Great customer service! I brought my car in for a vibration issue in the front end, within the hour it was fixed and ready to go. I would recommend this location to anyone who appreciates grear customer service!

Since management has changed, Mavis in greenville is definitely better!I was greeted by a guy named Mike as I walked in, I was treated with kindness, understanding, and respect, not the normal, female who doesn't have any knowledge of vehicles treatment. He worked with me to find the right tires for my vehicle within my budget. Service was fast, accurate, and I left feeling safer in my vehicle.

The manager Mike was very courteous, knowledgeable and thorough. He explained everything to me about my car in a way I could understand. It was done how and when he said it would be. A breath of fresh air in that business

Put 4 new tires on my car, all 4 leak. Put 4 new tires on my wife's car, they leak BAD!! Made an appointment to have my wife's tires fixed (they reused old valve stems) made me wait an hour and a half before it went on the lift, they had all my info including phone number, call me and say your running behind! 2 days later my wife calls on her way to work and says her front end is shaking really bad. She brings it home, I put it on a jack and ALL OF HER LUG NUTS ARE ABOUT TO FALL OFF!!! Rotated the nuts about 5 full rotations before they started tightening. Check the tire pressure and all 4 are low. Her tires lose 10lbs every 3 days. 0 for 12 on tires. I don't know how this place is even in business. I learned to mount and balance a tire at 16 years old, literally my first day at vocational school, it's not rocket science.

9 days after Mavis@Greenville rotated tires on my car, one wheel detached while I was driving on a highway. Fortunately, there was no accident. Police towed the car back and said that the wheel was poorly tightened. I asked Mavis to repair the damage as part of the labor warranty. Mavis has refused to accept any responsibility.

I stopped today in the middle of a snowstorm. Jake came right out and helped fix my wiper blade that was broken.. Naomi and Jake got me in and out quickly. Thank you for the awesome service guys.

First time at a Mavis and I thought they did a fantastic job. Had rear brakes and rotors replaced, car is feeling smooth again. Also big thanks to Naomi at the front desk, she was extremely helpful. Thanks

Appointment at 1PM. They said it would be a half hour. Car was ready at 2:18! Simple mounting and balancing.Unacceptable.

3 times my daughter went there for an alignment and it took me calling to even have them look at her car. The manager was off and no one works clearly when he is not there! I had to call and speak to manager who said "have her come back and I'll pull the car right in" well 30 mins later I pull in and they just got her car in which was the 4th time we had been there with a scheduled appointment! She got the front alignment done when it was supposed to be the WHOLE FRONT AND REAR !!! Avoid if possible...

Horrible experience. I had an oil change scheduled at 10am, I showed up a few minutes early and it took an hour and 45 minutes to complete. A walk in Honda CRV with no appointment came in after me, and had their oil changed and tires rotated before my car was seen.

My "Tourquoise Jelly Bean" sounded like a POS due to a loose heat shield. I spoil my girl, and just couldn't STAND her sounding like that any longer! I pulled in without an appointment and took care of me right away. These are really nice, honest folk in here and so conveniently located, they are the first place I go.

All I can say is: THEY ARE AWESOME I went there without brakes and literally my Rear left rotor is missing because I didn't have time to change! I called so many places before and they are so busy I'm talking about like weeks ! So I called Mavis discount tire in Greenville and they take care of everything not just looking and telling me this an that I need to change, they right away jump on it and change what has to be done on my Chevy Tahoe! It's a company car and they right away know I need it in next day , they worked thru until is not done perfectly,they worked overtime and I can't more than happy about what the whole crew did for me and a company! Big thanks and hugs for them from M.M Dynamic roofing company! Thank you

Great people! Mike is an exceptional manager. He is extremely personable.I got great tires there at a reasonable price. Prior to that my tires were low and the air pump was not working. I wasn t sure I d make it to the closest gas station. Chandy had me pull up by the bay and used the air pump from inside.Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Definitely recommend them.

With the promotion of Mike to manager, this Mavis has seen quite a positive difference! Mike s all about friendly customer service with a very professional approach and it s reflected in the rest of the team! What a difference! The staff evens seem happier, I know I was as a customer. The whole experience is greatly improved. Thanks Mike, I recommend you highly!

Sterling did a great job mounting, and balancing my winter set of tires. Although have have an aggressive tread, they are riding quite well! Mavis is surprisingly competitive to online stores, and they will price match. They have done a good bit of tire work for me, and I can't say anything bad about them.Update- they have done quite a bit of work for me, and totally happy with it all. Brakes, suspension, rusty muffler fix, and all for a good price. Thanks again!

I have been treated very well several times by the friendly, direct staff here. Chandi and Mike are great. I'm only rating 4/5 due to the quality of Mavis-branded tires. I had a set that only lasted for one-third of their stated useful life (mileage). This location did their best to make it right, but Mavis corporate didn't do as much as I would have expected. I have no beef with the customer service in the shop itself. Nice folks.

I've never had an issue at the Greenville, NY Mavis. I sowed up the other day without an appointment after finding a nail in a tire causing a leak. They had the wheel off the car, tire off the rim and plugged within an hour and charged me less than $20. Super friendly staff who have never tried to oversell any additional products or services.
