I needed 2 new lower control arms due to worn out ball joints on my Chevy Malibu, so I went to autozone. I was helped by who Ruth who went above and beyond to make sure that I had the right parts for my vehicle and who also did a special order because she was out of stock in the store. The part was shipped to her store in only a couple of days which was amazing. I was also able to get a loaner pickle fork which made the job a breeze. Ruth also treated my two sons extremely well when we went to pick up the part from the store. She gave them each a toy, and they are still playing with them today. I appreciate autozone for their knowledge, expertise, and excellent customer service.

What amazing customer service. I never write a review but this time I had too. The young lady manager not only tested my battery but was able to tell me what was wrong with the vehicle since the battery was okay. She was knowledgeable but answered all my queations. She also changed all of my wipers. Kudos to Auto Zone.

I have been to this store multiple times. Ruth and the team are super helpful and knowledgeable. Recently I had problems with my battery and they went above and beyond to diagnose the issue and find resolution. I will always recommend them when given the opportunity.

Ruth was amazing today and helped me with everything I needed. She was honest & didn t try to rip me off. She even helped & installed the light bulb for me! I couldnt thank her enough! Will for sure be going back for anything else my car may need!Thank you Ruth!!!

I would give them 15 stars if possible! I have dealt with them for 20+ years, and NOBODY works harder for their customers. I have tried the other guys from time to time, but from now on, If they don't have it, I'll wait for them.

Ruth was amazing she help us with everything she took her time to show me and my wife where everything goes she was a blessing in the sky if I can give her more star I will they need more people like her around everybody was giving us the run around And when it came to her she didn t over charge us she told us exactly what we needed for our car. They have good prices compared to other auto stores for some items, i get oil/ filter 38 bucks is all i want to spend for a change

Ruth demonstrated outstanding customer service in helping confirm the part (HVAC Blower Motor Resistor) needed for my Ford Explorer Eddie Bauer. She also talked through how to disconnect the defective one as it was in a tight space and I was struggling w/it. In addition, Autozone would let me return the part if it was not right for my vehicle versus their local competitor who said once you open it, you own it. Ruth and Autozone...thank you!!!

People are good at helping you. I wish they had better tool selection. Only issue I have had was in getting new headlight bulbs for my car and their guide wasn't helpful for my make and model.

I went to the auto zone in clifton park this morning to replace my windshield wipers As usual great service as the she came out without hesitation to replace both despite the 13 degree temp. Thank you!!!!

Outstanding customer service!! I went across the street to a different auto parts store and I am glad I left and came to this one! I was met with such kindness and not only did one worker go above and beyond for me but two people did. They deserve recognition, I believe their names are Jim and Brian (I hope that is correct).

Store manager Ruth at Halfmoon location was excellent. Helped install new battery, then tested it and didn t like the results so upgraded battery at no charge and tested again to make sure she was comfortable letting us go. Thank you Ruth!

On Friday evening my car battery died.. AAA came to jump start it but due to the cold weather wouldn't put in a new battery. I drove to AutoZone and Andrew didn't hesitate. He said he would put in a new battery. He braved that zero weather with wind chill below that. I was very grateful because my family was dealing with a dog needing emergency surgery and I needed to be available if needed. Thank you, Andrew, for your willingness to brave the cold without complaint. You deserve those 5 stars!

We went to AutoZone, Clifton Park to purchase a new battery. The old battery was damaged and we needed a replacement. The clerk said he wouldn't take old battery. He told me he would sell me the battery for $200, but i'd have to go to Valvoline to turn in the old one. I went across the street and they were more than happy to sell me a new one and take the exchange. Don't waste your time at this place when Advance Auto is across the street.

Stopped by to get a rear windshield wiper put on the rear window of my Jeep as I had no idea how to change it. The manager she was fantastic she came out and changed the blade and showed me how to do it also she was very knowledgeable and she provided great customer service.

You would think with Advanced Auto Parts and AutoZone across the street from each other that customer service would be a focus..... not here... lose the attitude

These guys are amazing. Had to replace a battery, they completely helped take out the bolt which was stuck, and they spent 2 hours helping us. Even though they could have stopped and told us to go to a mechanic. And another guy who didn't even worked there helped us out too!!! You guys deserve a raise, I'm sorry I didn't think to ask for names. But you guys are the best, thank you so much.

I was there today for the first time and I will definitely come back whenever necessary as well as I will recommend to all my family, friends, I was welcomed by a very kind and friendly woman, a young guy helped to change the battery of my car, and the manager who I believe is calls (ONEIL) I'm not sure how to spell his name sorry he was extremely kind, considerate and at all times helped me get the best price and service for what I needed. You guys are great!!

I went for a simple thing wiper blades, You would think that would be easy but it really isn't. The service I received was top notch and they even helped me put them on. Very grateful!

Nothing but great service at this store. The staff was very polite and very helpful with what I needed. I had to get a new battery for my Jeep Cherokee Latitude and it was fast service. The battery fit perfectly into my Jeep not a problem at all. This store is very nice and clean too. Thank you for your wonderful help.

Needed a battery and went here due to the great reviews. Unfortunately, I did not have the same experience as indicated in other reviews. I received no assistance and made due with the limited tools that I had. Apparently the level of help must vary depending on who's working

They checked my battery for free, Worked to get me the best deal and installed it for free, good customer service all the way around and even though it was more than I wanted to spend it was better than having to get jumped everything all day. I would recommend. Pleasant, easy to work with, and customer-friendly

I had a really excellent experience here. My wiper broke and I drove through freezing rain to get there. A worker was outside on a smoke break and saw my wiper issue. He offered to help, walked in with me from his break then looked up the proper part. (He already knew the car since he saw me drive in, so it was particularly quick.) Then he took me to the wiper location and made a recommendation, but allowed me the time and space to make my own decision. After purchasing the blade he walked out with me and installed it. I can't remember the last time I had such excellent service. Highly recommend!
