They helped me with a part I could not find anywhere else. They gave me a very fair price and excellent customer service. I would highly recommend the parts department. I'm sure the sales side would be great to deal with also. TY. Town line Equipment.

After driving around trying to find blades for my mower, Townline Equipment came in for the kill! I went down the road to a competitors store who couldn t help me, and they also refused to service my Husqvarna mower because I bought it from another dealer 10 years ago, whom isn t around anymore (they also said a year ago they would service our mower because we have purchased other equipment from them, but they did not stand by that).I stopped into townline, and they had exactly what I was looking for. The ladies at the counter were very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommended and will definitely be coming there more often! Plus side is, they said they would service my mower no matter where it came from originally.

Great service! I bought blades for my tractor from them during the pandemic and they were almost apologetic about the price but they weren't *that* expensive and were hard blades to find. I got the last 2 in stock so I was chuffed anyway.Today I called to see if they would fix the belt on the tractor but Rich managed to help me over the phone without costing me anything.Highly recommend!

Bought a BX23s here. I feel the following context is relevant ..I called four separate dealerships about this Kubota I wanted and only got one call back after several hours. Rich at Greenville saw answered right away and answered every question I had at that time enough for me to pay a deposit on a tractor sight unseen. The building is clean and well organized. Staff is professional and courteous. AJ was approachable and informative throughout the purchase process. At no time did I feel unsure of what I was signing up for. I have been warmly invited back with any question or concern I may have. The quality of service delivered here is matched only by my gratitude. Thank you guys!!!

I bought a Kubota BX 23S from Greenville Saw and Service about eight months ago. The other dealers I had called weren t able to acquire the model I was looking for because of supply issues, but Greenville Saw was able to do the impossible. And the tractor has been performing wonderfully. Recently, due my own fault, I had some serious engine difficulty. AJ and the folks at Greenville Saw and Service stepped up and took great care of me. They looked for every way possible to provide service and repair at a very reasonable cost. I would highly recommend doing business with them. And will continue to do so myself!

Excellent family run business. John has more knowledge on small engines and equipment than anyone around. Luckily, he's passed that down to AJ. They're always willing to help us whenever we need it. All of the staff are friendly. It's our go to place for chainsaws and related items for our small business and the place we get anything we need for our home projects as well.

I looked many places before going to Greenville Saw service. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful finding the right tractor. None of the other places I visited had nearly the level of service that AJ and the crew offered. I was shopping for more than a tractor, I wanted to find a great dealer, super happy with my choice. Give them a try!

Excellent experience working with AJ. They made me feel like I was buying a tractor from a friend. They knew I was in a jam with my driveway during the winter and managed to get my machine all together and delivered in less than 24 hours. Highly recommended.

I had a bx2370 kubota picked up by greeneville saw because I had a hydraulic leak between the back 2 tires. They were very honest about what it could be , best case and worst case scenario. They were all very nice, respectful and professional people about what could have been a painful cost. I am now a 100 percent customer of greeneville saw for any kubota work or future purchases from this point on. They honestly gave me new faith in dealerships.Sincerely Paul

The only place I will buy my equipment anymore. AJ knows his stuff, and sells high quality yard equipment, especially chainsaws, for a reasonable price. I purchased my Echo CS 310 chainsaw and my Echo PB-2620 leaf blower from him and I couldn't be happier. Both are excellent pieces of equipment and you get quality for the price. I would highly recommend coming to them instead of your local Lowes or Home Depot.Not to mention their saw's just made a MASSIVE cleanup from the recent huge storm that hit the region just so much easier. They have all the equipment you'll need, plus the parts and service.If you're in the capital region and are in need of equipment to purchase or rent then this is the place you should go. It'll be well worth it!

Fast unloading. Overnight sleep. They didn't remove the woodblocks(wheel chocks for the tractors). They left them inside the trailer. Please. Remove them and leave my trailer clean!

I highly recommend that you stay away from John Benson at Greenville Saw. He came and looked at my generator and gave me a quote of $1,000.00 to repair it. After I approved the repairs he took it upon himself to replace a bunch of extra stuff without consulting me and billed me for $1600. He strikes me as a shady character and I wish that I had not done business with him in the first place. He had my phone number and at any point he could have called. Do yourself a favor and stay away.

Absolutely great service and products. I needed a new snow blower and AJ was able to find the perfect one for me. Added bonus is that is came ready to use with a full tank of gas.

Went there with a front tractor tire that was flat..on a Saturday, two days before Christmas. They were able to fix my tire within the hour. What service! Thanks John and staff! I'm now ready for the upcoming snow storm.

Very disappointed, when an employee tells you to go to Amazon because it's a waste of his time to order a part for my husqavarna chainsaw. They are a husqavarna dealer!! How do you support a small business that doesn't want your business. Went straight to the husqavarna dealer in east berne and they ordered it and I'll have it in two days !!

Owners are extremely knowledgeable with new and old equipment. They even pick up and drop off my tractor when it needs to get fixed as well. I can't recommend them enough.

Great place to get extra help when you are in a pinch and need a quick fix. Talk to John, the owner. If he doesn't have exactly what you need, he will be able to come up with a solution.
