Dan and Jonathan were so friendly and so very helpful with my purchase, they put me behind the right product and at the right price. They also arranged delivery for me at my convenience. I never post reviews, so I felt this time I must share my experience! They also made that easy for me as well. I highly recommend working with these guys and definitely shopping at PC Richard's Greenvale location. Kudos to you Gregg Richard! from a long time customer.

I came in today to buy a laptop for work, had my eye on something, but wasn t quite sure about it because of the price. However, Rob came over and helped me make an informed decision on which laptop to buy he was very knowledgeable about pc parts! I don t usually write reviews but I genuinely felt like Rob was sincere about helping me. Walked out of the store pleasantly surprised because I got just the laptop I was looking for, thanks to Rob. For those curious about what I got, Rob picked out the Microsoft Surface 5 pro 16gb variant for me. I was initially going to pick the 8gb variant but luckily Rob told me that even though 8gb was enough for some people, it was pretty low and not future-proof at all. I wanted a work laptop and I wanted it to last so I m glad Rob pointed that out, he even took the time to help me set up an extended warranty. If you are at P.C. Richard s, look for Rob; He s your guy and will gladly assist you in anything and help you find the best deal.

Stopped in just to check out mattresses and ended up with a dream package. Frank A took his time with us - we had more fun than you re supposed to have and Mike W put together a package that was more than fair. Looking forward to better sleep.

I walked into the store, was helped by Chris Thomas who was attentive and full of suggestions. He worked out a fantastic plan and combinations of appliances with care and vast knowledge. It was an amazing experience. I now have a kitchen full of appliances I love from P.C Richard s. Thank you, Chris, I will be back and send people your way.

After almost 10 years with our old TV we decided it was time for an upgrade. Unfortunately, we knew almost nothing of the new technology and the advancements over the years. We met Rob Levy at the Greenvale store and he was amazing. He sat with us for what felt like a lifetime educating us on the new tech and comparing and contrasting different models at different prices. In the end we chose our new TV and have been over the moon with the quality and the price we paid. We love this TV and will forever go back to Rob when it s time for a new piece of electronics of appliances. Guy knows his stuff.

Upon recommendation from a family friend I chose the Greenvale location to have Rob Levy help me with a total gut renovation of my grandparents kitchen. After meeting Rob, I understand why he comes so highly recommended. You cannot find a more honest salesperson in the field. He goes above and beyond to find a good deal and with a friendly mannerism that makes you feel at home. Thank you, Rob for your help when I was going through a difficult time and thanks to PCR for having people like Rob on your team!

We went down to the Greenvale PC Richard to get some new items for our apartment after we got married. Frank A. was the best salesman. He was kind and answered all of our questions and helped us get the best quality mattress for a very reasonable price. We were so impressed we came back and got a television when we wanted to upgrade. We know where we will go for any future purchases.

We had just bought our new home and we re so excited to have amenities that we never had before. It was only a month into new home-ownership and the dishwasher was leaking all over the kitchen floor. Having 3 kids, and both of us working full time, we really appreciate the dishwasher and the time it saves us everyday. Rob helped me select the best dishwasher for our space, needs, and preferences. I am so happy with the service that Rob and PC Richard s Greenvale provided that we will definitely return as customers again when the need arises, which will be sooner than later, I think! Rob was wonderful to work with!

Tony was fantastic!We picked out a new 77 tv and could not be happier with it. The installation was top notch.To make a great experience even better, while we were there Tony showed us a mattress and one of those adjustable base sets. We saved another $300 and haven t slept this well in 20 years. We will be back!

My first time walking into this PC Richard s spoke with a gentleman Jonathan. I was looking for a Dyson humidifier and he was very knowledgeable with the product. He answered all my questions I had within the product. I made the purchase along with a soundbar. He was more focus on getting me the knowledge I needed for the Products I was purchasing. Recommend this store to anyone looking for new appliances or electronics.

I recently visited PC Richards located in Greenvale and had a wonderful experience! I went to buy the Atari video game system and everyone was very welcoming and helpful. The girls from the office were friendly and the manager, Jonathan, was wonderful.

I am not one who writes review, but I had to praise one salesmen who has gone above and beyond for my family. Rob Levy (in the Greenvale store) helped my elderly Dad with his entertainment system this summer and answered every question. He helped my dad who is not a tech guy lol - every step of the way. He even called a month later to see how everything was working. Since then we have consulted with Rob on all our needs and couldn t praise him more. He talks to you like a friend not just a sale. He listens to your needs, what you want and answers all your questions. Whether it a simple appliance or a whole kitchen set, do yourself a favor and go see Rob Levy.
