I love this place, they never give me the wrong part like advanced. They also are cheaper then both advanced and auto zone and it's literally the same exact product. I needed a specific part for my car, advanced auto wanted $103 before tax and O'Reilly's had it for $73.00.Makes a big difference especially in this economy. Matt thank you again, you were a huge help. My car is running like New again

Guy named Seth works here. Awesome guy so helpful. Got me parts I needed ran a scan on my car and explained in detail what was going on and causes and possible fixes. Thank you all so much. Great place

O Reilly is the new Auto parts in town here in Hudson NY. They seem to have it all,and along with a fair price, and friendly smile you can t go wrong. I went their for headliner tacks for my old 1994 Honda-the headliner was flapping in the breeze, and shedding inside the car. They had the solution, and for just $4.59! Just twist them in and you got yourself a nice looking headliner! Don t they look good???

Seems like it might be a good place. My only experience so far was returning used oil for recycling. At first, the lady and man were pretty gruff, acting like they didn't want to take it and I was bothering them. There was no other customers in the store. Once I told them the oil was in containers and not leaking, they told me to bring it in. After that, they were super friendly and talked to me the whole time while I was dumping the oil in the bin.

I went in to buy a pair of rear rotors for my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee.I gave the clerk the exact year, model, and trim of the car which I had parked outside.He found that he had in stock a couple of different rotor models, in two different sizes.He apologized and said the best he could do was to sell me both sizes ...and I'd be able to return the rotors that are the wrong fit!Tomorrow, I'll try Napa or Advanced Auto.

O'Reilly is a new thing to our area and I've always looked at it as an equivalent of AutoZone and the like.While it seems like it would be that kind of store they seem to sell better products and always have what you need in stock, more so than the others.I'm happy to have an O'Reilly store near me now they could insistently come through when the others do not.

Not very learned in there stock or in general knowledge of Auto parts! As also as certified Auto parts specialist I think they need much training. This corporation needs to hire knowledge sales people even though they are more costly than people dont know they are more than worth their money! Maybe they would like to hire me.

I called for a lightbulb which needed to be replaced, One had blown. Not only did I purchase it there for much less than the local automotive shops but the boys came out and actually installed it for me. Even though that s not part of their job. They were very helpful and very considerate. And I really appreciated all their help!! Thank you guys !
