I can t explain how amazing this company is!We came to NY for vacation and out car broke down the first day. They came out very quickly to tow the car on a Sunday, first they dropped us at our air bnb so we could unload the car. They rushed to fix our vehicle and then even sent someone by the house to pick us up so we can pick up our car! Staff was super nice!Service: Steering & suspension repair

I would give more than 5 stars if I could!! These guys were absolutely amazing! I'm on a little road trip, my oil light came on. Not knowing much about how to fix the problem myself & not wanting my engine to blow up on me, I brought my car and some quarts of oil to them. Explained the situation. Without any hesitation, they checked my oil, put in 2 quarts for me and didn't charge me. And on top of that, SERVICE WITH A SMILE which you don't always get nowadays.Thanks again Haines Falls Auto Center! You saved the day!

Haines Falls Auto Center helped me out today. I had a damaged tire while traveling alone with my daughter. The shop was very busy. The mechanic got my car in quickly. I am so appreciative of their help, squeezing my tire issue in last minute.Service: TiresService: Tires

We were on our way to Hunter Mountain to go skiing when our car overheated 8 minutes away, in the middle of nowhere, with no cell service, and it was 15 degrees outside. We were rescued by the sweetest man (shout out to Erwin Benjamin our hero) who followed us up to Hunter and recommended Haines Falls Auto. Turns out all of the Catskills area knows about this place and hold them in very high regards. I called them up and within about 30 minutes or less, someone was there to tow my car to their shop even though it was a Sunday and they were closed. They were very kind, efficient and communicative. Highly recommend!

We have trusted Rory and his team for years. They never disappoint. Always give you the truth, and the costs are fair and much less expensive that in the greater NYC area. Estimates are accurate. Family run business. Have brought our very old TOYOTA Supra, and a 2003 Infiniti since we first got it. Never a problem regardless of the make or model. I see 20 year old pick ups being treated with the same care as a new Subaru.

Up on the mountain, you need reliable people, especially if you are there off-season. Rory and his crew will treat you right. Everything for the car is found here: parts, repairs, and service, with a smile. (They also tow, if you need that.) Low-key, but efficient. Call or drop in for the appointment.

DO NOT!!! Bring your car here. I brought my truck in for a simple repiar. He charged me 400$ and ruined my starter. Now I need to spend another 500$ to repiar the damages they created. When I spoke to the owner to resolve the issue he said it was my fault and hung up the phone.

Prices are shockingly amazing. Needed a tow, deep in the woods, over a bank. These guys rescued me with good communication and an unbelievable tow. I highly recommend them.
