Awesome dealership! I purchased a new King Ranch Explorer. The vehicle displayed warning lights within a month of owning the car. I contacted Chenango Sales and was promptly given an appointment to troubleshoot. I was provided a vehicle so I could get back and forth to work. The treatment I received was amazing. Great communication. My car was repaired promptly. Chenango Sales is the best. I highly recommended them! Thank you again!

First time there for service. Quickly got an appointment when my transmission started slipping. Was kept informed by the service manager. Work completed as scheduled and as estimated. No surprises

This is Anthony. I leased my F150 just last week. I have to say Chenango Sales is wonderful. From when I first got there. Will is amazing, kind, and knowledgeable. They make you feel right at home. All the staff here are nice and amazing. I highly recommend them. I will definitely come back for my next vehicles.

I was able to get my truck right in to have the work done on it that needed to be done. The service people we very polite and were able to get my vehicle back to me sooner then I expected. I would recommend Chenango Sales to anyone looking to buy a vehicle or have work done. Mike

I have been so happy with both the sales team and service team at Chenango Sales. I ve bought 5 vehicles with them and always have had a great experience.This was my first time with Will Tyrrell buying a new car and he was very professional, curious, knowledgeable and pleasant to deal from start to finish. Will Tyrrell knows his stuff and I am a Ford guy, Will taught me some cool features I had no clue Ford offered. Picked up my new 2022 Ford Escape Titanium Hybrid that we ordered with Will in sales. They are a smaller dealership but they are honest, helpful, friendly and have an excellent service department. The combination of both Will, Service and the excellent experience we've had with Ford products have won our business to the point that we don't bother to even go anywhere else.

Both my husband and I have our vehicles service at Chenango Sale in Greene. If we have questions, they are very gracious to explain or assist with finding parts and accommodation with servicing as well.Staff has always been polite with any questions or concerns I have.

Offered no alternatives to quickly and efficiently fix problems with vehicle. Did not communicate with customer at all for status checks nor did they offer rental arrangements to ratify Fords lack of accountability and responsibility for absence of parts. Customer service both at dealership level and higher either diverted phone calls or used profanities at customer. This customer will never buy another Ford vehicle or recommend them to another.

Bought two vehicles from Will in their sales department. Took excellent care of us and was really helpful. He came up with some things that saved us quite a bit of money by fixing us up with discounts offered through other organizations that are affiliated with Ford. Their service department has been always fast and thorough. I have complete faith in them to do a good job. When I'm looking for a Ford I don't even bother considering anyone else.

I recently purchased a 2018 F350. These folks went all out to make sure it was a smooth sale. After the sale the check engine light came on and they were quick to get it in and let me know the issue. It was repaired in less then 5 days. I really appreciate Will, Sophie and Justin, they are all part of a great team. This dealership has won the presidents award for many, many years and it's no wonder why. I will purchase another truck from them if I even need one.

Rick Spencer helped me with my first car lease 2 cars ago and I m ready for my third Ford. He has serviced my fusion like family. This place is small and honest. I never have trouble with any of my Fords and when it s time in January, Chenango Ford is going take me through the next one.

The 5-star rating is based on a purchase made 10 to 12 years ago. Byron Miller was great to work with and the vehicle was exactly what I wanted at the time. I will update my rating when my Maverick pickup truck finally comes in......

Good price, good service, great product! We've bought two new F-150s from Chenango Sales in the past four years, and they've been pleasant to deal with and very patient with our questions and any concerns we might have had. If we're still around in a couple more years, we'll head on over there for another one!

They go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of when you make a new vehicle purchase. They even made sure the phone was in sync with wireless system. Thank you for going above and beyond.

Used to have a Ford Focus and I had a problem it broke down and they loaned me a nice car to use until it was fixed. They are very loyal to their customers a loyalty that is unknown by most businesses these days. It is the only place most of my family will buy their cars and we have been Leasing and buying for 30 plus years. They have gotten a lot of business of the rounds family and have treated them excessively well as well as myself. They are the best car dealership I have ever encountered as far as customer service and being loyal to your customers and fan base.

I've had many bad experiences with the blue oval.... I understand mechanics can only do what they know and understand, but still don't like how much down time you have to experience when it comes to diagnosed problems and to be told you have to wait another two weeks before you can have your wheels back.

Chenango Sales will do everything they can to make sure you are happy and comfortable with your purchase. I was able to get into a new 2021 Ford Ranger XLT for an amazing price that I wouldn t have got anywhere else. On top of the pricing they helped me with all of the current incentives and rebates to make sure I was getting the best deal possible. Salesperson Sophianna did a great job with communication and made the whole purchase simple and enjoyable! I will be sticking with Chenango Sales for service and new vehicles in the future!

I'm done buying vehicles here. Bought a used focus here 4 months ago only has 38k miles. Wanted me to pay for the repair. Also bought an explorer from them. (Used) broke on the day we brought it home! They had no clue it was a tie rod. I had to replace inner and outer tie rods and all rotors and brake pads myself after they said it passed inspection. They didn't check anything. DONT TRUST THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!!

I got a Ford Focus here and unfortunately I crashed it but they treated me like gold and gave me rental cars for free when I needed it if you are a genuine real customer of theirs. They treat you like family there my family is gone there for years and has always been treated well. I wouldn't go to another Ford dealership except there. Even if you live an hour away come check this one out at least.

Hands down the absolute BEST dealership in the area. Amazing experience! Will Tyrrell made the whole buying experience unbelievably smooth from beginning to end. Everything from helping me choose exactly what I wanted to demonstrating how all of the controls and features work in the car. They treat you like a valued customer the moment you walk in through the door. You get the notion that they don t just want to make a sale but also make you happy. I ended up driving a twin turbo, 325 hp 2017 2.7L Ecoboost Ford F-150 truck off the lot within a few days after initial contact with Will (and it took that long because I went away on vacation, otherwise we would ve closed sooner). Zero down, Will negotiated a great apr rate and price with the lender and made my previous car (that I still owed payments on) disappear as part of the deal. Still can t believe this thing is parked outside my home, surreal! Thank you Chenango Sales and thank you Will Tyrrell. I will definitely be returning in a couple of years!

I've only had our cars serviced here and it's great. I feel I can trust them and they are always upfront about cost and wait time. The service area is clean and tidy and professional. My car interior is never greasy or dirty after servicing.

I had been to chenango sales years ago and felt very comfortable. But they just didn't have the Truck that day. But this time they had the perfect truck 2016 Ford f150 Lariat with the package. And they offered a fair price for my trade in. Wil my sales man very knowledgeable. Of the vehicle's on there lot lots of info.No pressure . I would say thee Best Truck buying Experience . And I would like to say to the Owner thank you for your service. And too all the vets buy your car or truck at chenango sales.. One very Happy customer..
