Davon and Williams were excellent in changing my oil. I was here once before and also received excellent service. Today was my first time since they switched to the drive through but it was still very quick. Everyone was so nice and friendly. I highly recommend. I've gone to dealerships in the past and although they might be slightly cheaper than Valvoline, the customer service and consideration for your time make Valvoline the better choice

Chill, quiet. Not hectic environment. Small but pleasant waiting area. Easy to get to off northern. Always a coupon on website. Jonathon is really great. He us patient, thorough, and answers your questions about your vehicle. Full synthetic oil is always best, more protection and lasts longer.

Currently have my full size truck in for an oil change. Not my regular store but off the bat, manager Daivon is a pleasant fellow to deal with. His smile and demeanor just tells you he got his team and store in great care. I explained my issues with not putting back the bolts in the skid plates, and with his honest reassuring answer, i believe im in the right place. Will be checking their job soon as i get a chance and will be updating this review soon.

I have been using Valvoline for the past three years to service my two vehicles and I have been very satisfied with their service, wouldn't change for no other.

Fast, professional and friendly service. Danny is very professional and takes his job seriously and seems to enjoy his job. I took off a star as the charge you a $1.00 extra for gasket and plug replacement. Well plug does not look it was replaced and should not be. Gasket comes with filter. I guess $1.00 extra a person adds up for them.

Pulled up around 1pm, no wait, 4 workers in the dock area, they lead your car into the dock, and you wait inside an AC lobby.

Upon entering this business, I was met with a rather rude kid who raised his voice when I attempted to enter the pit on my own. I didn t hear any guidance from him initially. It was after he blurted out wait there! I ll guide you did I realize the entering protocol.Aside from that negative encounter, a real fast oil change.

Coupons readily available online. In and out service. Waiting area is air conditioned and has a television. Chill guys that do their job efficiently. The coupons make it cheaper than some of the local shops for an oil change. Clutch place.

I have been coming here on and off for many years, and I've always had good experiences. The staff are friendly and competent. I like how they show you the dipstick after they refill the oil, so you know it's not under- or over-filled.

Best place to go and get your oil change. Employees are very nice and kind especially kevin, alfredo, Johnathan and mario. They will go out their way to make sure you have the best service. Been going here for years.

I have been here twice so far in one month. Once for registration, once for an oil change. This will now be my go-to for these services. These guys are quick, efficient, helpful and courteous. In my opinion, this place is well-run and employees here should be commended. Thanks Valvoline!

My experience was above average for NYC shops. The technicians are very courteous and professional. Oil change was spot on. I deducted 3 stars for the following reasons:One for coolant fluid change done incorrectly. If I didnt pay attention on my way out I would have lost the engine. I was able to bring it back without overheating.One for coolant fluid change done incorrectly again. Did the exact same process again without using the funnel or the high point for burping the car. I ended up clearing air pockets myself elsewhere. Now I am worried something could go wrong in the near future because of what happened here.One for leaving a mess on the lower area of the engine compartment while cleaning the coolant spill (again no funnel used). Just gave me more work.

Update 2023New crew but seems like great service for the price. Place is clean and easy place to get a clean oil change. They have other services. Will come back again.Older 2019 postI went to get my car serviced here and their service was outstanding. The people working here were extremely friendly. Didn't give me any issues about any coupons with the service. They provided professional oil change and other service I had done for my car. Additionally, I forgot my bag there by accident and 2 hours later I called them and told them I forgot it. They were able to return me my bag without any issues. They told me they had kept in storage as soon as they realized it belonged to a customer. I was already happy with their service but this experience made me feel they are truly trustworthy and honest. It was my first time there and will be coming back for all my service needs here from now on.Overall the wait time I was told was pretty accurate and their service was outstanding.

I liked the series but one guys didn't do the job right. They checked the tire pressure and this is what they did.. not even.... these need to be balance out.

I went to Valvoline for full synthetic oil change the first time. The service and reception are all well. After pick up the car, window sticker shows next oil change is 3000 miles. I was wondering did I really got full synthetic oil change, or just regular oil change. I called back, the rep said for synthetic is every 5000 miles. I said my window sticker shows 3000 miles. The rep said window sticker always show 3000 miles for all. There has no option to select 5000 miles, and this is only a suggestion when to change oil. I really don t like the answer. End up I am still not sure what oil I got.Service: Oil change

The manager, Kevin, and his staff are truly amazing. I've been going to them for 5+ years with my cars and my in-laws. They are so courteous and professional. They provide suggestions and never push to get it done, they also show some work/changes that is not needed but could be revisited the next time so you are aware. This is not the closest shop for me to get my oil changes / inspections / etc., but always a pleasure to see these guys.Service: Oil change

Never coming here again, supposely I got synthetic oil change(paid for synthetic) Took my car to a different garage and they confirmed it was not synthetic oil. I will say the service is very fast but for anybody that's going there watch your car while they change your oil I will never come back here againService: Oil changeService: Oil change

From the moment that my tires touch their pavement I was greeted as though I was a long-time customer with a genuine smile. The second gentleman with the same pleasing attitude met me in the waiting room to explain the levels of oil and condition of my vehicle he was very pleased on the way I maintained it.These gentlemen high quality of personality will serve them well.The Service is excellent.

Its nice to deal with a place, where you don't need to get lucky to speak to possibly the one helpful person, who is also respectful. Rather the staff are all equally on the same page of respect. And if they don't know the answer to a question, theyll guide you to who is. Anyhow, we've all dealt with other poorly run businesses, which only makes this location shine. Today I ended thanking one of the men, thanks for the professionalism..... and his Sincere & Humble reply was, I try. Great answer & Great work. Thanks guys.Service: Oil change

Came here for inspection and was told the car would fail due to a streaky passenger wiper blade. The blades were 2 months old, but I was told they need to replace it or the car would fail inspection.NEVER COME HERE.. ALL THEY DO IS TRY TO UPSELL YOU ON EVERYTHING.#NEVER AGAIN
