My dad and I have used Northern Blvd Collision for years. They are TRUE gentlemen. So honest, trustworthy and helpful. I was returning my leased car and had some issues that they kindly guided me through . They were so accommodating and even picked up my car where it was being serviced to help make the process easier for me.They are the only body shop I would ever use. True to their word. It s so refreshing to deal with kind people.Thank you again for all your help.Toni Ann

Brought my 2021 Nissan Rogue in for repair because it got rear ended. The staff was extremly helpful and gave me updates on when the parts were coming in and also how the repair was going. I was also very happy that it was repaired in the time that they told me. I would definitely use them again.

I came here through my insurance company -- everyone in the shop was really nice and helpful. I had to get into my car once to get something I forgot days after I brought it in and they accommodated me. Dealing with insurance is always a headache but everything was explained to me very clearly. My car was also returned to me about 10x cleaner then when I brought it in, I'd go here again but hopefully I won't need to

Amazing service. So helpful and fast and fair. They didn t even charge me for helping to get out calcium spots on car hood. They buffed it out free of charge. Highly recommend

Worst experience ever...left a car for hood and windshield replacement...car stayed there for 2 months...if I don't stop by and check on car, not a single call...insurance covered first month of my rent a car and I ended up paying $2000 out of my packet for second month...went to shop multiple times and was lied part is coming tomorrow, then after tomorrow...also was told by them, don't worry will talk to rent a car and take some money off to help you out, that was another lie from them...would never go again...by the way, this is my first ever response to any services, just to explain how terrible I feel about this place

This is the kind of auto body repair shop you want/need. Exceptional work, extremely easy to work with, communicative and helpful. Jonathan handled everything flawlessly with insurance and went above and beyond to repair prior damage that wasn t part of the proposed work.

My car a 2012 Infinity, looks new. Beautiful! The outside and inside. The staff are not just nice but polite and make you feel comfortable, professionals. I have been singing their praises since being referred to them in April 2023. Had body damage repaired. They handled dealing with the insurance company for revised estimate. I didn t have to be bothered. They did a great job and even detailed the car, it looked as good as new. They even buffed the wheels and cleaned the engine compartment. Would highly recommend them for body work and auto repairs.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

I needed to fix a broken sidelight, and already had the replacement part. A technician paused his work at hand and put it on quickly in 15 min for me. When I asked Paul (the owner) how much I should pay, he surprised me by saying that it's free and just for earning my good will. My experience at NBC from the moment I arrived was excellent. Jonathan the service rep came outside to greet me as soon as I pulled in and gave me a fair estimate seeing as how I didn t want to go through my insurance for minor body work and paint. Natalia the secretary was so well mannered and professional she had me in and out in no time at all. I was even fortunate enough to meet Vu who helped with my CARCO inspection and streamlined it all for my insurance policy. You d be hard pressed to find a nicer and genuine guy than Vu; he even sent me home with a bottle of touch up paint for free! You would never know that my car was damaged. They did a fabulous job repairing my scratched rear passenger door and rocker panel. The Manager, Tom, made the experience painless and I received my car back all washed and cleaned and looking like new. The staff was above and beyond kind and professional. They helped me get a rental car and deal with the insurance company as well. They advocated for me to get my car fixed in a timely fashion. Northern Boulevard Collision is the best repair shop I have ever used. The management is very helpful to the customer in explaining the repairs and finding problems that are not evident from a superficial inspection. The latter occurred with damage to my car but the insurance company paid the full amount of the repair. They are also helpful for self-pay repairs. They are very honest and the repair work is superb and completed in a timely manner. My car (2005 Toyota Corolla) was hit on the driver's side while parked. There was significant damage. Upon the recommendation of a friend I brought my car to Northern Blvd collision for repair. This was the first time I had to have the car repaired and I had no idea what the process entailed. The office staff was wonderful. They handled all the paperwork and dealt with insurance company. Best of all they did such an incredible repair job on my car even I couldn't see repairs! I cannot recommend them highly enough.Service: Body & Trim

I have using Northern Boulevard Collision for over 20 years. They always do an excellent job.Pat and his staff are very professional and extremely helpful and accommodating. He makes sure the work is done right and stands by his work. He also does a great job dealing with the insurance companies to negotiate on a customers behalf .If you are ever in need of auto body repair I Highly Recommend Northern Boulevard Collision.

If you're looking for the best auto-body shop in the area look no further than NBC. I've known this shop for years and they restore your car back to new. I've never seen a car not match the original paint that it came with. They are very detailed when it comes to this and making sure your car is free of dents, scratches or any other imperfections the car may have. I always talk to Patrick who is an outstanding manager and along with Justin and Nancy it's easy to see why they have been in business for years. Very knowledgeable team. The times I've had my car there I always had Jose work on them. Very detailed about everything and works on your car as if it were his own. If you want your car worked on the right way ask for Jose.

One cannot say enough good things about Northern Boulevard Collision, also known as NBC Collision. Their work is impeccable. And the prices are extremely fair. They don't mess with your estimates and pad them. NBC takes so much pride in their work and it shows in the quality. Pat, the owner - is one of the most approachable people you will ever meet, and you can talk to him directly or deal with him directly. He's hands on and a man of his word - and he will also be frank with you if need be - but in a diplomatic way. Kindness counts there too.

Unfortunately for me I had the need to use a collision shop. Fortunately for me I found Northern Boulevard Collision. All three times I've been there I've nothing short of a tremendous experience. Pat the shop manager has been great. A consummate professional who assured my wife and I that everything will be okay. It was and only better. His crew who worked on my cars were nothing short of terrific as were the office personnel. The cars came back better than new and were given back to us neat, clean and spotless. If you have the unfortunate need for autobody collision work go to Northern Boulevard Collision in Great Neck. Ask for Pat, he'll treat you like gold and you'll be extremely happy with their wotk.
