 0 star

Ben outstanding. He was spot on with his estimate to repair a small ding to the front left fender. It was done by dentless repair by the recommended technician. His work was exceptional and you couldn t find the repair know matter how hard you looked. Would recommend Lissier s Auto body without reservation.
