I've taken my car to Finesse for body repairs twice, once with an insurance claim and once without. During the insurance claim, they effortlessly coordinated with my insurer provided a rental car immediately and assured me that the costs would be covered. Their thoroughness made the entire process smooth and hassle-free. Impressively, my car was returned in a cleaner state than when I left it, with the interior and exterior meticulously cleaned.The first visit involved a paint job, and they advised me on the proper care to ensure optimal paint setting, recommending avoiding polish at the car wash for a few months. On the second visit, they detected and documented a valve stem issue on my tire, causing a leak, and directed me to a nearby service for repair.Finesse's communication is exceptional; I was consistently informed about the progress of my car's repairs, receiving prompt updates and answers to my queries. Their service is not only swift, ensuring minimal downtime, but also of such high quality that one would never guess my car had been damaged. From start to finish, I had a great experience at Finesse. I hit a deer and I m very particular about my car. Tiffany handled the intake and made a stressful situation easy. They gave me a loaner free of charge which was a tremendous help. Donna kept me updated throughout the entire process. And Travis did an absolutely amazing job!! My car looks like new. Jerry, the owner, was there when I picked the car up. He went over everything with me and assured me that I can call anytime with any concerns or questions. I am very happy!

The best, they go out of their way to make you comfortable. I recommend Finesse to anyone who is dealing with an auto collision to use Finesse.

I do not generally provide reviews but in this case I am making an exception. I recently had someone back into my 2014 RAM 1500 truck which was in very good condition with low miles. I brought my truck to Finesse and my experience was exception. Donna treated my wife and I professionally, very friendly, and were prompt in arranging the repairs on my truck. They dealt with all the nonsense that comes with dealing with the insurance company. Donna provided regular updates on the progression of the repairs which I give high marks on.My truck had a dented rear quarter panel and the scratched rear brake lights. When the truck was ready it was not only repaired but in showroom condition. It was detailed from stem to stern a beautiful job from Gerry. What an amazing place. We had some damage done to our vehicle and brought it to this location because it was convenient to where I lived...so glad I did. The staff are friendly and so accommodating so much that they gave us a loaner car at no extra cost. They communicated with us regularly with the updates to the repairs and they stayed spot on with the budget. Auto repair/body shops are one thing I dread but my experience with Finesse was awesome and I highly recommend them. 10 out of 10.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Worst auto body shop around. Very bad customer service. They will rip you off in a heartbeat. Don't ever give them cash. They will take it and run with it

Donna and Jerry are absolutely amazing. We had a truck with some body imperfections that was at the end of its lease term that we were about to return. We decided to have finesse fix the issues as opposed to turning it in and dealing with the dealership. Finesse did an awesome job working with our insurance to get the repairs done. The truck looks brand new!!!!! My experience working with Finesse was absolutely amazing!!!!!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I've been to plenty of body shops in my life but by far finesse is the best. Jerry and his wife go above and beyond what any body shop would normally do. They had to deal with three different insurance companies over two months To help me get my claim settled and my truck fixed. They did a great job truck looks beautiful they even did a couple extra things I didn't even ask for to make it look perfect. Who would have thought a body shop could be a pleasurable experience. Thank you again guys great work.

A car hit my drivers side door leaving scratches and dents. When I picked up my car from Finesse not only did they remove all of the scratches and dents but they cleaned and waxed my car as well. It looked amazing! Thank you and highly recommend.

Very happy with the work done on my Ram after it had sustained some deer damage. A friend recommended Finesse and it was the right call. Great service! Truck looks like new!

My wife slide down our driveway in the snow and sideswiped a tree. Damage to the rear door and rear quarter panel on her Mercedes E-350, which was an unusual shade of metallic brown.When the car was repaired you would have never known that it had been hit.Beautiful blending and body repair. Plus Gerry and Donna are awesome people!

I have gone to Finesse greenwood lake NY 4 different times. Always had 5 star service. My car is 6 years old. It came out of it's repairs looking like it came from the showroom. Thanks Gerry!

How they have 4.8 stars is beyond me. Half fast shotty work. Paint flakes off in a few months, paint over unprepared bodywork, glue on broken bits that should be replaced. Horrid tape lines all over. I think Earl scheibs would have given me better quality. I would send my worst enemy to these people.
