Unlike the AutoZone across the street, this place actually stays open until the time they say. I was helped by an extremely friendly staff that helped me get a new battery 5 minutes before the doors closed.Christian came out into the parking lot after he got off of work and helped install my battery. He really didn't need to, just a good guy that didn't want to see me stranded. I'd recommend this store to anyone.

I needed a new battery for my VW Passat, and had already tried to get serviced at three previous parts stores. Although he was swamped with customers, Christian took the time to help me diagnose my issue, find the right battery for my vehicle, and get my new battery installed in a timely manner. He was professional and very helpful, making sure I knew about my new battery and about my VW. I truly appreciate his help and will be back any time I need parts or a new battery down the line!

I purchased a battery from here this week. $300.00 with free install. This caused my Bluetooth to become disabled. I didn't know how to enable it and called the store back for advice. This was my experience, first was told that it was easy fix, I just needed to sync my phone again. Having to explain, again, that the Bluetooth in my car was disabled, hence you can't sync anything until I can enable the Bluetooth. The manager, Rhonda continued to tell me that she has done hundreds of battery changes and never had this happen. Then continued to tell me about how she was on vacation all next week that I wouldn't be able to bring my car in and show her what I was talking about. She seemed so proud of herself and her vacation that my issues were made very obvious to me that she didn't care one bit. Meanwhile, I accidentally called another store, (who up to the point of realizing they weren't the ones who replaced my battery) were going out of there way to assist me in getting my Bluetooth operational again. These people just got my patronage and I will never be back at your store again.

F150 (2003) Battery light is on, replaced both battery and alternator...mechanic says, it's the alternator...keep your receipts...I bought the life time warrenty...the battery light is still on...replacing the alternator twice in one day...mechanic says, it's not uncommon to replace Advanced Auto Parts alternator 2 to 4 times before getting a good one...I hope the 2nd alternator is good...cant they test them out the box...

Very pleased with the service today. Tried to get my battery replaced. Guy call Connor explained everything in detail patiently and ran battery tests twice for me. First time he used a sample battery and explain to me how it works then did the same test on my car. He cleaned up the connector carefully and patiently before the new battery was installed. I did not expect service like this that is free of charge! Very polite and professional. Def will go back!!

Great service! I called ahead to ask about a battery install. I was told the employee was alone in the store and couldn't do it immediately. I asked what time would be best and they said about an hour. I showed up an hour later and was on my way within 15 minutes with my new battery installed !

You can't always get always get happy and helpful sales people but I can say I did. It was a simple install instructions.Over hearing, while waiting in line, a store return with upset customer, the sales person took control over the tone of the conversation. A true mark of a sales person.

They were very helpful diagnosing a battery charging issue i had. Did a very comprehensive test with graphs and numbers and stuff. Determined i didn't need to buy a new battery. Can't say i figured it out. Alternator put out good voltage. Had a new belt. Dont think that was slipping. But replacing the alternator solved the problem. Whatever. Lot cheaper than a battery.

Worse car place ever. Sold me wrong headlight, then wouldn't take it back. Go across street to auto zone

These guys don't deserve 1 star. Went in looking for lug nuts for my trailer. A half hour later and multiple excuses why they folks behind the counter cant / wont help me; I left. Wont be back and I'd suggest you don't waste your time there either. Details are as follows: The employees are constantly arguing with people on the telephone, and making excuses why they cant help. The guy I spoke with initially made countless excuses why he couldn't help me locate lug nuts for my trailer. After looking at the selection on the rack and not needing any of them I asked a employee named Todd for help. He was only interested in two things. 1) Helping the person behind me who was buying a muffler and 2) answering / arguing with people on the telephone. Bottom line, he wasn't interested in helping me! - AVOID THIS PLACE.

Knowledgeable staff. Most parts available from behind the counter, or 1 day if they need to come from the warehouse.Prices higher than eBay or Amazon, but no wait. Plus they have loaner tools available if needed. Give them a try.

Went to Advance Auto for replacement wiper blades because they install (I want in the mood to do it myself). Asked where wiper blades were (2 other customers in store, not at counter) Employee seemed annoyed that I was there. Wasn't sure which size I needed (have more than one vehicle) & computerized index want working. Employee seemed very put out that he'd need to look up the info. I found the wipers &, further inconvenienced employee, paid for them. But was not offered installation (signs in front of store & near wipers say free installation) , so I bought wiper blades elsewhere at a lower price & returned those to the store. I won't be going back to this Advance Auto for a while. I'm sure this employee won t lady to long behaving risky towards female customers.

Bought a product and it was defective. They only offered one product u was looking for and it was returned by someone else. Upon purchasing it I tried to use it before I left the parking lot and realized it didn't work. The manager did however give me a refund, hence the 3 star rating as opposed to a 1 star rating.

Three times I went in and they took the man first. I had money I knew what I wanted I just need to know where it was. It should be first come first serve. They did have what I want and I'll probably go there again. I just wish they hadn't ignored me.

Went to buy pads and they gave me the wrong ones, of course I was annoyed but I'm not even mad. They're humans and the gentleman that took care of me must've made a mistake. IT HAPPENS. They made up for it with good customer service. And everything is right now.

Good service, knowledgeable friendly staff. They have a good stock of parts at competitive pricing. Loaner tools great too (e.g OBD code readers, bearing pullers, etc.)

Nice people who you can get to know as a frequent customer. They provide help and suggestions for do-it-yourselfers. Its about as close as you can get to the old D&G in Clifton Park. (How much we miss Gene and family) If all you want is fast check out, they can handle that too. Everyone knows what they are doing there.

This store is advertised to be open until 9 PM. I have stopped to get a part 30 minutes before 9 PM & found them to have doors locked & closed twice now. Good thing Autozone across the street was open as they seem to take better care of customers :-)

I went in there looking for advice on my car alarm going off uncontrollably. These guys didn't have to spend 20 minutes with me outside full well knowing I wasn't going to buy anything but they did. They helped. It speaks volumes to the character and integrity of them.

I went to this place yesterday and the part that I've been looking for 8 other places did not have it so the lady manager ordered the part for me from another store and I picked it up the following day very friendly and very accommodating I would definitely go there again

I originally stop into this place to have my alternator tested, while waiting in line I noticed that the employee Todd seemed miserable and angry about having to do his job. Once it was my turn at the counter, I let him know that the motor wasn't the stock motor for that car, almost before I could finish my sentence, he let me know he couldn't test the alternator without knowing the exact year for the car. I knew the it was from a 1970s chevy, but he was done and wasn't going to help try to figure it out. He was so dismissive of me and the way he talks to customers is crazy, especially when Auto Zone is just across the road. I ended up in Auto Zone and they tested alternator and found a replacement for me in a few minutes without any rude comments or excuses. Save your time and deal with Auto Zone or Napa if you have to get car parts in Clifton Park.

Excellent service, happy and helpful people behind the counter, fast install of battery. A refreshing taste of what customer service used to be like!
