I was a frequent flyer at Penn Toyota over the last month or two - I do not have a bad thing to say regarding my experience. Between two separate replacement part visits, one diagnostic test, and a routine maintenance, my car was available the next day (as well as same day) for pickup on those occasions. Getting in a loaner was no issue. Special shout out to Ryan and Kevin for their help!

I had a great experience from start to finish when buying my first Toyota at Penn Toyota. Luis was a great salesman and a true professional answering all of my questions and explaining the features of the Rav 4 that I purchased. A very comfortable and easy experience. He also gave me a ride from the train station when picking up my new car! Nick ,was great helping me get a great warranty program. Thank you both, and your team!

I purchased a Toyota car about 2 years ago, and the service I've received from the beginning until now has been perfect in every aspect. Especially during my last visit, the kindness of Kevin Carr, the service advisor, was so remarkable that I want to pat myself on the back for choosing Toyota. I came across this website from Google & I am so glad I did!!! I was able to speak with Lilah first to ensure the car I wanted was in stock & she was very polite and reassured me the sales person will answer all questions I have once I am at the dealership. I worked with Luis the entire time & he was AMAZING!!!!!! He helped me find the best car that matches my preference & most importantly my financial needs! If there was a car that I was unable to secure, he gave me options and spoke with his colleagues who were able to work with me. Nick, the finance manager was GREAT! He was able to find me the best deals and work out numbers that are suitable for me! I am so glad I came across this dealership and will definitely make referrals to friends/family. They work one on one with you and are there every step of the way! 100/100 EXPERIENCE I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! By far the best car buying experience I ve had ever had from any dealership. From Lilah Quinones, to Luis Morales, and Sean Haghighi. Luis, (Salesman), took care of all my needs and request and went out of his way to make sure that I was one very satisfied customer. When I told him that I was looking for the best deal possible and he literally came back to me with an offer I couldn't refuse. Outstanding work Luis! The Penn family are lucky to have you on their team. Sean, ( Finance) , was just as delightful and a pleasure to work with. Happy 9 year anniversary bud.

Every one was so nice. Mike helped us and he was awsome so nice. It only took a couple of hours. They let you go where ever you want as long as it is not blocked off. They have vending machines and the used car we bought had a little dent and a little bit of chips and the manager said he can touch it up and have my dent guy come tomorrow and he can do his best. I will charge you just 500 dollars and your done. He said we can schedule a day you can bring it and drop it off or stay it should only take about 30 minutes oran hour and your done. Overall 5 stars so awesome everyone was super nice.

When I decided to buy a new Toyota I contacted a friend of mine Tom Carbellano in the Penn Toyota service department to see who I should talk to in the sales department. He put me touch with Luis Morales who walked me through all of the options for my Corolla.I just recently took my car in for my 1st scheduled maintenance and Kevin Carr the service advisor was very informative about what the service would include.All around 5 stars for Penn Toyota a wonderful dealershipTom L.

This was by far our easiest car buying experience. Joni at Penn Toyota really helped us narrow down our choices and was able to get the only Toyota Grand Highlander in the inventory. We are very happy with the whole experience. Joni was not only knowledgeable and highly experienced, she really care about her customers. We would recommend Joni and Penn to anyone considering buying a Toyota.

it was overall a great experience buying a car from Penn Toyota. Everyone was very helpful. Jerico, one of the sales specialist, was very helpful with everything and kept me up to date.I was told my car would arrive in 1-2 weeks, but actually arrived in three days.Finance manager was very helpful as well. Would buy a car again. (If I had the money)

As a lifetime Toyota client, I ve had many experiences with car sales but this was my first visit to Penn. Luis Morales made the entire purchase effortless and I had my new car in just two days. Luis is a kind and patient gentleman and thanks to him, this was my best car buying experience (after a massive accident, it was tremendously appreciated). Icing on the cake- he even wrapped my new car up with a big bow.

I got a GREAT deal! We bought a used 2016 Lexus Es, low miles, no fees, sent to good yr for wheel alignment, Good Year said the car looked brand new, no need alignment! This dealership replaced old important parts with new ones before sale. Car was VERY WELL SERVICED! I think my salesperson name is Luis?My husband handled....i was at the dealership for a very short time. And the manager is a Asian Dude, Both of them are so patient and professional and try to working with us! This place very welcoming. Will come back again for a dream Highlander! I am a very cheap person, But yessss BEAUTIFUL CAR! 100% satisfaction!

Afzal was really helpful with the purchase of my new Highlander from PennToyota. He is very knowledgeable and explained all the featured of 3 different vehicles and I made the choice of the XSE Highlander. They also took care of my tire and wheel after I gashed a hole in my tire and scratched my rims with the purchase of the tire and wheel package as well. Highly recommend.

Absolutely the best auto buying experience we have ever had, from the first moment that we walked into the door, to the final delivery. 10,000 stars and all the best to Joni our sales representative who was simply professional and knowledgeable, customer oriented, and most of all caring. Joni is absolutely an honest person you can trust for the car purchase. She is friendly and patient. She kept us updated through the whole purchase process. Wow. This is the real deal. I recently purchased a 2024 Sienna. I was introduced to Chris and from the first 5 minutes that we spoke, I felt like he was with a family member. The process was excellent. They made it easy and streamlined. I live 61 miles away, and had my 5000 mile checkup. I must say Michelle was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. My van was ready in a short time. I must add, while I was waiting I couldn't help overheating two different advisors come out and speak with the customers about what was wrong. The first advisor said "we found the problem". The hose came off of the windshield wiper sprayer. The second advisor told her customer "The brakes are ok" all I can say is I found probably the most honest dealer bar none.I will definitely be back.
