I've only been able to take my car there twice because this shop is a bit pricey, but they do a good job & are pretty quick!Before bringing your car in to any shop, call ahead; esp if you want something done day-of, to find out if a shop has the time (& if that works with your schedule).If it's something standard, maybe call & ask over the phone if they can give you the price so you're not caught off guard.

I caught an air leak coming from my front left tire today. First, I took it to Mavis on Northern Blvd on a recommendation. It was leaking again before I left the lot. They are trash.I called Paul's, told them the situation and they were happy to take a look. They properly patched the leak and corrected the issue professionally in a timely manner. I'm safe and on the road again without issues. There is a major storm coming too so they may have saved my life.Everyone there was friendly and courteous, professional and attentive. I'm talking about the entire staff.A repair shop like this restores your faith in people. This is a business to support.

Took me in for an inspection on the same day I called, which I appreciated the accommodation. On top of the $37, I paid an extra $40-something to get my windshield wipers replaced, so not sure if that s fairly priced, but this is definitely a great group working here!

This company allows its employees to drive customers' cars for personal use and permits them to drive without a valid US driver's license. One of their employees hit my parked car as I was exiting it. At the time of the accident, I wasn't aware he worked for an autobody shop. He claimed to be driving a family member's car and presented a Mexican driver's license, which was invalid for driving in the US. He's not on vacation; he's living and working in NY. You need a valid driver's license. The accident occurred in Ridgewood, Queens, near the employee's residence, which is over 30 minutes away from the auto body shop. He later provided an insurance card from the glove compartment, prompting me to initiate a claim as he was at fault.However, the insurance company denied my claim, stating that the employee was "test" driving the car as part of his job, and the auto body shop, Paul's Great Neck Auto Repair, would take full responsibility. I communicated with Angel and Paul (the owner) from the auto body shop.Paul requested that I bring my car to his shop for repairs, but I lost trust in them due to the employee's misrepresentation. Instead, I took my car to another nearby auto body shop, expecting Paul to cover the costs. However, negotiations between the two body shops failed, as Paul was unwilling to pay the quoted amount. Despite my insistence, he refused to involve his insurance company and persisted in asking me to bring my car to his shop. Given the circumstances, I couldn't trust him with my car.After two weeks of fruitless discussions, I had to file a claim with my own insurance, causing inconvenience and delays in the repair process. The incident underscores the negligence of allowing their employees to drive without proper credentials. I advise caution before choosing this auto body shop for repairs, as there's a risk of accidents involving their employees.

Got my inspection done here for $37 it took less than 45 min - the car was in and out.Make sure to let them know you re in the lot!Once I informed them it was So quick. Everyone was very polite. I felt really comfortable being here and I would return.

went here today for an inspection on a 2023 car. the guy doing the inspection claimed that there was an issue (he claimed there was a small rip) with the windshield wiper even tho the wipers were changed just 3 months prior. a separate guy even tested the wipers and there was no issue with its functionality. however, the first guy insisted there was an issue with the wipers and wouldn t pass the car. I ended up leaving and going somewhere else that passed the inspection with no issue. this place is a scam that tries to make some quick bucks by telling you there is something wrong with the car when there isn t. would not recommend - be weary of any place that is highly rated like this. It could easily be a case of bad reviewers being deleted.

They are fast, and charge reasonable prices.They dont overcharge and fix what is needed, unlike other service shops that want to oversell products that make u uncomfortable.

I went in with a broken headlight. It turned out to be just a small bulb. It was replaced in less than five minutes. Other service stations would have charged for a whole headlamp replacement and labor. Very trustworthy.

The staff members were extremely helpful, and displayed due diligence when it came to their profession. Several employees I came across displayed exceptional service. One in particular, by the name of Angel was quite knowledgeable and distributed necessary information to me regarding what type of work will be needed in the near future for my brother's Ram Pro-master van!

I like how these guys run the shop. I needed an oil change as well as fixing a piece of plastic at the bottom my car. Called in the morning for price and timing, dropped off my car at noon, and picked it up in the afternoon. All within a couple of hours. The price they charged me was what they promised, and they took care of the piece of plastic free of charge. Great service and attitude from trustworthy people.

I came in for an inspection. As long as they re not busy, it s an in-and-out service. They finished my inspection in approx 20 min. All the staffs were courteous and professional. I did check google review prior to my visit and couldn t believe an auto shop can have a 4.8 star review. But after my visit today, I can say they deserve more. All other shops were either good w work, but rude or vice versa or both. This is my first auto shop with full satisfactory!
